I just called to learn the dimensions and prices that they offer. The lady was incredibly rude talking over me many times, then didnt want to look up the prices. I then asked how would she be charging me if i were to come in and she became upset and told me that i wouldnt be able to print there today because she would have to change the paper and that would take a long time. The place says it closes in one hour and a half... anyway, just a very lazy and rude lady overall. I wonder how the owner or manager would react if it was him/her calling undercover and they get this kind of service. Hope this helps anyone in the future

Great way to upsell... cant print color posters on their regular or medium paper with out streaks and poor quality...Sure ill pay extra to have my full color poster not look like I printed it from home...Advertise color gives quality issues or dont upcharge... waste of time and money...

Very bad attention and unhelpful. Manager Dayra weren’t able to print my receipt that I was needing to fix a gift card that I purchased in that store.The purchase were not exceeding 30 days so there is not reason to not print my receipt.I’m disagree with that manager because she don’t want to help and she didn’t find a solution to help.
