We had a wonderful experience from the start with them. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and caring of your needs/wants. They help you design your new kitchen and walks you thru every step needed. They were awesome with the quoting process and gave us different options as we asked about certain counter tops or cabinets. I highly recommend these little Orlando hidden gem to anyone and everyone. We called 1Stop for a quote after a pipe leak caused extensive damage to our kitchen. From day 1, Shelby’s design and suggestions were perfect because she listened to our wants and likes, down to the small details. And Macy handled all of the scheduling smoothly and professionally. This was our first major home repair and they both made the process extremely easy for us. I Definitely recommend them! They will make you love your kitchen again!

My experience with 1 Stop Cabinets was not positiveThe big issues were poor communication and their installer’s incompetence.From the first planning meeting with 1 Stop Cabinets it was difficult to get them to respond to questions. It would take 3 or 4 emails/phone calls to get a response to simple, basic questions. When we had any kind of problem or issue throughout the process it was a real challenge to get anyone to respond. As our cabinets began to arrive, parts were missing without any explanation as to when they would arrive. It took repeated calls and showing up in person with a list of missing items before the missing parts were finally shipped nearly a month later.During the installation process… their installer drilled holes for the handles on 3 cabinet doors incorrectly. That put us in the situation of having to get 1 Stop to re-order those 3 doors. When they arrived, 2 of them were damaged. Once those 2 new additional doors arrived, the installer came back to install them as well as to install pull-out drawers in the pantry. While installing the pull-out drawers in our pantry… the installer used screws that were longer than the side of the pantry cabinet was deep and the screws went all the way through damaging the finished exterior wall of the cabinet as well as damaging the side of our newly-installed refrigerator. He attempted to hide this from me by using a liquid patching compound.I chose 1 Stop at the recommendation of my contractor. Their quote was significantly more than the 2 other quotes I received for similar cabinets, but based on the recommendation of our contractor we went with them. Unfortunately, our experience made me wish I’d chosen one of the other cabinet companies.

Our quartz countertop vendor recommended 1StopCabinets to us. Michelle was great to work with and had some excellent suggestions about pot-and-pan storage and spice drawer options. We chose their Shaker-style white cabinets that were on display in their showroom. The crew that came out to install the cabinets didnt quite have the same attention-to-detail that Michelle had, and we had to ask them to come back out to correct the alignment of the lower cabinets (the countertop guys wouldnt install the quartz countertops until the cabinets were aligned). The cabinet quality is pretty good and they seem to be holding up well (its been about 3-4 months now). I would recommend 1StopCabinets, but would watch the installation crew to ensure they get them aligned and pay attention to details.

10/10 Shelby and Macy were extremely helpful and attentive throughout our home kitchen renovation. They are very professional and have provided us with outstanding service!! Would highly recommend them to anyone :)

Where to begin? The process of picking out what I wanted, getting an estimate, and having my kitchen completed all happened so seemingly and timely. The price was great (and under my budget). Shelby was helpful and professional throughout the process. Would recommend!

We shopped around town for a couple of months before deciding to go with 1 Stop Cabinets for our kitchen cabinets and quartz. We chose their Greystone Shaker cabinets and theyre gorgeous! Simply amazing work ! As a first time home owner this was my first time remodeling a kitchen and I was pretty overwhelmed . Shelby and her team made the process simple and easy from start to finish . The results completely exceeded my expectations. My new kitchen has transformed my home and I couldn’t be happier !

Really friendly people. Appreciate their help with cabinets and counters but this is for other customers so I should add there were some issues that I dont think are neccessarily standard but did effect my experience.1) they misplaced my sink, we had to wait a couple hours for them to find it and bring it to the counter people that were at our house.2) They lost the attachment to our sink that held dish soap. No big deal and I replaced it for 20 bucks but it was annoying and nothing besides an apology was done about it.3) they called me a few times to collect payment when I had just done so the day before, which was nbd on its own but unfortunate in the aggregate.4) for all this they were on the higher end of prices, even with my picking it up and building them myself because they were booked for weeks.5) They charged our card without permission from previous payments instead of waiting till we were ready, despite our waiting for them patiently due to miscommunication and mistakes multiple times.

Shelby and the rest of the people at 1 stop cabinets did an amazing job on my kitchen. The renderings they produced were beautiful and the customer service was amazing. The price cant be beat either! I have already recommended them to quite a few people.
