I was referred to Kevin at ADP and told that he was the very best, and he is. He just knows his stuff. I did a major kitchen overhaul and was a bit overwhelmed by all of the choices. Kevin is very warm and knowledgeable and when I described the look I wanted he named the exact stone I should look at, I did, and it was exactly what I wanted. Considering that I had been to numerous shops and searched online for weeks I was amazed at how he knew right away what to recommend. I was then working on a tight timeline and Kevin made it happen right when I needed it. I really did not know how intense the template and installation processes were, I have had stone installed before, several times, but those projects were not as complicated as mine. They also were not completed in the short amount of time this job was. The template guy was amazing and the installers were incredible, I believe the main guys name was Juan. (get him for sure). They were here for days custom cutting every single piece to make it perfect. But the real accolades go to Kevin for constantly directing me in the right way. He is a gem.

We showed up on July 5th. Even though they were closed, we were allowed it to look at remnants for a small project. They were so nice.

Jose responded quickly and had great communication. They have the most competitive prices with the best stone selection. The guy who cut my stone was also very nice and personable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I contacted this company right after one of their service trucks pulled out in front of me on the highway and a pice of quarts or granite fell off of their truck and crack my windshield from left to right. I took a picture of their truck and my cracked windshield and contacted the company to fix it. They stated that they will not fix it due to lack of evidence and noticed me that I can make a claim to my insurance to fix it for free. I already possess that knowledge, the fact is that your company’s truck had loose debris that hit my windshield and cracked it. Unfortunately, I didn’t not have a dash cam, but even to that matter, I doubt a dash cam would pick up a piece of debris on video, taking into consideration the glare from the sunlight and the time of day that this incident occurred. So I am notifying the public of this company’s failure to resolve issues, if they cannot fix the problems they create, how do you know they will resolve the problems they create during your home renovations.

Needed a remnant for a small bathroom remodel. Met with Jose who helped me find the perfect option for a very reasonable price. Jose and 3 other gentlemen helped load the piece in my car and I was on my way. Very easy transaction.

I bought a house here in Titusville by Hastings builders that use ADP to do the countertops in the kitchen and the bathrooms. There is damage throughout the granite where I called after I moved in to have ADP Send a person to fix the countertops on two different occasions and neither time did this warranty person show. Today someone was supposed to come in this is the second appointment that was made through Jessica in the warranty apartment at ADV countertop company in Orlando Florida. I confirmed with her on several occasions before this day that someone would come in between nine and 10 and again no one showed To do the service that needs to be done to fix my countertops done by the ADP countertop company in Orlando. I don’t know what to do at this point and I’m stuck with damage countertops done by the ATP countertop company. It’s a shame I don’t know what to do and I’m supposed to have a brand new house and have all these problems with the countertops that ADP will not stand by the quality of their product and honor the warranty work that needs to be done. Jessica told me I would need to takeoff from my job to meet these warranty people then insist on only working 8am to 4pm. I have a contract job where if I takeoff from work I lose a lot amount of money. Jessica set someone up to come today but I had to wait three weeks for and still this person did not show up to do this work for me through the ADP company. I am very unhappy with their product of granite on my countertops that’s all scraped up and dirty and looks really bad No one will help me in this company to take care of my problem with The poor quality in their countertops

This company was purchased and the new owners do not want your custom countertop business. I had busby install a kitchen and ADP to do the countertop. They took my deposit and then told me they could not perform the style I was interested in. They told me directly they no longer want custom work and they were interested in high volume production work. They charged me a ridiculous fee for a worthless template even though it was them that decided no. Another company did the work and it turned out beautiful. If they come on here and try and tell you different they are lying to you. Email me I’ll give the names and dates.

Extremely satisfied with ADP Surfaces. From start to finish they have excelled in customer service. Nancy was great to work with and made the whole process pleasurable. High recommended for quartz and granite! There was a small issue and they were willing to fix right away, no questions asked!!

Customer service was good at first and my countertops look great. However the side of my brand new refrigerator was scratched and dented during install. I reached out and was told that there was no way that could have been them and it must have been my contractor. I always check after work is complete and I know for a fact this was done during install. All I got was “we can come look at it”, but with a busy travel schedule I said forget it.Also, when they came to install, one of the pieces was the wrong size. I then got a call asking if I would come pick it up and install myself to avoid an additional charge. They told me that my contractor measured wrong when they were the ones who sent someone out to measure! After a few phone calls, they did resolve the issue without additional charges.Good work, but after that customer service, they won’t be getting any referrals from me.

Everyone at ADP is very Helpful and Professional! From start to finish it was a very Stress Free experience.It was a very comfortable atmosphere from the time I walked in the door. The receptionist was very delightful.We worked with Steve Miller, he walked us through our project with his experience he was able to make our Kitchen look like a work of art!

I walked in with a problem created by someone else. Michelle stopped what she was doing and took the time to listen to my concerns, and went out of her way to fix what I needed. This is an example of the great cutomer service from this company. My granite is beautiful!!

Decided against using them because their prices were 30% higher than other fabricators and installers we priced out. They did revise their proposal when I told them and they cut their original proposal by almost 25%.Ive heard good things about this company but couldnt justify spending the additional money on the same scope of work as the other companies.

As an interior designer I am always looking for reliable, professional and service friendly suppliers. Kevin Fulp and his staff at ADP delivers! They have been doing my home interior projects for years. Recently had a large French Country home and the project is gorgeous in part thank to the incredible selections and service from ADP. I am more than impressed with how my countertop turned out and COMPLETELY IMPRESSED with the level of professionalism and friendliness of all the staff at ADP. Kevin was extremely patient with me over the four months it took me to install my kitchen cabinets and reinforce the cabinetry where needed. He worked with me to find the best countertop option for my new kitchen and provided plenty of guidance and advice during the process. The guys that came to install the countertop were also really friendly and took the time to explain to me what they needed to do and how long it would take. They were very respectful of my home and my time. It was truly a pleasant experience from start to finish! I highly recommend Kevin and his team!

BEWARE! Blatant breach of contract. This is why they say never pay anyone until the work is done. I trusted Kevin Fulp and ADP on good faith that they would honor the contract. I should not have. ADP was paid for fabrication and install of 3 slabs of granite. 2 slabs completed, project delayed. When project resumed Kevin Fulp - president - refused to complete the remaining contracted work unless I paid him AGAIN for the same work. Repeatedly I cited the contract terms, payment rendered and his remaining obligations. Repeatedly he ignored those facts and said he didnt have time for this, his price is his price, and If I didnt like it to come get my slab. On April 15, 2016 I retrieved my slab. Of course I also requested return of my money for the contracted work he refused to complete ($1400). He refused to return my money. Said he: needed time to review ... his bookkeeper wasnt there ... he was going out of town ... he cant just drop everything because his time is important ... . Despite the fact I presented him with all documentation Mr. Fulp refused to conduct a basic business transaction at his place of business during business hours for a contract he wrote, he signed, and he breached.
