Overall not a great experience. Brought in my laptop for cleaning and keyboard repair. Was told to expect it Tuesday. Then Wednesday. Then Thursday. When I got it back, the broken Z key was stuck back in, but it was put it 90° sideways, and still didnt press correctly into the computer. Then it broke off right back off later in the day, so I need to get it fixed again. At least the cleaning was alright... But waiting a week and paying 150 dollars for a clean and a key that was more broken than when I left it? Pretty disappointed.

Met Daniel when our server required a sound and graphics card. We conversated before Christmas and as promised Saturday he began the install. Daniel is very professional and skillful with new technology and specs. Upon arriving commenced to working diligently on the server. Completed the install with tweaks amidst, the server is now up to speed and moving forward. Thanks for due diligence as we needed the server ASAP. I dropped my laptop off on a Saturday and was told Id hear something by the following Monday no big deal, that was expected, so i called Monday afternoon and was told Id have a quote by Tuesday, ok no problem.Tried calling Wednesday 3 times and no one answered the phone also left a message and did not get a callback. Its now Thursday, I called and got no answer so I went and got my laptop. Poor communication with this customer.

I had an excellent experience with Daniel and his team. He took his time to diagnose my custom pc issue and even offered a refund for maintenance after it was clear I needed a new motherboard to resolve my issue. Honesty goes a long way in my book and highly recommend their services.

I spilled hot coffee with cream and sugar on my laptop keyboard. I thought it was completely ruined, it wouldn’t even turn on. I took it in and they were able to fix it for me even saving all of my files. It only took 3 days and they texted me pictures and updated me daily without charging me an arm and a leg. Awesome customer service and will definitely use them again for any computer needs I may have.

I called to inquire about a product I’m looking for (thermal sensor). The man who answered mentioned that he didn’t have that specific product however he provided me free and invaluable advice that resulted in me saving $$. Finally found the Right Spot to fix my MacBook Pro which other “high class Apple Stores” could not fix. My MAC fell hard on the floor, damaging my power port and preventing me from accessing the system for months and loosing access to my data. After taking it to three (3) different “high end” stores that turned me away with excuses like “can’t be fixed, too busy and you better take it to Apple); we decided to give OFI-Store the opportunity and I can say: they outperform my expectations and my MacBook Pro is better than before. Came here the other day to get my computer hardware transferred to another computer case. Had it cleaned out. And my computer wasnt reading my GPU. Had some issues with some of the hard ware in my computer. My new internal hard drive wasnt working but it says its there and having problems monitoring my fan speeds.They fixed my fan issue. The only thing was that they told me that my hard drive is bricked. I probably did something wrong trying to install it. Nothing is on there so Im good. But thanks to them I know now. Ill definitely head back there if anything else happens.

Not a good experience. Needed a power supply, so they took advantage and changed me at least 13 times the amount. Not good people... This so called special power adapter sells for $25 dollars on Amazon. So if you think marking it up to $319 is fare... Plus I was in the area for work and needed the adapter to continue my work. I did reluctantly pay $319 for the charger because I was given no other choice. I needed it for a few hours to finish a job I was working on. I offered to rent it for $20 and then $50 and then up to $120 for just a few hours. Then they hit me with the $300 plus tax for this special adapter... In the moment I would have paid a premium, but not a total unfair amount. if I could give less than 1 star I would.

I am giving 5 stars to this service only because there is no 10 star rating. I took my HP desktop for servicing thinking the fan was the problem based on the error code. In less than 30 minutes under my close supervision the PC was fixed without any spare parts. Dust buildup was the problem and these units often require such maintenance. I received accurate, honest and affordable diagnostics with before and after pictures to show the root cause. In all my years requesting PC servicing this was service far above the rest. I highly highly recommend Ofi-store and will be telling my friends about this 10 star service.
