I’m in college and the new semester had just started, so I called this guy (recommended to me by my brother after he brought his soggy laptop back to life) and he was willing to buy the part, have it shipped by my flight, done same day, and gave me a great price. A few days ago my Macbook screen went completely black on me. After consulting with Apple I was told I had to get the entire screen replaced which costed around $600 and would take 1 week to get serviced. Afterwards I found Experimax and due to their ratings I decided to go in and get a consultation. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. I left my Mac in the morning and by the evening I received a text thoroughly explaining what the issue with my laptop was and how they resolved it. I was able to go back the same day to pick up my device where they also showed me close up photographs of the interior issues which they had resolved. I was extremely pleased with their efficiency, professionalism, and prices for their services. Super satisfied!

I had a particular need for a laptop w/ an older Mac OS. After looking all over, I found a mint 2015 MacBook Pro at a nearby Experimac, for a reasonable price! In just a couple of hours, he had the OS installed, and my process to install all my relevant files & applications was seamless. When I experienced a problem with the system (probably my fault), he fixed it, no charge. In an hour or so. Very friendly service! I anticipate acquiring more tech from this store in the coming months.

My laptop screen when crazy one Friday afternoon and I had that sinking feeling that I was about to lose everything. Of course I had not backed up my laptop in a very long time. I sprinted to Experimac as I have had several dealing with them previously and felt like they were my best option to get help quickly. I was right! They helped figure out the issue and get my laptop up and running while I was in the store. I asked what I owe and the owner said “nothing”. I could believe it. In today’s world where everyone wants something I was so great full for their help. If I had gone to the apple store it would have taken me hours or days. Experimac had me up and running in less than a hour from time my laptop went blank to fixed! Amazing. I will for sure trade up with them as they offered me a fair amount for my laptop to trade too!!

Experience:I was referred by a friend to stop by and check them out since I was in the market for a laptop. I walked in and was greeted right away. The owners were very sweet and helpful. Theyre not looking to up-sell every chance they get which was a relief. I walked in knowing what I wanted, so it sped up the process quite a bit.Product:I LOVE my laptop, Ive had it about a week, and havent had any issues.They do background checks on the computers to make sure theyre not blacklisted.They also give you a year warrantee included which is peace of mind since it wont have apple care.Financing:I was able to pay cash for the computer but they had a 90 day same as cash option I took advantage of which allowed me to save some cash up front. No credit check! (which is great if your credit is low, or dont want to have it pulled) The process took all of 5 minutes to complete (if that!)That being said, the company that they use WILL have CRAZY high interest rates (100%!!!!), so I highly recommend that you call them when you are there and set up your payments to be paid in full by the 90 days.

Imagine having no prior knowledge or experience on a Mac computer but heard about it and having very little knowledge on a basic computer. Well, that was me but when I walked into this location and began to let Mr. Miguel and staff know what it was that I was looking for, he led me in the right direction and made me feel very comfortable. I’ve been an Apple user since the early 90’s and this is the first time I’ve had a proper laptop repair experience in Orlando. My computer was not shipped off with a note - I talked to the tech, he listened, made suggestions and I picked it up the next day. Over the years I’ve tried several local Apple repair shops and put up with questionable service or discovered that they were just someone else to write the note and send it off. No More! I’ve finally found a home on 436 in Orlando!They have a great inventory of certified used Apple products too - how great is that!

This place is amazing, I had an issue with my MacBook. In another place they told me it was a hard drive problem but Miguel ran a diagnostic and told me it was the HDD cable (much cheaper).They repaired it the same day. I am very pleased with the price and service. If you have a problem with a MacBook this is the place to go. The owners were really nice too! would definitely recommend this place if you have any issue with your devices!

I highly recommend Experimac! I took my crashed hard drive in to see if they could recover my data after Apple said it was unrecoverable. Miguel was able to not only recover all my data but also my entire hard drive including OS, profiles and all software for a very reasonable price. So many nice things to say about this place! Customer service is always beyond amazing! The first time I brought my phone in was to replace my screen since it had fallen and cracked. Brought it in and left within 10-15 minutes! The second time I came in was to replace my battery and my charging port (I needed to hold the cable to the side to have it charging) Most places would just replace the part and give the phone back... but not them, I like how they made me feel included in the repair so I know exactly what was wrong with it. After putting everything back together, phone is charging like brand new and the battery lasts a lot longer than it had been. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs their iPhone or Mac fixed. This is the only location Id bring my phone to!A big thank you to the entire staff that always gives me a warm welcome and the best customer service Ive had in a while as well.

Dropped by to have my iPhone 5 checked after I replaced the battery myself I was greeted warmly and attended to quickly. I was given options on a minor repair which was done immediately while I waited. A nice change from the local Apple store where you wait hours and then have to leave your phone for days. Experimax is a husband and wife team who focus in EXCELLENT customer service. I had been to look around a couple of times and had great interactions with them. Recently, I finally went in to purchase a MacBook Pro from them.They were extremely helpful, courteous and professional. They not only helped me to find the MacBook best for my needs, they also made sure it was well prepped, came with a keyboard protector membrane, and also reassured me that they would help if I came back with any questions.The power cord for my Mac had the wrong charge fitting to the Mac. I went back in to let them know. Again, they remembered me and immediately exchanged the power cord for the correct one without hesitation.I will be sure to use them again and again. My Mac has been working great. Now they are looking for a gently used version of the iPad I want.Bottom Line: Phenomenal place!!

Excellent service! I came in with a MacBook Air from 2013, with an issue that at some point caused it to stop turning on altogether. I brought it in as a walk-in to Miguel and the next day, they found that it was dirty and had some water damage as well (they texted me pictures which Ive attached here). So, they offered to clean it first with an ultrasonic cleaner and see if that would fix the issue. In addition, they had to replace the keyboard.They have a guarantee that if they cannot fix the problem for you or find a diagnosis, they will not charge you anything. They told me that if the initial clean didnt solve the problem, they werent going to charge me for that in particular. In the end, the clean fixed it, and they also kindly fixed the keyboard free-of-charge!All in all, it took about four days to get the computer back, and the repair cost was $133 for the cleaning. I had no problems whatsoever. Thank you guys! (They speak both English and Spanish by the way, for those that may have a language barrier)

I had gone to a different Experimac (not this Semoran location) and had my iPhone 6 plus screen repaired. Unfortunately, the glass that the other Experimac put in was faulty and did not show the true colors and brightness of the iPhone screen as originally. Thankfully I was still in my 90 day guarantee window. I had stopped by the Experimac Semoran location to have them look at it. They were able to fix the problem even when they were not the ones that originally put the screen in. They did a very good job and were superb in customer service. Im really happy with my iPhone glass that they put on. It is just how it used to be before it ever broke. Thank you Experimac Semoran location! (Go to the Semoran location! It will be worth it.)

After needing a new MacBook, I talked to folks at Experimac. They showed some options that were just what I needed for producing my music. The processing speed is great and the size I got was a great deal for the price. They even ported over all my data from the old one, so it looked exactly the same. I took my mac to a ubreak store about a year ago, they kept it for one week to diagnose and then told me it couldnt be fixed, wee after a year of waiting, i found out about Experimac on Semoran blvd, so i took it to them, IN ONE DAY THEY diagnosed, and repaired it!!!! Im never taking any of my apple products anywhere else but there. THEY ARE THE BEST!!!

I was 1 day shy of the 90 day return policy, that i was ABLE TO MAKE IT IN, because my REFURBISHED (i emphasize that word, because thats the quality their products hold) SPAZZED during my first semester of school. VERY frustrating and the owner practically turned his face and did not try to help at all. running a business is understandable, but the loan company told me it was upon HIS DISCRETION to take back the computer that they WOULD approve the loan cancellation. i PUT THEM ON THE PHONE as i stood in the store trying to return the trash i was sold. it was a Macbook Pro.... disabled as hell. Now it sits in my credit, and will do so because they will not receive a PENNY from me.

This place is very professional. Had an iPad Pro with a cracked screen. Dropped it off Friday and picked it back up the following Tuesday. Expertly done job. Screen looks brand new. Very pleased. I have dealt with electronics and Apple products for a while now and I can say that dealing with Experimac has been my best experience and by far. I exchanged one of my old iPad and iPhone plus some petty cash for a MacBook Air. It was a hassle free and smooth transaction. Experimac personnel are very professional and experts in Apple products.

Miguel is great to work with, trade in my MacBook Pro and purchased a new and updated MacBook Pro the whole transaction took less than an hr. I later came back to the store and did some upgrades to my MacBook Pro same day service. weeks Later I bought iMac that wasnt booting up properly. They fixed the problem keep me updated during the whole repair process. I had my iMac back to my within less than a week. And for free Miguel fix the hinge on my iMac at no extra cost.I would recommend this store for either purchases a new Apple product or getting your Apple product service.

I went to Experimac Northeast Orlando to buy a MacBook Pro for my son while I was traveling, and it was an amazing experience there, the computers are in very good condition, they offered me 1-year warranty, and the attention of the staff was excellent.

I came into the store to have a hard drive on my failing MacBook extracted and placed in an external enclosure. They didnt have any enclosures in stock, but they extracted the hard drive in less than 5 minutes and didnt charge me anything. They were very nice and knowledgable. Always had good experiences at Experiac locations.

As a Senior Citizen beginner on Apple, I depend on Juan Miguel Nobrega to help me understand the intricacies of my Mac Book Pro. I had to upgrade my MacBook Pro from 2011 13 inch (which I upgraded to16gb and a 1tb ssd) to a 2014 15 inch 16gb 512 ssd. They are very nice and knowledgeable and it comes with a 1 warranty nice. I will definitely go there again.

At this Experimac location they told me they will try to fix it, and after some days they call me and told me that my MacBook was ready. I came into Miguels store with my 2012 MacBook Pro after another Apple specialist told me (and charged me $99 for the bad diagnosis) that the motherboard was fried and the 5-month old SSD I upgraded to was corrupted. I had the SSD extracted with the hope I could somehow recover the data. Miguel checked out the computer and SSD and told me a completely different story. The motherboard was not the issue - it was the video card on the motherboard. The SSD was fine but would only be accessed by a Mac with the latest OS (High Sierra) installed. One week, $200, and one OS update later I am back on my 2012 MBPro like nothing ever happened. These guys are true Apple experts. I would recommend them in a flash.
