My wife and I visited All Quality Marble & Granite many times this past year looking for various tops for a house remodel. The entire staff at All Quality Marble & Granite were excellent to work with and we ended up purchasing several different pieces for our home. The quality of the products was excellent and the persons installing them were pleasant to work with and very skilled at what they did for us. Would highly recommend All Quality Marble & Granite.

They have done an amazing job installing my gorgeous countertops. They even let me know that the granite I had chosen was flaky so the ogee countertop siding would have a possibility of coming out looking not so great. So instead I chose a bevel siding and it looks so freaking good! They were also good about coming back out to remeasure when I had a bit of an uhoh with my cabinets which helped a lot. Wonderful people to do business with!!!

We got pricing from the home stores and other companies but All Quality earned our business because they had great prices and made it easy to work with them. We went to All Quality Marble because of their website. The sales person we used was Gabriel or Gab. He is very knowledgeable and showed us various products. We had been to other places so I knew the range of prices that he was quoting was reasonable. We did find a beautiful dolomite product; they have marble and granite. The price includes installation and preparation. Gab previously was an installer at All Quality and so we discussed the preparation and installation process and the more we talked the more that I understood what a smart and nice person he was. No pressure sales, no inexperienced sales clerk, but a truly nice store and staff. A lady came in just as we were leaving and she spoke Spanish and Gab is fluent in spanish . May people do speak English but are more comfortable using their native language.

We came across All Quality as we were driving around looking for granite to remodel our kitchen. We loved the displays when we walked in to see all the options that are available to update our kitchen. Rocky was super helpful and knowledgeable as we were totally newbies to the granite world. We fell in love with Fantasy Brown (which is actually marble) but wanted a certain look to our Fantasy Brown. Rocky was helpful in telling me where to go look. Roberta even drove me around to look at different distributors. The installers are great at their job. The whole process from start to finish was flawless. Out kitchen looks AMAZING and so classy now.I would recommend All Quality Marble and Granite to anyone that wants honesty and transparency with their job.

We worked with everyone in the shop, but our main contact person was Gabriel. Everyone there is professional, accommodating, patient, and knowledgeable. The staff seem to work well together and keep tabs of all their jobs collectively. I say this because on one occasion Rocky took our call and was able to provide the information we needed.Gabriel was amazing to work with. Our job was large given it was for a custom home build. I called all the time with questions and what-if scenarios. Gabriel always took my call, or responded quickly. He was patient, he listened, reassured, and gave good advice. After the field team templated the kitchen, we were encouraged to come back for final cut placements. We had a say in where those template pieces were placed onto the stone. It was such an incredible experience. The field team who installed the stone was great. They were on time, professional, and friendly. More than all that, they are skilled in a craft that requires precision with expensive and unforgiving material. All of their installations are sublime.Of all the contractors who have worked on my home build, All Quality Marble & Granite is the one I would recommend first. I would 100% return if the need ever arises in the future. Thank you, Gabriel, Rocky, Roberta, and everyone in the shop. Had kitchen counter tops installed. Beware they will unhook all water access under sink but will not rehook it back up. I had to wait fir a handyman to come to start other jobs when he went to hook up garbage disposer top was missing. Called to tell them installers must of taken them by mistake. They stated what are you trying to say inform our installers to be more careful or buy you a new one. I said buy a new well we don’t do calling me a liar basically.Then after looking at caulking very messy all over wall and never told me to remove under items so it was a big mess to clean up of debris under cupboards. Initially good experience but after paid turned bad with terrible customer service

I have 35 years in construction management and dont give reviews often.This says it all, Id use them and recommend them for both residential and commercial work. All Quality met the Budget, was on-timewith fabrication, provided painless and clean Demo, Marcelo is a Master Craftsman at install and the job site was cleaner than he found it. A excellent and professional team.Rocky is a great at design but her strong suit for me was communication. She followed up on every details, confirming designs, sink details and slab cuts and edging details, and right down to final quality approval of the end product for release of final payment. Well done.

So I’m finally publishing my recommendation for All Quality Marble & Granite in Orlando. They did a great job fabricating and installing our quartz countertops. But, the real test came when we had a warranty issue with the largest piece... that isn’t square or rectangular. Mystery halo circles in the finish. Rocky at All Quality went to bat for us with the manufacturer. She got us a replacement slab when the manufacturer didn’t want to. And the removal and new installation... you can’t tell. The grout line is still perfect. No damage to the cabinets during removal. And super nice! The guys rigged up a way for our kitchen faucet to be useable even tho half the counter under it was not there. AQ used our old slab so they could match the vein pattern. Great attention to detail. And they were less expensive than the competition. Thank you All Quality. (For some reason I cant upload😕)

My wife and I stopped in while shopping for new counter tops. After showing Rocky a picture of our current floors and cabinets, she showed us a few recommended slabs. After reviewing our measurements she had an estimate and formal measurement scheduled for the next week. Marcello came buy and measured out our counters and had them installed the next week in around 3-4 hours. Their prices are great and service is unmatched. We are very happy with our choice!

Marcel the installer and his team was awesome and did a perfect and professional job, he had a piece of scrap granite in the truck and fashioned a kitchen window ledge from the granite for free, which saved me time and money. A huge thank you to Rocky and Jeremiah. We chose the Mother Earth granite and it was a very complicated flow pattern to be installed in our large kitchen. Jeremiah was able to cut it so all the flow matched and the seam was absolutely outstanding. You cant even tell. His installers used about three different color mixtures for the seam and it is near perfect. Our contractor said he he has never seen a granite job he liked as much as ours. We could not be happier with the job. We just knew that it was going to be a perfect fit for us when we walked in and met Rocky (and Lola...woof).

I want to thank Rocky and All Quality Marble for a wonderful experience. I had been emailing a bunch of companies and no one would answer me because my request was too small. I needed a 54x15 piece of marble for a shower seat and no one wanted to be bothered. My hubby and I walked into their store and Rocky said no problem. Took us immediately to the back to see a few slabs and we picked a piece out. Painless! Took two days and it was ready for pick up. They helped my husband put it in the car and it looks beautiful. My parents used All Quality Marble & Granite for their new counter tops. I went with them tho help pick everything out. The staff was very helpful and answered all of our questions. Since I work full time, I was not able to be there when they installed. My parents are elderly and have had people take advantage of them, so I was very nervous. We had our new beautiful counters installed yesterday. As a business owner myself, I was totally impressed with every step of the purchase and installation process. I have never owned stone counters before so I had no idea of where to start. Fantasy took her time to explain the different granite options and price differences. Once we decided what was right for us, we were immediately scheduled for the measurment and installation date. I am shocked by the negative review and although, I don’t usually place reviews on sites, I felt compelled to once I read what was written about All Quality Granite & Marble and Pete Knight.We have used All Quality Marble and Granite for two of our granite installations – these installations took place months apart and we would never have used them a second time if we weren’t completely happy with their work after the first job.We initially used All Quality for our granite on the kitchen countertops. They handled all of the logistics, were on time and very professional. As a matter of fact, he had someone on his team help us source a special sink that we were looking for (at no cost) – we couldn’t have been happier with this company. We found Pete to be very honest, kind, knowledgeable and concerned that we were happy with his company’s work. As his team worked, they kept the area tidy that they were working in and cleaned up the counter and kitchen better than it was when they came!The second time we used them was for our Master Bathroom – they replaced both of our countertops in there as well. Again, our story is the same – they were a great company to use. His team and Pete were exactly the kind of men that you would feel comfortable having in your home.We have recommended All Quality & Granite to many of our friends and won’t hesitate to continue to do so in the future.Finally, I would like to point out to anyone reading these reviews – please take pause and consider the manner, tone and language in which this woman has sadly attempted to destroy a man’s reputation and company. Mr. Knight has been a true blessing to my family! We needed granite countertops to complete a bar area in our upstairs bonus room and I explained to him the importance of having it done quickly. He was booked up for weeks (always a good sign) but he agreed to meet me the next night after hours to accommodate my hectic schedule. He was able to design it and make a template that night! Because of my busy schedule, he was able to pick out the perfect granite and find the exact sink I needed without me having to worry about it. We were getting our house ready to put on the market and needed this completed fast, but we were also going on vacation the next week. Needless to say it was a perfect storm for a contractor trying to make a customer happy. Pete Knight asked when we would be back and he had two installers there that day. When Pete did the initial measuring, he noticed I may have an issue with how the electrical outlets were installed. He was very concerned with the finished product so he had the guys bring a couple of extra custom backsplash pieces just in case. Well, he was right and it turned out great! His guys were very friendly and were very considerate of my house. The install, sealing, caulking, and cleanup went flawless!!This is the very first review I have ever done, and I rarely recommend companies, but I do suggest you call Pete and have your own great experience!

I had All Quality fabricate and install a quartz countertop for my batheoom vanity. I was at the end of a major remodel in my home when a couple issues popped up that were preventing me from moving back in.I needed All Quality to come back to button up a few unexpected things so the plumbers could finish that day. I have dealt with many different types of construction companies and my concern was they would not be able to do that. When I made the call, Rocky and Roberta were more than understanding and sent Chris, one of their top guys, there within the hour. Chris was so polite. He fixed the issues for the plumber with a great attitude. Then he volunteered to install a small backsplash in a different bathroom unrelated to their project. I was able to finish the entire remodel that day! This company has a mindset that the customer needs to be taken care of when issues pop up. Thanks Team All Quality!!!

Amazing service best marble

I came in here looking for remnant pieces for a vanity top that I was putting in myself. The service and fabrication was excellent (thanks Rocky and the fabricators) and the vanity top came out great. Will come here again when its time to do my kitchen.

We recently did a complete renovation of our kitchen. With no reservation, I can say that Pete and his employees were top-drawer. From selections to fabrication to installation, All Quality met or exceeded our expectations. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable, courteous and appreciative for our business. I couldn’t think of anything else anyone could ask from a supplier. I wouldn’t hesitate to use All Quality again or refer them to friends—in a past life, I was a building contractor and I refer companies with extreme reservation still.That said, I’m somewhat surprised at the negative comments that have shown up recently. Why anyone who’s never interacted with a company would bother to dis them baffles me. (Yeah, one of them even seems to be a serial one-star reviewer of things he never experienced. Why would someone do a thing like that?) For the actual customer who had problems, I’m sorry you didn’t find the same level of quality service my wife and I experienced. Having been a GC for 30 years, I can read between the lines and have an idea of what’s going on there. I’m also sorry for Pete and All Quality—they’ve never shown me any reason to justify an attack of that fashion. Just a sad situation all around. And, yes, I’m going to post this review everywhere I can find; and, no, I don’t work for All Quality. I just think they deserve the praise.Our thanks again to Pete, Fantasy, Mike and Robert for providing us with a pleasurable experience and giving our kitchen an incomparable flare. We get compliments constantly, but the best compliments we get are about the counter tops All Quality installed.

Very Bad Experience Ever!!I went in the morning of Oct 3, not sure if the lady working that day was having a bad day or did not want to work,butshe was not nice to me when I ask her some questions.I was looking for granite for my kitchen,but did not get welcome... Very bad!!

This was our 5th stop in our search for granite for a living room fireplace remodel project. Im almost mad at myself for not knowing about this place, price was right, selection was on point, and Valentine was just terrific to work with.
