I called the store and they gave me the information I needed to know. They didnt beat around the bush and say, you have to come in the store to find out. They fixed my problem within a reasonable amount of time. Not a whole week like another company quoted for the same problem. Very reliable and will be my go to store if anything happens in the future to my technology.

This is easily the best phone repair shop in town. After getting charged over 100 dollars for a simple screen replacement from UBreakiFix and then them damaging my phone rendering it useless, I came here and they fixed the problem and charged me for less than half of what I paid at UbreakiFix. Fast service as well. Very honest and kind people, told me that there was missing plates and screws from the previous repair shops damage and originally thought it was a motherboard issue. All my data is saved and my phone is fully functional thanks to this place. Couldnt be happier with the service.

My battery expanded so much I thought it ruin the laptop. The tech was so nice and removed the battery. He told me I could use the laptop while the new battery was ordered. It was as a nice offer although I didn’t need it. This is my 3rd repair at this store and each time it was a great experience. I recommend this store to everyone.

Awesome service! The screen of my phone was totally broke and I couldn’t hear people when they called me and they couldn’t hear me well neither. I initially had a pretty unpleasant experience here. I thought it was all handled pretty poorly. I paid and left pretty unhappy and wrote a long review outlining everything.I have to give credit to the owner, Ibrahim (hope Im spelling that correctly). He reached out to me personally to explain everything and offered his apologies for what happened and I think really did empathize with my frustrations. I dont think it necessary to go into the details of everything that happened, just to say it was a pretty poor interaction with some of the employees that left me feeling manipulated/lied to. I do believe it was probably an isolated incident and probably poor communication that lead to everything, but it certainly could have been handled better.In any regard, Ibrahim turned things around and I think this speaks volumes to the actual customer service centric attitude of this business. At the end of the day, he could have just ignored my complaints and I would have had little to no recourse. Instead, he really listened and sought to make things right. I do believe that everything could have been handled a little bit better initially, but I realize mistakes happen and people can get heated. I dont think what happened necessarily speaks to how they conduct themselves normally. Nor did what occurred, occur out of any sort of malice, instead it was more than likely just a failure to communicate things properly.I thank Ibrahim for explaining everything to me, I wish it hadnt come to the owner having to reach out to me, but Im happy the issue is resolved.

I spilled coffee on my Mac book pro, I quickly made an attempt to minimize damage. After about 24 hours, when the computer was unresponsive, I called the FixStop. Everyone there that I dealt with was so nice and eager to help me, and they did!! I was very impressed with their expediance and expertise and the icing on the cake was the reasonable pricing!!

I had a charging issue with my iPhone XS and I originally went to a different shop to get it checked out. Unfortunately they told me that my phone was a paper weight. Luckily I had someone recommend Fix Stop and all I can say is I’m glad they did!I dropped it off with them and within a couple hours they figured out the issue. This place is good. The tech was able to repair everything the same day the correct parts came. even though he had a lot of tasks to do... And they order the parts from lower end companies so everything is reasonably cheaper. my surface pro6 screen looks better then new! so worth it.

Did not have a good experience here.I went here with a custom built computer after it suddenly wouldnt turn on suddenly. I explained that out of the 4 essential pieces of hardware (motherboard, CPU/Fan, power supply, RAM) I had already tried swapping them out to isolate the problem. The only thing I was not able to swap was the CPU. I figured they would have one on hand to test.I called the next day where they told me that all they have tested so far is the Motherboard, Power Supply, and RAM. I thought that was strange, considering that is exactly what I told them I myself tried, but thought maybe they really did do the same tests but were planning on testing the CPU next.They call me the day after saying the problem was the motherboard. Considering I swapped it out for a brand new one already, I was skeptical. They said the only other thing could be the RAM, but asked if I could bring one in to test, which surprised me. I asked if they at least checked the CPU, but they told me that they dont have one on hand.When I finally went over to pay, they charged me $30. I left pissed. Later on, I went to somebody else for a second opinion where they diagnosed it WAS the CPU. Then I had a realization. If the problem really WAS the motherboard, then when they swapped it out (as they told me they did) they would have seen it still didnt work. So my question is, what did they even test? Just the Power Supply? Terrible. Complete waste of my time.The only positives Ill give is that the staff was nice, and they refunded me pretty easily. Im sure they do decent screen repair jobs, but Im not a fan of their hardware repair services. Would not recommend.

Id used another company to replace my phone screen before and just wasnt impressed, nor did I feel like the employees deserved my trust.I looked further away from home and found FixStop. Since its a 50 minute drive one way, I was pretty desperate. I was so very, very impressed with their website clarity and how easy it was to set up an appointment on their website. And even better, I knew exactly how much the session was going to cost and that I had a reserved time that it would definitely be done by.The man who greeted me and took my phone was very kind and polite. He quickly explained (without being condescending) what steps he would take to repair my phone and the possible consequences (my home button no longer worked and would lose the Touch ID function if he had to replace the button).After a little over an hour, I received an email that my phone couldnt be repaired. When I went to pick up my phone, he apologized for how long he had taken and that the phone wasnt repairable. Then he explained why the phone couldnt be repaired (its something to do with a fault in the software, not a hardware issue). He did not charge me for the session.I have never been so at ease in a 3rd party repair store. Their pricing is beyond competitive and fair. The employee I spoke with was courteous beyond measure. Even though they couldnt resolve my problem this time, I will definitely be going back if I ever have any other issues with my phone.

I am giving it one star only because I can’t give it negative five stars. Don’t go to this shop to drop off your game consoles! They have no idea what they’re doing. I dropped off mine and was told they were not able to fix it because it would cost more to fix it than what it’s worth. However, when I picked it up I noticed that the cover on the console was slightly unscrewed on one side, which is the same side I had undone when I tried taking a look under the cover myself. The cover not being secured correctly on all sides tells me they never ever even bothered to take a look themselves. Then when I questioned the lady at the check out counter, she admits that the tech did not physically take it a part to diagnose it but only looked on line for reasons as to what was wrong with my game console. The tech assumed what was wrong with it and that to me is a problem. Pure laziness. Never again will I come here nor will I recommend others.

The staff at the alafaya location were very accommodating to my situation with a previous location about a warranty. They were extremely friendly and even upgraded my LCD because of my troubles. They even cleaned my phone at no extra charge and were powering my phone on the charger when I came in to pick it up. Very good customer service with and they are willing to work with you.

They always take good care of me. Id been to a different repair place before and the treatment I got was so much better here at fixstop. When my laptop was broken, not only did they do a free diagnosis, but when the first attempt at solving the problem failed, they didnt even charge me for the part that was replaced. I will absolutely always take my phone or laptop here over any other repair shop when they have any issues.

Awful service. I went there to fix the cracked screen on my galaxy 8. They told me they didnt have the parts but that they would call me when they got them . They charged me a 30 dollar deposit for the parts they didnt have. They called me back a few hours later and told me to bring in the phone. That it would be 2 hours max and that they had the parts. I took the phone in for repair and they reiterated that it would take two hours. After who hours I came back. He told me that he needed twenty more minutes and that the phone would be good to go. I left and came back 40 minutes later. When I came back the store clerk told me that he needed twenty more minutes and everything would be completed. I left and came back 20 minutes after.He came out with just one screen fixed and no back on my phone and asked me to pay just for the front! When I asked him what about the back he casually said that he didnt receive the part from his vendor.When I asked him where was my broken back, he told me that he shredded it. When I asked him what I was supposed to do. He told me to pay in full (that he had mispoke when he told me he wouldnt charger for the back) and then come back to get my back fixed when he got the part.After, he tried to charge me 30 dollars over the amount agreed upon and he argued with me for almost 30 minutes about how his service was quality service. i had to leave with my phone not fixed. Two hours later a PART OF MY CAMERA FELL OFF!!!!!THIS PLACE IS UNACVEPTABLE AS A REPAIR SHOP.

So quick and awesome service!!! Very reasonably priced too. They fixed my phone, which was completely destroyed, in about 10 minutes and it looks like I just bought a brand new one from sprint!!! All in all, they were super nice and it was a great experience :)

Fixstop was wonderful. They fully repaired my laptop when I spilled water all over it. I wasn’t able to pick it up for awhile and they kindly held it for me until I was ready. I cracked my iPhone screen and they also repaired that in less than 30 minutes for a great price.

Update2: Finally found the correct logic board and it fixed the “Touch ID” problem. I have to say Abraham of the ‘FixStop at Alafaya’ stood by his word and everything is working normal. With a couple of minor cliches to re-input passwords and activate the “Touch ID” on some apps I am extremely pleased and would give them 5 stars. Job well done Abraham!!!Update: A week later and unable to find the correct logic board to fix the “Touch ID” on my IPad. FixStop is keeping me updated so I’m hoping there supplier can get the right logic board so I can use the “Finger ID” on the IPad like it was designed. 😡😖😩Replaced my battery and now the ”Touch ID” doesn’t work which means I have to type my password in for every account which is a “major” pain in the a**. Extremely disappointed!!! 😡😩😡😩😩

I cracked my iPhone 5 screen one night and came in the next morning to have it fixed. Their price was much lower than other stores in the area and the staff was friendly. I had my phone back in 20 min and everything looked perfect. Would definitely recommend.

I brought my laptop down for repair. Turned out it had a bad hard drive. They told me they would be able to retrieve my data and put it on a new hard drive. After a week, I got a call back saying the new hard drive worked but they couldnt retrieve my data. Laptop works but unfortunately lost everything. No fault of theirs, just took 2 weeks to figure everything out. Isabella at the front desk was really nice and helpful.

I used and recommended this place many times, especially for computers. They fixed a computer for 40$ when some other shop said it cannot be fixed. They fixed another friends computer for half the price compared to other places. I also know that they have a good offer on iphone screen replacements.

Excellent service. I took my computer to another shop and was told that it would take $ 300 to fix my computer touch screen. The guy barely looked at the computer and told me to just get another one. I went to publix one day, drove by the shop and decided to give those guys a try. They determined that It would cost $130 to fix the scree or they can disable the touch screen for $30. What a difference! I would definitely recommend this place.

Had to replace the battery on my iPhone 5S. They were able to do within 15 minutes plus honored the online price which normally required an appointment. The service was excellent and my iPhone came back working great.

My TV took a hit during hurricane Irma. The week after on a Sunday, I was surprised to find a TV repair shop open, so I took my TV to Fix Stop. Its 4 months and a week later, and they still have it. They assured me the board in the TV was fried and they would order another and have me out the door for $200. Well, 4 boards later, they are telling me all of the boards theyve purchased have been defects from their suppliers. If 4 boards are all doing the same thing once installed in the TV, wouldnt one assume that there must be something else wrong with it? Im no TV repairman, but to have someones TV for over 4 months is ridiculous. I understand I could have picked up my TV and taken it elsewhere, but its almost become comical the run around Ive been given by this shop. When this first happened, I was told it would be $200 dollars for the repair. I asked the associate at that time $200 dollars out the door? He said yes and shook my hand. Then, a week later, I was called and told it would be $260. I was never given a feasible answer as to why the repair price had jumped so high and have had to call them for updates on my TV. I see that they have high ratings on here for cell phone/tablet repair, but DO NOT take a TV here. Its obvious to me one of two things is happening. Either they have no idea when it comes to TV repairs, or their suppliers (which is probably just ordering the part off of Ebay) absolutely suck.

Professional and first rate. Repairs an iPhone 6 broken glass screen perfectly. The offered to do it during a 20 minute wait but I left it over night. It was ready when I arrived. The staff are knowledgeable and courteous.

I sent my phone from all the way from California and got it back within a week it was so fast and they fixed my phone perfect high recommend to try this place!

I took my phone there to get my screen fixed. I paid $300 and waited a whole 7 days to get it back. Once I received my phone, the menu button was not working and the back of my phone was shattered. They apologized and offered to fix it for free. Then I waited a whole week for that. Once they fixed it and I picked it up, the return button was broken. Again, I had to wait. Now for the third time I brought my phone in to get fixed, and they tell me its scratched due to repairing and there is nothing they can do about that or the dead pixel that is now on my screen. Would not use this service again. Im very disappointed with their work and customer service.

I usually head down to Gators with friends after work for a few wings during the week. This day however, those delicious wings would have to be put on hold. As I was exiting my car, my iPhone 4s slipped out of my pocket and cracked the screen against the cold, barren road. I was upset.I saw the Fix Stop sign and heading inside to see if they could do iPhone repair. They could, in fact, it was their specialty. I left my phone with them while I ran over to Gators to finally enjoy those glorious wings and returned to see my cracked screen fixed!In all seriousness, would definitely recommend.
