Had counter tops installed by this wonderful company.If I could, I would give them 10 starts. They were fast, professional, did an amazing job. Cleaned after themselves. Priced very fair. After being so in love with my counter tops, I asked the owner to create some unique shelvings for my business. And that was the best decision I made. Everything came out just perfect!!Highly recommend Denis and his company.Couldn’t be more happier with everything he has done!!Don’t look anywhere else. Call these people!

Dennis was a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive, kept in touch with me during the process and showed up on time! Even with having to special order the quartz I wanted it was only a few weeks from first contact to install. His installers were polite, prompt, cleaned up after themselves and were in and out in an hour. If only all home improvement projects were this easy! To top it all off his prices beat other quotes buy a lot. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Absolutely amazing. Dennis has a wonderful thing going here with Stone World. Dennis arrived to write up a template same day I called. He had the stone shipped to his fabrication facility from Mystic (the supplier we selected). The stone was cut and ready to go in less than a week of the template. The old marble was out, new was in within two hours. They removed the ugly old marble backsplash, which had to weigh roughly 250lbs, with ease. Just an absolutely wonderful company. Dont think twice. This business is only good if you have no problems. We had used them 3 times before & and everything went smoothly. This last time the installers damaged our new kitchen sink putting about 30 scratches in it when they drilled the holes for the faucet. I looked over the sink before they attached it to the countertop & it was perfect. I noticed the damage after they had left & had already paid them by check. We tried contacting the owner, Dennis for over 3 weeks after I sent a picture of just a couple of the scratches thinking he would come out to see the damage for himself, but he did not..After many texts to him with no response, we were so frustrated we sent another text mentioning legal action if we didn’t hear from them. It took that to get them to contact us.They also had 1/2 a slab of our Cambria we wanted for another project or possibly sell which they said they would do initially.The other owner’s daughter Anastasiya finally contacted us and was dismissive about our sink telling me it was only going to get scratched anyway when we used it & said I was ridiculous.That’s their defense when faced with the damage they did? She also laughed about the video we had taken the day I received the sink showing what perfect condition it was when it came out of the box. So unprofessional. I told her that during our last kitchen renovation, the contractor installer a cheaper sink without telling us and that we just dealt with it, but wanted to protect ourselves this time, just in case something went wrong. She said they all thought it was funny. Another bad customer service reaction. We were told to come pick up the remaining 1/2 slab because they were not going to deliver, fabricate, or sell it for us like they agreed to do previously. So as senior citizens (I’m 73) we are expected to go get it ourselves or lose out on the Cambria worth approximately $1300. Hundreds of pounds of countertop. During this encounter with her, I was told I had written the wrong amount on the check and still owed them $400. I was surprised, but apologized as I hadn’t realized my mistake & never heard from them about it until just then, 23 days later. No one called us regarding the check in all that time, yet they cashed it the very next day after installation. Why did they cash it if it was the wrong amount? She claimed we were holding that amount because we wanted the sink paid for, but the check had been given to the installers & before we noticed the scratches. We received no bill or invoice the day of installation even though I had asked Dennis the owner for one, so I was going on memory of the balance. Anastasiya begrudgingly offered to dismiss the $400 balance from the check as payment for the sink, but not before she was rude and insulted me by saying we were taking advantage and basically that we tried to cheat them out of the $400. More insults. She kept saying she went “above and beyond” for us, but fixing a sink your workers damaged is expected and not considered going “above and beyond” if you are a reputable business. I have never been treated or spoken to so badly by a company before, especially one I have been a loyal customer to. Dennis completely ignored the problem and dealing with Anastasiya was just so stressful. Her father is part owner so she gets away with this behavior apparently. No other business would put up with her attack on a customer.. We were really shocked by their behavior. We would never recommend Stone World because of this. They are all smiles if everything goes smoothly, but not when there is an issue. This speaks volumes about their integrity as a business. After giving them thousands of dollars in labor costs regarding the 4 installations we had them do for us, we were treated this way. No loyalty on their part I guess. Reviews by others have also complained about being ignored when there is damage or an issue as well. Who runs a business like this? We have kept all correspondence and pictures as proof of our claims.

Dennis is great. Immediate response. Give exact details and directions on where to go to pick out the quartz, what to ask for and how prices vary at each place. It made shopping for the countertop super convenient. His prices are on point in comparison to other companies but he gets the installation done faster. He came out to measure the day our vanity was ready and installed on our bathroom and had the installation done just over a week after. Most places said installation after measurement would be 3-4 week wait.When we received the countertop everything was exactly as requested. Everyone was very professional and patient with our questions and any concerns or design detail we were working with. Highly recommend. The Stone World team from beginning to end was professional, quick and the countertops turned out beautiful. We ran into one hiccup where the faucet hole was drilled slightly too close to the sink which prevented us from installing the faucet, but once my husband called them, their team came out early the next day (on Mother’s Day morning nonetheless) and adjusted it quickly so we could close out the project. I went to many suppliers looking at stone after stone. After finding that perfect stone for me, I did my usual 3 quotes for a fabricator. We’ve waited almost two months to leave a review so we had a good amount of time to really determine the quality of this stone. Dennis and his crew is top notch. Dennis is the owner of Stone World so he is the one who comes out to do your quote. He was very professional and reasonably priced. He gives you a break down of exactly where your money is going. No hidden and/or ridiculous fees I’ve been quoted by other places. His company installs a various variety of stones. We decided to go with quartz. He recommended two quartz supplier locations. We went with TQS Inc. Quartz Stone Supplier. This supplier provides large quartz slabs called Technistone. We were able to go to the supplier and check the slabs out before making a final decision which we really appreciated. The gentleman that assisted us was very nice and informative. We decided to go with Crystal Absolute White which is a pure white color with no patterns. Two months later and they still look absolutely BEAUTIFUL as the first day we had them installed! We are impressed with the quality. It has not stained and also is very easy to clean. We are so glad we went with Dennis’s recommendation. After we made our final decision, Dennis set our install date a few days later. No long wait which we were so happy about. He sent two men to do the install. Very nice guys. They removed our old counter tops without leaving any major damage on the drywall. They did an amazing job on the cuts. The measurements were exactly what was discussed with Dennis. Everything was done in 3-4 hours. Dennis called us same day to make sure everything went well and told us to contact him if needed. All in all, it was a 5+ star experience. We appreciate the great service and would definitely recommend Stone World to family and friends.

I just wanna start off by saying our countertops look great and went in quick. So with the actual countertops themselves, Im happy. My issue is with Dennis. My first red flag shouldve been when he advised me that we dont need a contract, but that ones on me and luckily didnt cause any problems. A couple days after the installation I reached out to him in order to voice my concerns of a few things. The workers left dust and fingerprints everywhere, put a small dent in our fridge, and didnt wear masks at all the entire time they were here. His response is what got me. He argued with me over what happened in my own house. He told me that they moved the fridge so they couldnt have dented it (even though I saw them try and maneuver around the fridge first before having to eventually move it). He told me that the workers were here to install countertops not clean my house like I was trying to get them vacuum my bedrooms or something. I literally just wanted them to clean up the dust from the holes they drilled for the kitchen sink. And when I brought up the lack of masks he told me that they were wearing masks the whole time because they have families too when me and my wife saw them without masks on inside our house for hours. I tried to tell him that I just wanted to let him know that his workers were being unprofessional and that I wasnt seeking compensation and he just kept arguing with me.Ill probably never go with them again, Dennis really ruined it for me. Ill probably go with Stone Sprit next time, they seemed more professional.Edit: They did not go above and beyond to exceed my expectations. They gave me excuses.

My husband and I went here for the first time before Christmas to look at their counters to remodel my mother-in-laws bathrooms. They really worked with us on findings remnants for a good price and showed us the sinks they had available. It took us a couple weeks to have the bathrooms ready to measure to cut the slabs and they also worked with us on finding the right sinks for our cabinets because they were a bit unique. They had the counters cut and ready for install the next day... faster than we were ready for as we were still tiling but it was so impressive! We scheduled our install and they came out and were done with both bathrooms in a couple hours. They looked absolutely phenomenal and between that and working with the gentlemen we will never use anyone else in the Orlando area!!!
