Fantastic experience!2 weeks from the time I visited the showroom in Orlando till the top was installed today. Everything was perfect; service, installation, professionalism, price, selection, and the ease of the process! Laser measuring was great, all sizes and cutouts were on the mark. Came in 2 pieces and the seam joint is flawless, bet you cannot find in the last pic.Overall I highly recommend them and particularly thanks to Anna for her attention to detail and professional communication throughout the process.Thank you! Majestic completed my moms kitchen over a decade ago and the stone is just as beautiful and sturdy as the day it was installed. So I knew this was the only place I could trust to complete my kitchen DIY project.Jill is wonderful! Shes super helpful and easy to communicate with. The original stone I wanted was not available and she was quick to notify me and assist me in finding something similar. To my surprise I was able to view the slab in person. O M G!! the samples in the store do not do them justice. The idea of what I originally wanted went right out the window because this stone was pure perfection!Installation day went very well. My wife and I are having a house built in Florida and Majestic was recommended by our builder for the fabrication and installation of our counter tops. We started the process at Majestic by working with Jill who showed us countless samples and took the time to explain the process. She then recommended three granite yards who could supply her with granite slabs for our job. We went to the three yards and found beautiful quartzite slabs. Jill had them transported to her fabrication shop and they very quickly fabricated the slabs into our counters. The installers from Majestic were extremely professional and courteous. They took their time and did a beautiful installation. The entire experience was extremely positive and the end result is fabulous. We cant thank Majestic enough for the wonderful job they did.

I would recommend Majestic Marble and Granite. Over the past year, they have installed Quartz and Quartzite in a master bathroom (2 vanities), master closet island and bench, windowsills, my main kitchen in our home with full backsplash, and a kitchen in my garage apartment!What I liked the best about my experience was how responsive they were with quotes, and responding to texts and emails. They worked with my designer as well as where I purchased the stone directly and made the experience seamless for me.Their installers were very polite and cleaned up after themselves. They did not scratch any of my very high-end cabinets.When a mistake happened, they took accountability and fixed it to my satisfaction.As a bonus, they are also storing the leftover of my stone so we can finish other rooms in the next 4 to 6 months.

I had my countertop installed by majestic years ago and they still honored my warranty . Scott and miss Jill we’re so helpful and understanding and made me an appointment first thing the next day . Eduardo and Richard came on time at 7:30 am to install my sink . Also when you call their office for any reason Ms Anna is very polite and helpful .. and she answers any questions you may have . I recommend Majestic Marble and Granite .. before you go anywhere. They are family oriented and their prices are very good .

We needed to replace an old bathroom counter and Majestic Marble helped us out. We found a beautiful quartz remnant and Anne worked with us to design it to our specifications. Although it was pricey, the entire experience was positive and we love the new top. Note they do not remove old countertops but they refer a guy who does.

From start to finish, Majestic has been the epitome of professionalism and wonderful customer service. The granite is beautiful and was cut correctly. I purchased the stainless steel double sink they offered (for an additional $100), and am astounded as to how deep and nice it is. Comparable sinks at Home Depot are running over $250. As far as price, they were within 5% of other companies from whom I requested quotes. Emails to Erica were answered quickly and professionally. Both the person who measured the countertops and the two gentlemen who installed it were prompt and professional. I chose Majestic mainly because of the high ratings on Angies List, and they did not disappoint. Thank you, I love it.

I have managed projects for the last twenty years and it is rare to find companies that deliver excellent products and customer service. Majestic is one of those rare companies. Through the course of my project the communication was great and the staff helped with all my questions, especially Joanne. From the beginning I could tell Majestic had the experience and resources to complete my project. They completed ahead of time and the price was fair. I definitely will be back.

If I were able to give negative stars I would. These people were suppose to install a granite piece in my kitchen that I prepaid for. I was told they’d arrive between 8am and 10am so the day before I called my plumber had them come out early in the morning to have everything set up for them. The guys didn’t show up till 3:30 pm no call no email no nothing, but I figured fine they’re here now so let’s just get this done. The guy comes out of his car and tells me that the granite split in half and if I’d like I can have them simply glue it back together. I was in disbelief I mean please understand this is not a cheap purchase and for them to say “oh we can just simply glue it together for you” is ridiculous. I asked them to please just leave and I’d call the sales agent to have them reorder one. Once I call they tell me that it’ll take another 3 weeks. Now I’m stuck with a plumbers bill and waiting on my refund which has taken over a week. If I don’t here back from anyone for another week I’ll have no choice but to get my lawyer on it and report them to the better business bureau. I mean the lack of customer service along with the inconsiderate responses is simply too much. This entire ordeal with them has cost me money and time. A simple phone call and apology would’ve been perfect but nothing at all it’s just unacceptable.

My parents recommended Majestic Marble & Granite but, of course, we shopped around Orlando. In the end, we purchased from Majestic for kitchen and master bath counter tops because their prices and included services were so good. It was fun to go pick out the granite slab and there were plenty to choose from. They came out and did digital measurements of the kitchen and bath areas so we didnt have to be responsible for getting it perfect. The measuring person even helped us decide the best design for the overhanging bar in the kitchen. The installers were polite and efficient -- and on time. The granite looks great and is such an improvement!

Majestic is great. Erica and Joanne were very helpful. We had pricing from other contractors and Majestic was like the cream on bottle of fresh milk. They came right to the top.We walked in the yard and looked at the remnants. Remnants are pieces that are not the full slab of granite. There was no problem, and Erica gave us great advice. She sent someone to measure, and they made a template of what we needed. They were there when they said they would be. When my wife is happy, the whole world is happy. Very glad we chose Majestic - their team was extremely professional from the sales process all the way through installation. The job was done right the first time with no issues whatsoever - communication was great, so we knew exactly what to expect at each step in the process. We re-did our kitchen counter tops with them and I would use them again when we are ready to do the bathrooms.

Just installed new granite counter tops in my kitchen and am very pleased with the result. Price was as good as or better than the big box stores. As work site was prepped with their advice the installation was very quick, completed in just over two hours. I was very impressed with all the staff from beginning to end.

I was on a really tight budget and really did not think granite was an option for my project. I only stopped into Majestic when i was passing by one day. I was shocked at the options available for someone who was tight on funds.. I was there about 15 minutes, had my options picked out. Majestic was out measuring in a few day and within a week from me just dropping in had my counter tops. I really like the fact Joanna and Erica were so available for questions and we were able to communicate via email which is so much easier when i work all day. We shop a few companies for new counter tops in my kitchen. I wrote majestic an email through the site one evening and had a response back the next morning. From the start Erica was great in guiding us through the process of picking out our countertops and sink, giving us the estimates and setting up the appointments, making everything work seamlessly. The gentleman who came out for the measurements was excellent, he was prompt and professional and even gave us some great ideas on the design of our countertops. And the guys that installed were fantastic. Will definitely use them again!

Majestic Marble and Granite were great to work with. We went to their showroom to look for a countertop for a vanity we were having built and the owner just happened to be there on a Saturday and took the time to show us around even though they werent open! The staff were super awesome and patient with us as our vanities took WAY longer than expected. When we were finally ready for it to be installed, the guys were friendly and quick and it looks gorgeous!
