The birthday cake truffle and the most decadent milkshake. My son and I ended our day at the mall here which we havent been to Florida Mall in about 3 years. Still tastes and smells amazing and the service is still great. Ill be back even if it is just to get a milkshake for my son and I. Best tasting ever.

Best chocolate in town! Their macaroons are to die for and if you are in time for the limited supply of hot chocolate balls, dont miss out on those! The staff is friendly and fun and who doesnt love chocolate!

The associates were very nice! They were willing to answer questions about the chocolates and knowledgeable. Plus the chocolates are DELICIOUS!! I got the Tokyo chocolate which has yuzu and chocolate mousse.

You could never go wrong with Godiva chocolate. They are the best. They do practice social distancing and the service is great.

I just went to this location today and wow they are so friendly and nice. Today is my birthday and I didn’t say anything about it but they treated me like they knew it was my birthday. That’s how good their customer service is.

Love this place, milkshakes are the best

My favorite chocolate in the whole world. They have fantastic ice cream and ice cream drinks. I love the original chocolates but the newer truffles are really good too. Get one of their rewards cards and you get a free piece of candy every month and sometimes you get extras. They remember you on your birthday once you are fully registered too.We make an effort to make it to one their stores monthly to get our free piece but usually end up buying something. If you enjoy better quality chocolate this is a good place to visit. They have the best chocolate covered strawberries. Very often when you walk in they have free samples of something new. The Oreo creations draw us in.

My experience was amazing, at the begining a really enthusiastic young lady named Karla, make my day, i went for a milkshake and I ended up buying a presentation for my wife, the manager says that she was going to do the ribbon on the boxes and she did something horrible, just like that, she was just pushing every body on the store but doing nothing to help, my experience came back to the happiness when Karla saw my face and ask me what was wrong, and I told her and show her the ribbon, she take it apart and did a beautiful one, made like if she cares, my wife is super happy, and definitely I recommend the chocolate from Godivia.

I love their ice cream its so rich and creamy and they have always gotten my order right, except this one time when I ordered a swirl but it was okay, because the ice cream was still really good.

Not the biggest Godiva shop buyer it carries all of the great chocolatiers best selling items. The flights are limited, unlike the larger sized stores, but the cold case is fully stocked. As per all Godiva shops, the items are expensive but dokie high quality chocolates and candies, its a good place to go for gifts and specialty items.

So, everytime I go to this store most of the time I dont buy nothing because their customer serves sucks. Today, my coworker wanted a milkshake, so, I went.... Only one person said hi to me and took my order. The MOD on duty completely ignored me, and another associated ignored me also. The cashier was nice and could not ignored because she had to cash me out. If it was not for that nice young girl who notice I was getting annoyed had take my order and even asked me if I wanted extra whip cream, I would had walked out.

If I could rate this store a zero I would. The most disrespectful customers service. The cashier rolled her eyes, had disrespectful comments, and slammed my purchase on the counter. I called the store manager and had the same disrespectful service on the phone! Don’t not recommend and will not be returning!

Yesterday i came to this store for the first time in the Florida Mall to get my favorite ice cream shake and check out the new easter chocolates. I usually go to the one at the Millenia Mall.HORRIBLE experience! The manager Aimee wouldn’t stop following me.She’s way too pushy! No fun at all, i eneded up leaving without my shake.Never again!

Godiva chocolate is considered the best in the world. It really is very good. Maybe not so good for the Brazilian standard, who prefer good, very sweet chocolates. Therefore, for those who prefer sweet chocolates, Godiva is not the best option.
