Great selection of bourbon to enjoy during service. I’ve been going to Aixa Bayala for a few years now (cut & color) and she never disappoints. She gets it right every single time. She educates me on products but doesn’t push them on me. Catching up with her is such a good time! My husband enjoys the barber shop side for a beard trim and haircut with Edwin. This salon is beautiful but also comfortable. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment or simply stop by for a latte and look for yourself.

This place is superb. Tiffany and Nate (owners) have put a ton of time and energy to make this spot welcoming and innovative. I’ve been seeing Edwin in the barbershop for a few months and this guy is on point. Great personality to go along with a great cut and shave. I’ve tried several other places around Lake Nona and none of them come close - I’ve had my head butchered and my face cut by razors. Edwin always pays attention to detail and makes you feel welcome. Coffee bar is awesome and as a male I don’t really use the salon portion; however, I have walked through it- It’s well kept, clean, and everyone speaks to you. Great spot for a coffee and a cut. Great spot for young executives and professionals to feel that quality their looking for.

Alejandra is the best blonding stylist in the state. I drive 3 hours to see her because I have full trust in her work and her vision. She’s fixed my hair after another stylist left bands of gold in it and then brought my hair back to life from years of bleach while continuing my love for being a platinum blonde even though my hair grows dark dark brown.

Amanda is a fantastic stylist. She gave me the best haircut. My hair is course and with the moisture in Florida that means a lot of frizz. She cut my hair in such a way that is lays better and doesnt look like a mop. I will absolutely return to Jacq and Jack for my next cut.

Jenna Carey is an amazing artist and stylist (hair stylist isnt an adequate description)...My hair and beard color is silver...her color description, which sounds better than my self-described grey. Jenna styled and trimmed my hair and beard perfectly. This shop brings something so unique and needed to the Lake Nona area. My husband is obsessed with the coffee bar and buys the bags to brew at home, rendering every other coffee experience subpar. He’s loyal to Master Barber Edwin and is willing to look like a yeti if it means waiting it out. As a really bad girly-girl I was nervous about having services done, everyone there is stunning, they’re not only gorgeous but so friendly and helpful. Everything about this place is perfection!

Checked out this new local gem in the Lake Nona Town Center. Wow is all I can say! Amazing Customer Service. The Men’s Barber was on point! I got a cut, shampoo and lather straight edge razor finish. I felt like I got every bit of my money’s worth from the overall experience.They also have a coffee cafe inside that serves very high quality Lineage coffee. I had an authentic cortado- it exceeded any coffee expectations I had. Each sip I took, I truly enjoyed. Kinda makes it hard to go to Starbucks ever again. I don’t know which one I liked more; The Coffee or the Barber service. Seriously they both were pretty amazing .

I had my hair completely virgin and I went to the beauty salon that name is very big! to make a change of look! I explained what I really wanted after going through a very long process, the result was that they burned all my hair! I never put on a protection, she excused herself saying that my color was black and I told them I have never painted it was a virgin! They just told me were not going to charge you and Im amazed because they could charge me for burning my hair! The manager told me come next time and well do a better job for you! What I really wanted was to sue her for the physical and psychological damage that made me go! I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO GO!

Where to begin? Walking into jacq and jacq instantly makes you feel prettier. The decor is goals and the coffee is on point. Name another hair salon that has amazing coffee in the salon? Normally you are offered a Kurieg cup of coffee. Nope, not here. They have the best hand crafted coffees that will bring a smile to anyone’s face. All of the ladies and men who work there are so tightly knit and make you feel like you are apart of their family on your first visit. I see Aixia. I came to Aixia with broken, really bad fake blonde hair and hope. Aixia did NOT disappoint. She has done exactly what I have wanted in the appropriate stages and made my hair just as pretty as their decor. I have difficulty keeping up with my own life and Aixia always does an amazing job of knowing what’s going on with me when I come in. The customer service there is amazing. I’ve had to come straight from work and not been able to eat all day and Aixia and the staff has asked if I wanted to order food or provided me with delicious snacks. I’ve also had the chance to check out the primrose room which is beautiful in itself. I got a perfect manicure there and felt like royalty. If you are able to catch the owner Tiffany, who clearly loves and cares about her employees and business (because her and her hubby are always there), then you will re evaluate your style, hair, life and dog goals. They use all top of the line products on your hair/skin and nails. You don’t normally find that salons do that due to cost. Without a doubt I recommend this salon to anyone. The people there are beautiful, and they will make you feel and look beautiful too.

I think I have found my new go to salon! Everything about my experience was incredible. The aesthetic of the space creates a really wonderful atmosphere thats modern but comfortable. My stylist Yari Rosado listened to everything I wanted when it came to coloring my hair and made sure that my color was tailored to my liking. Let me tell you I am obsessed with how it came out. She clearly knows her stuff and was absolutely the sweetest. Every employee here is friendly and wants to make sure that you are getting the most out of your experience. Aixa Bayala is the best Master stylist! Her work is skillful magic and I couldn’t be happier with my hair! The location is so cute and has tons of character. Love the puppy that chills around there, too.

I was here on vacation looking for a mens barber that was close to my location, I must say I was very impressed by the service I received. They took care of me the minute I walked into this establishment, Customer Service was amazing, My haircut came out great as well, they gave straight Edge Razor finish which I was very impressed by. I would definitely come back to this establishment when Im back in town, and would also highly recommended this place as well.
