Love the chocolate, but didnt appreciate how one of the workers was so rude to me and my mom. She didnt give us any samples right when we entered like she did with other customers that came in after us (we came in when the store was empty) and thought we were trying to go over the 75 piece limit for the bags.The scale is definitely inaccurate. Every bag we counted each piece up to 75, but she would insist that we were 1 over. We had to poor them out and count with her every single time. Definitely didnt appreciate her attitude as she was counting though.

There are a ton of flavors in here. It definitely has more than your local grocery store. I love the mocha blast chocolate bar. My husband loved his strawberry cheesecake bar. If you are going to this outlet at the end of Int Drive, this store is a must visit!

75 pieces chocolates only cost 20 dollar. OMG I love it.

Originally discovered Lindt Lindor Chocolates in Carlisle, PA. My wife and I learned of the Orlando location and made a point of stopping by. So glad we did, and Josie was SO helpful in helping us locate the store in the Orlando Premium Outlets! Our account was still good so we got a break on our purchase for Christmas. With Josies help, well make this a regular stop when we visit Universal. Thanks, Josie!

Definitely the best store ever, I am a big fan of chocolate, a while ago I went with my family and Anita Molina help us, she was amazing and the best of it everyone got a free truffle to experience, we bought a couple of gifts for our family back in PR and she even told us how to prevent them from melting, by far the best customer service ever !!!

Bad experience, asked to try one of the flavors (green bag) when my wife had the bag full of chocolate to see if I was gonna take that flavor also when we were about to pay. A new guy( the one who had the basquet of chocolate at that moment) without saying he’s name, told me that me and my wife already had one and wasn’t gonna give her or me anything, I told the lady at the counter what happened and that he was very rude and provided very bad customer service, afterwards told my wife to return the bag full and left...One of the worst customer service ever, hopefully a manager gonna review my comments and keep a better close attention to the staff, good product but bad customer service, and for that reason I didn’t buy anything...It is a shame...Very good product, but the worst customer service at that store, most likely gonna lose more customer every day with that very poorly customer service...

Better prices than in Duty Free in Brazil. The price itself is almost equal to that of supermarkets in Brazil, but with the promotion pay 3 take 4 is worth it.

Very complete store because it is an Outlet. It is important to remember that it is possible to find excellent discounts. On Columbus Day week, we had a 50% discount on everything in the store that was added to traditional discounts.

It will really be the easiest assessment to make. Going to a Lindt store and sampling any of its products is the closest experience to being in paradise.

This shop is a perdition for chocolatiers and the prices are better than Duty Free stores, and offer a wide range of products and launches, with varied flavored candy sold in bulk.
