Omar provided exceptional customer service. Very knowledgeable about options and costs. Handled placing my order very efficiently and pleasantly.Went back to Visionworks so that an adjustment could be made concerning the frames I had selected. The change in the frames which resulted in reordering the glasses was handled very efficiently. When I went to pick them up, Jean and Willii provided excellent customer service and made sure that the glasses fit appropriately. They were very patient and accommodating.

I have been trying for over a week to get my prescription fax/ mailed out to me. First I’m told it will be faxed; I called the next day they can’t find me. I go to the location Saturday and told “ that eye doctor isn’t there now”. If i want my prescription I have to email. Ok I email and nothing. By far the worst experience. I would love for a manger or someone to contact me about this. Horrible communication and customer experience.

Paid for that PROTECTION in case something happen to my glasses but useless, since I cant even get these microchips removed... I use my glasses for work and everything else, but yet yall wanna send them away for 3 weeks and i be without, unless I pay an extra $65 to get a temporary one from you, which youll take back.Emailed customer service, got that reply someone would call me from this store but its been 5 weeks and still no calls.I guess option 3 is where vizionworks the winner, since they get to keep my money and provide no service for it... I go to this place every year for an eye exam. This time when I get there the guy receptionist is telling me that my insurance doesn’t cover something that they added on that cost 40 dollars!! How convenient that they found a way around that, when I started complaining about that it’s such a scam he said I just work here that I don’t set the prices, when I asked to see the manager he said that it’s set, he literally wanted me to walk out that he could care less. I also wasn’t the only one shocked about the shady scam when a lady after me came in and was told it was going to be a hundred dollars. I even showed guy a flyer from them not my insurance that would be zero co pay even though I got charged 10 bucks for it. Dude said new doctor new rules for everything. Will be last time there!!!!

My husband and I went for our annual eye exam and glasses. We were pleased with the COVID safety protocols in place (temp check, hand sanitizer, social distancing). Dr. Simeus Angeline was wonderful, explaining everything the various tests revealed. The staff members that took care of us were very customer-focused and made the entire experience very pleasant. Wow, what can I say? The staff here are wonderful. Especially, Lynette, the sales consultant, David, when I picked up my glasses and Ariel, the manager. They were all so patient, courteous, professional and client focused. Dr. A. Kimble was also fantastic. I really appreciate a business that not only speaks of customer service, but truly provides it.
From the beginning, Jean welcome me with a smile and guided me to make an appointment with Raunel who got my eye exam set up. Jean then asked if I needed help while I was waiting and introduced me to Lynette who was absolutely amazing! She was so helpful from start to finish. She took the time to help me pick out the perfect glasses and she explained every detail of the process and broke down the pricing of everything. She took the time to go above and beyond. I had time between the exam and picking out glasses but the team was so amazing that I didn’t even realize I was waiting. The team is so very personal and they made me enjoy my time with them. Dr. Kimble was also very kind informative and knowledgeable. At the end Felix was able to send me home with my new glasses! He was kind,fast, and efficient. Thank you all for your kindness and care.

I have been to this location with my father in law and Jean gave an outstanding amount of customer service! They speak several languages at this location Creole being one. My father in law was able to express his needs clearly and got exactly what he needed. Jean is one of the best there.Also David Helped my mother in law out on two different occasions and gave her great customer service. Horrible experience. My glasses were sent to the wrong store (not a big deal) they were then over nighted to this store. I tried to call a head due to the virus. I was on hold for 10 minutes and no one answered the phone. I decided to go to the store. Upon a arrival there was a family waiting. the store was empty no other customers and no staff. After 5 minutes or so off waiting I heard an employee and said excuse me loudly to get their attention. The employ snapped at me to get back behind the sign. I did and he proceeded to finish what looked like a cup of peanuts. Another employee came out of the back and proceeded to help the family. neither had masks on when the came out of the back. they did put on masks to greet us. finally the 1 st employee helped me and gave me my order. Never again will I visit a visionworks. Rude staff clearly doesnt care about the public safety or being even friendly

One of the few places left where you can get your glasses done the same day. The staff was very knowledgeable and really helped me understand the difference in lens types. Just nice helpful people, especially the manager. She really explained a lot to me about my glasses and frame choices. Gotta love her.

I live 45 minutes away from the store. I was in the area and had some time to waste so I decided to stop in to see if I can find some glasses. I’m so glad I did. I was promptly greeted at the door. The young lady (Leslie) was very knowledgeable and friendly. I’m not easy to please and she took her time to answer all my questions. Leslie made me very comfortable with my selection. I went in today for my scheduled eye exam and was pleased to know the process was rather quick. I liked that the paperwork was not strenuous, to the point and viola! Done. My exam was pleasant and I appreciate that all my questions were answered. The part I can really appreciate (that I often get anxiety over), is that I was able to ask about a specific style of glasses and I was not pressured into picking the more expensive frames aka upselling the customer.(Ive had this happen at another eyeglass store which caused alot of buyers remorse not because the frames were not beautiful, the price tag was not...LOL!!) I felt more in control of what style I wanted(the selection was awesome as well!!) at a price I could afford. Thank you to all the staff that helped me today. I will definitely be coming back to this specific location for future eye exams and glasses.
Sign said walk in welcome and my parents recommend I go there. I walked in yesterday and was told no availability but I can come in the next morning. I went in this morning at approximately 10:20am only to be told theres no appointment available for the day but and I can sit around in case someone cancelled. There was no one in the doctors waiting area, why say walkins are welcomed if youre going to turn paying customers away. I went somewhere else as a walkin and was seen.

Its 30 days from the day of purchase not pick up date, But how do you return something you do not have possession of.Purchased 7/19 (no glasses in hand)Pick up 7/26 (glasses taken home)Return 8/26 (to exchange frame,not a refund)Denied on 8/26 becuase they said 30 days start when you purchase. There guarantee is for Fit, Accuracy, and Comfort how can someone know that without having the glasses in their possession.

This is the worst store ever.They racially profile my self and my niece my frames from the manufacture Splendor ever since I got them they keep coming apart and was told they would replace every time I go to the store they have excuses for why they can’t replace my frames .in 1year I have been to their store over 7 times my last visit I had to stand by the door another customer came in after we did and was allowed to come in and sit .
Dr. Kimble and the staff in the office are the best. My daughter received the most thorough eye exam, and the doctor was able to diagnose an issue missed by all others. I would return here for glasses for the whole family!
I am very disappointed in the online scheduling that they have here. I booked an appointment for my husband and I this past Saturday for the following Saturday. After “booking”, we were advised that someone would be in touch within 48 hours to confirm. I never got a text until Wednesday evening, letting me know that those appointments were no longer available. This is a ridiculous system. Any other place where I have booked online, you do just that- you book! Now, we have to make other arrangements elsewhere. It’s very frustrating. I’m also aware that they have spots available for “walk in appointments”, however, we were told to do that last Saturday, drove 45 minutes there, to be told that they were full with walk ins and we could try again the following day. Perhaps a different location will be more accommodating.

The vision works shipped me wrong contacts lenses. I brought them to the store and told them I ordered Acuvue oasys, but you shipped me Moist. The staff looked the Moist box and told me that was what I ordered. I said there was no “Oasys” on the box, how could you tell me this was Oasys. Then he went to his manager, they looked at the chart for 5 minutes, then found out it was a wrong order.
Brought in my kids and they took care of them all love this place.

We went in today and browsed around for 15 minutes without anyone greeting us. There were 3 techs and 1 at the receptionist desk. At one point I walked behind the desk of the tech, and apparently Im invisible. My wife said the first time she was here customer service was the same. We are definitely not coming back after today.
Vishal was an amazing eyewear specialist that helped me out to buy my contacts and glasses.. he told me about a deal with my insurance to get contacts and glasses and save me the most money as possible!!! He is very good at his job and has great customer service skills. He also showed great leadership while directing his other colleagues sure!!!

12-01-20, Another great service experience... This time with Zara. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Ordered new glasses. She called insurance. She was attentive and kind. I cant wait to get my new glasses in two weeks.Just had to replace one of my two NEW pair of Visionworks glasses I got a few weeks ago. I called the store and spoke to Leslie. She told me how they could help EVEN though I had bought them at another store. When I arrived she was all about getting me to the PERFECT pair. She took care of that issue and then I posed another challenge and she took care of that too!!!! She was amazing!!!! I can not wait to come back and meet her because she will make you feel special. I made an appointment two days ago for my wife for 10:30 am which even they confirmed earlier today via text. I was surprised to arrive 5 min early to a waiting area filled with people and rather unfriendly staff of 4 or 5 that spent more time talking to themselves than assisting customers. So after waiting 35 min we finally got called. I thought this was a breakthrough but, nope ... only a tease as they had a young woman merely look to digitally record her eyes ($20 extra). No exam yet and our file went back on the wall and another wait began. After 10 more minutes we’d had enough. Why bother to call and make an appointment only to simply be placed in the same line with walk-ins. Kind of defeats the purpose!!! I’ve used VisionWorks in Altamonte Springs for years and never had an issue. As for this Colonial Drive location ... NEVER AGAIN.UPDATE FOLLOWING OWNER REPLY: - FYI: The appointment was in the name Grisel L and while I see your reply, it appears to me the same identical one used for each time someone leaves less than a high review. Maybe a little less cut and paste and more action on your part to actually train your people to better handle a schedule as well as be friendly. They were not. A smile, an explanation and empathy goes a long way.

Wonderful experience, went there with my mom and we both took the sale that they have 2 pair for $59 or 2 for $99 and we saved a lot of money and if you want a better service ask for Lynnette, she’s really great, very professional, and she will try to give you the best having in mind your budget.
Had a friendly walk-in but I had an appointment wasn’t long after I got called to get my eyes checked was friendly. Prices are great with and without insurance with the 59 bucks for 2pairs great 👍 also I didn’t know you could get your main glass in 30mins the same day you purchased and get your eyes checked 🤯 awesome. I walked out happy money still in my pocket and my glasses on my face. Had a friendly check out with David F. Helped me understand how much for certain glasses with my type of insurance and other things. Had a great answers for my questions from Jean J. was funny and oddly professional at it 😊. Better then my last eye care place. Was plain no music in the background had no deals pay over 300 hundred with insurance and wait 7-30day for your glasses. I got in at 10 got out at 11 not bad was cause I was new first time wouldn’t mind coming in again better guess service I’ve seen around knowing I work in that industry . Also they have different spoken languages Spanish, Creole, and many more of course English. The doctor and nurse/assistant was friendly

Very rude staff, my husband went into get frames because his broke, the lady barely looked at them and said oh we have no frames that would fit those.She said we could look if we wanted to but that she knew they didnt.So she came over then quickly went to help someone else took forever then was looking at us and whispering and rolling her eyesThen she came back over we showed her some that looked similar and she glanced at them and said no they wont work.So we left and want to Walmart Eye Glass CenterIt was like we were bothering her by having her to do her job
