Had no idea this place existed, but my nose wouldn’t let me walk pass without checking it out. The pictures are amazing but still don’t do justice to these custom soaps, bath bombs and candles. Absolutely worth visiting! (This place is located inside of Disney springs)

Cute little store filled with scrubs, bath bombs, shower bombs and more! They had such a wide variety of sizes and smells! Very reasonably priced too! I loved that they had little mini ones that my daughter could use in a bath as well.

If you take baths or showers, or have hands...this is the place for you. Their bath bombs smell amazing! If you take showers there are shower discs that will make your shower like a spa experience with the pleasant aroma of peppermint or eucalyptus. If youre not into either of those, than there is amazing smelling hand lotion with shea butter. Try the seasonal pumpkin spice. Leaves your skin so soft, and smells delicious 😋!! I got a bath bomb called Therapy. Lord knows I need it!! Try it!

They have a wide variety of products from bath bombs to lotions and scrubs. The service here is great and the workers are very helpful. I recommend visiting if you like different skin care and bathing options.

I love this store. I have been going here for years. All the employees have always been pleasant including three from my visit today. After picking out some shower bombs (first time buying these) I filled a box. I was unsure if I had filled the box correctly so when I went to the register and told the lady there I was unsure if I filled the box correctly. I was told, “OH NO! You only get 4!” This is not good customer service to tell me I filled the box incorrectly in this way. I left the store in tears. I will return, but will be hesitant. Everyone else in the store has been nothing but pleasant.

Had the best experience as per usual in this amazing store. Megan made it 100% better at checkout when she explained how to use the shower bomb to me when I asked and very enthusiastically. I wasn’t expecting to have an even better experience just from my checkout but I am so happy that I did! Shop at this store you will never be disappointed.

My friend and I love to shop here for unique bath products!This Disney Springs location is the go to spot in Florida.We buy aromatherapy bath products here that we can’t find most elsewhere.It’s a great experience to see and smell the different scented products.

Absolutely love their products, and also love that we can smell and test the scrubs. After, leaving the store in Disney springs I felt joy and happiness. Before entering the store, I was super depressed and feeling anxious. After, talking to Monica at the register I felt super happy, she brought my mood up and I felt like I was taking to a close friend of mine rather than an employee. I definitely wanted to bring her with me to work with me back home. I will definitely come back after I leave and purchase more products.

To say the least, this place is amazing. both in terms of their products and their employees. I was FLOORED by the customer service I got, and cant thank the team enough for their kindness and helpfulness. You can tell that they actually enjoy the products they sell and are happy to help you choose the perfect fit. I popped in to grab some shower bombs for my husband for his birthday, and they showed me how to use them to keep them going the longest, and even made me a personalized sample pack of soaps to buy when i asked if they were selling any that day. I was with a friend who is a manager in the hospitality industry and she was blown away by the service herself. We both left gushing about the amazing staff and Ill definitely be back often!

This place is so cool! It’s in the middle of Disney Springs and has such a cool selection of soaps, body washes, bath bombs and stuff like that! It was very busy when we went and the prices are a little high but what do you expect with Disney. If I was in the market I would definitely buy stuff from here.

I love all my soaps and body scrubs from this store. Love that you can test scrubs and scents before you buy. All the sales people that work here are welcoming, super nice, always helpful, and look happy to work here. Love this place!

Love this place and our boys love it too! We stop here everytime were at Disney Springs. We all love smelling and touching our way through their entire inventory. Check out their bath and shower bombs, their hand scrubs, their salts and oils, shampoos and soap bars!

The staff was great. Attentive and helpful without lurking. The products are all gorgeous and appeal to Disney fans of all ages.The combined blast of aromas can be overpowering. But take a moment to look around, and one can find something for everyone.

Isadora the manager was so excellent. Number one this place is way better than lush. Isadora was like I was shopping with my best friend. She was so wonderful and energetic. I go off vibes and now I’m a forever customer. The body butter and the sugar soufflé I’m a woman that loves to smell good. Can’t wait to try the fresh soaps too. Thank you Isadora so much.

Love the products especially the body scrubs and bath bombs. For the size, the prices are good. The body scrubs are almost double the size of other brands. Disney passholder get a 20% discount and they have a rewards program.

Love this store. Repeater, shampoo&conditioner bars, sugar scrubs. Their sugar scrub is amazing. So are their hair care products too.

I personally want to commend the staff at this store. They went over and beyond to help, from selecting, to assuring my daughter her spill was no problem. They helped us understand the best way to use the products as well. I had to rush back to the store because I thought I lost my phone there and the kind employee (from Valrico) let me use her phone and did everything she could to help me in a frantic situation. She was absolutely wonderful! It’s places like this that you realize how kind the world can still be! I am so excited to use their products!

Excited to use the products however the employees were very short acting like we were bothering them by shopping. Not only are we Disney guests but shopping at our home DVC resort.. very unexpected unpleasantness

I came yesterday and the smell smelt amazing ! Upon walking in I asked the older lady up front ( I wish I got her name ) can anyone help me her response was NO without any hesitation and that was the end of the conversation. I was shocked being tho this is Disney Springs. You would think with the amount that they charge for the products she would have better customer service skills. I did ask a young lady to help me and she did everything with a smile! The salt scrub and the body butter leave your skin feeling soft. I have no complaints on the products the reason for the low review was how I was treated upon entering the store for my first experience.

I love the Basin Shampoo & Conditioner Bars and I make a point of shopping at their Disney Springs location whenever I travel to the area. We have not been able to travel to Florida due to the pandemic and my supply of Shampoo bars is almost gone. I attempted to order online when they were offering 17% off for St. Patricks Day, unfortunately, their online shopping for Canadians turned into a ridiculous frustration. I warn Canadian customers against ordering in order to avoid fees that they say you wont incur....but you will. At least you will unless they fix their ordering process. I had to refuse my order :( and they were kind enough to refund all my costs once I sent them all the proof to show that their processes are at fault. Be warned.

Rude worker harassed my daughter about a mask AFTER I told her that my daughter was not 2 yet. Worker suggested that other businesses would ask for proof of age. Sorry I do not carry around an ID for my 2 year old.

One of the ladies was super helpful in assisting me choose a shampoo bar and conditioner since Im allergic to a lot of products. Tip: You use two shampoo bars to one conditioning bar. I highly suggest all of their products since they are made with the least amount of ingredients that are good for your skin! Im not allergic to 99% of their products and I have never had a problem with their products and I have really sensitive skin too. Plus everything smells amazing in there!

I use to buy some products from Basin. Last time I was very disappointed with the body scrubs. Lot of oil, not lasting and very, very oily.So, after buying yearly (every visit at Disney Springs) no more mistakes.Be aware and pay attention on the products!Dont worth...

Seriously my favorite bath bombs in the world. I make sure to stop by and stock up each time I come on vacation. They smell wonderful and are huge. The Villian one is my favorite. The soap is also wonderful. Definitely a must try.

The bath bombs are wonderful, they smell amazing and leave your skin feeling so soft. This is a great place to find a gift for someone or treat yourself.

I loved this store!!!Alicia took really good care of me and my mother in law. She was very dedicated helping us picking up the right sizes of bath bombs so they could fit in the jar. She was amazingly caring and that made out visit way better! Thank you Alicia, you do a great job!!!

Wow this place smelled good. I love soap shops. Picking up and sniffing all the soaps and bath bombs makes me happy. The prices were reasonable for Disney Springs and the Lemongrass bath comb was the tops!

Love love love basin! As soon as you walk in it smells incredible. They have this body scrub (located at the sinks) and it WORKS MAGIC! I use it every single time i go in there, and buy it when i have the chance. The store is a little pricey but products are high quality.

Our order got mixed up with another customers but customer service got the order corrected and mailed me my desired products within a week. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service!

LOVE LOVE LOVE everything that is in this store!! Each time I stop by to get a new bath bomb, I have to wash my hands with their amazing scrubs. Nice products, on par with the prices you’d expect to pay at Disney Springs. Downside to basin over lush is that basin’s lavender bath bombs stained my tub pink. So that was an fun surprise. :-) Very nice staff and everything smells delicious.

The place smells so good walking in. The soaps are amazing. The Queen scent for candle is amazing, reminds me of Polynesian. Sponge is natural, so nice in the bath.They have assorted scrubs out to sample for hands and lips that are wonderful.

Great place to just come in and sample fun things! Come take your kids, it will probably be the most excited theyll ever be to wash their hands. They also stick tons of fun designs in the bars of soap. I like the neat seasonal ones. Nothing puts you in the the Christmas mood like washing your hands with a candy cane. And your kids will always be good boys and girls if they have to look at santas face when they scrub.

The shampoo selection was exquisite.

Very helpful staff, not too sales-y but really informative when I had questions about the products. Very fun set up to view the different things they were selling as well as test out items. Really enjoyed the whole experience.

This is a pretty cool store. They sell all kinds bath/skin stuff. you can sample some of their soap scrubs that leave your hands super soft.

The Disney soaps are awesome and smell amazing, but yet very expensive. Their scrub makes your hands feel so soft, and the scents are very good. If youre up for spending a little money on some, its well worth it and should last you a pretty decent amount of time. In addition, for those who are not aware, its part of Disney Springs.

It is beautiful in here and it smells delicious! It remained me of a Lush store because of their more natural bath products. They have bath bombs, bath salts, body scrubs, shampoo bars, body butters, lip scrubs, sold perfume, and so much more! They have adorable disney inspired bars soap!

The staff in Basin is very friendly and helpful, even when youre just doing the Christmas scavenger hunt. ;) It smells amazing in here and I love love loved the Disney themed specialty soaps they had hiding around.

Love visiting this natural bath soap store. Smells very clean and fresh. You can choose from pre made soaps, bath salts, bath balls that fizz and bath foams and shower gels.

I visited the basin in December and it is a wonderful store! My daughter purchased 3 bath bombs and they were amazing! A word of caution/ DO NOT carry the items on a plane. I was afraid to check the bath bombs and had plenty of room in a carry on. Airport security searched the bag and used the test strips and received a positive reading which meant search and 2 more airport security officers and a pat down. It was not a pleasant experience. All of this happened in the Orlando international airport.

An amazing place to get all your bathroom smell good stuff. Not only that, you can try some of their scrubs which are amazing!The smells in the place are awesome. We go in here just to wash our hands after a meal.You can obtain a wide variety of soaps, bath bombs, lotions, shampoos, facial products and lip products to name a few.Highly recommended just visiting for a hand wash if nothing else and enjoy the smells!

There’s a lot of different smells and items here. Whether you want to do it yourself, or just buy something pre-made. It is a little overpriced... because Disney springs, but it is a different unique place.

Horrible experience. I was super excited to try out these bath bombs as I bought five. The first one I used was so pretty and it smelled strong and I really was enjoying it. Then I got out of the bath and 10 minutes later I was extremely itchy and rashed. It lasted for days and was irritating to the point I would have to leave my work. I have never ever had an experience like this and I have tried dozens of brands of bath bombs. I wish I would have read reviews first because this appears to be a very common problem. Idk if some are bad batches, but it’s not worth the risk.
