I placed an order online and called to make a change to it. I was surprised by how easy they made the update for me and took care of my order. It was an order for delivery the same day. It arrive before 5pm and well made! Thank you.
Complete Disappointment! I have order from Edible Arrangements in the past in various locations. I have never had this problem like I did here at this store in Orlando. When you order an arrangement for a Birthday gift its expected to be delivered on the specified day. When I called to find out what had happened the excuse I got was we were busy on Friday and couldnt get it delivered. No apologies or money back to make it right. I asked why they didnt reach out to let me know it wasnt being delivered and they didnt have a reason. Not even call or email, they are completely unprofessional! For the price you would expect better service!
Overall experience was poor… from delivery to missing product and how it was handled. I was not looking for anything but having been in hospitality industry an extended “something” would have been nice. 20% off next purchase or something that indicates you are willing to make it better….this was at Millenium Edibles
Did not resemble photo at all. I called to add a balloon, but apparently I call 10 minutes before they closed so instead taking my payment I was told we are closing soon but Ill just add the balloon. I was very grateful even though she wasnt very friendly. Of course there was no balloon when the order arrived and it seemed a little rushed & thrown together. I wont order from there again. 👎🏾
I placed an order for my best friends birthday over a week ago and its pass 8:00pm and the delivery hasnt get there yet, its not even a holiday. How come they promise delivery same day. I Called the store earlier to find out at least if they had an idea about delivery time because I was not able to track it online but the guy on the phone was very, very rude. My friend has spend her birthday at home waiting for something that probably wont get there tonight. Awful customer service and very poor customer satisfaction. I dont recommend this place at all, unless you are looking for an excuse to write a bad review, save your energy and your money and go to another place. I’ll gave you 1star because there is no way I can leave my review without.

My friend ordered an arrangement on 8/31 for my birthday as a surprise. I received the arrangement on 9/4 after calling them multiple times and requesting a refund which they refused. They claimed the attempted to deliver 3 times. Also claimed they could not get in the gate. (I live in apartments with no gate) I never received a phone call nor notes about delivery. They had a number phone in their system as my phone number, I called and had it fixed. Next day called again to check on the statues (number was still wrong in the system and was never fixed). I have a leasing office downstairs that is open til 7pm, if deliveries were attempted they could have left the arrangement at the leasing office or had the office call me. Very unorganized, and it’s ridiculous that they will not refund after the shop obviously made multiple mistakes.
On 4/27, I placed an online order from this location that was never delivered. It was to be delivered on 5/11 as a belated Mothers Day gift. (They didnt offer deliveries on actual Mothers Day, which seems like a miss for Edible Arrangements). I confirmed with my aunt beforehand that she would be home to accept the gifts. She called me 2 days later (5/13) to confirm that they were never delivered. The Track My Order feature says that its still out for delivery, but I cant imagine fruits would still be fresh so many days later. I tried calling the store to cancel it and request a refund. I was rerouted to 2 message machines: the first was broken, the second one was full, so I couldnt leave a message. The web form to submit a request to Customer Service was also broken. Finally, the main line for Edible Arrangements Customer Service was closed, and the recording did not specify a range of days/hours to call back.I recognize that much of this isnt the stores fault, but failing to deliver the fruits and not answering their own phone/message machine certainly is. Based on my experience, this all seems symptomatic of a larger problem at Edible Arrangements. If they dont contact me to issue a refund in the next few days, Im going to have to dispute the $70 charge on my credit card. Just wanted others to know what theyre risking before placing an order. If they default on your order, there is NO SUPPORT.
I gave it one star because I had to I couldn’t give it no stars. Placed an order for same day delivery. They called me to say they had no drivers but it will definitely be the first orders to be delivered along with the other orders that couldn’t go out. Called at 3 pm and the same man I spoke to that gave me that info was acting like he had no clue what I was talking about and I was told the delivery girl has up to 8pm to make that delivery. He said her priorities was to drop off to businesses first then deal with residential. I asked why wasn’t that told to me yesterday when I called I would of opted for pick up instead and he didn’t have an answer. Horrible customer service wouldnt buy from that place at all. Not even in person.

I am writing this review while on hold - and it has been 16 minutes so far. On the order, I wrote If the person is not home, please leave the order in the covered patio. However, they left a note saying sorry we missed you. I called to see if they can correct the mistake or if another truck would be out later. The first person I spoke to put me on hold for a few minutes. The next person that picked up had no idea why I was holding and I had to explain everything again. During the conversation the employee was very defensive and rude saying, No we dont leave the order on the doorstep. Its Florida, its hot, things will melt and that is a complaint waiting to happen. To be honest, there are more professional ways to explain a company policy and if that is the policy, then why wasnt I called to see if I wanted to proceed when they first got my order and saw my request in the notes section? ANYWAY...STILL ON HOLD.... A business should show empathy while trying to problem solve for the customer. When I asked how we can resolve this problem, I heard the hold music again. I was NEVER informed this time that I was being put on hold. It was pretty much that the employee didnt want to talk to me and was hoping I would hang up. No one should be treated like that on the phone.UPDATE: Luckily, after 21 minutes on hold, the manager Marina answered the phone. Apparently she just walked into the store and saw my call on hold and picked it up. I am thankful for that. She was able to solve my problem professionally and with empathy. If I ever use this company again, it is because of Marinas superior customer service. I usually do a ton of Edible Arrangement orders all over the country for family occasions and will ONLY continue to do so because of Marina. They are lucky to have managers like her. Thank you, Marina for the help and please give your employee there a customer service training. Raising the rating from 1 star to 3.
Terrible costumer service. I ordered an arrangement to be delivered yesterday and the failed to do so. I called this morning to check what was going on and the answer was Im sorry we forgot to email and let you that our driver didnt come back for the second round of deliveries, but we will deliver it this morning. They still have not delivered it and called to check again and they are closed already and the main customer center have no idea what happened. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
I am so happy with a fathers day order I placed the day before! Great job from answering my call an hour before the scheduled open time to the delivery guy. I will definitely use them again!
My wife and I love edible arrangements as a gift method for someone special. Unfortunately, this location doesnt deliver that service nor does their customer service provide a adequate response. We got a notification on Saturday that our delivery was not able to be delivered, we called .. no one picked up, we didnt get a notification for Sunday so called again, no answer. We called again today, and spoke with a male (T). T was rude to my wife and hung up on her as she was trying to confirm what the delivery fee was and the confirmation number. Disappointed people cant be courteous.
Ordered yesterday 5/26 afternoon for the delivery to be sent today 5/27. Based on the reviews I read after placing my order, I was skeptical so I called the day of to ensure the delivery would be made on time. The customer service was excellent and the delivery was on schedule. I would definitely use this location again.
I ordered a delivery for someone’s birthday and it wasn’t delivered the the day it was scheduled. I called the lady at 4:45 and she said it would be there by 6:00. The day after his birthday comes and it is delivered with NO BALLOONS. I paid $15 extra dollars for balloons and it was supposed to come with one. $50 down the drain! This is the second time this place has disappointed me.
I had a great experience with this store. Im in Tennessee and I sent an arrangement to my grandmother in St. Cloud. Unfortunately, she wasnt going to be home at the time they would deliver. Their policy is that they dont leave it at the door which is understandable. So I called and asked when it would be delivered and I spoke with Mirena I believe her name was. She gave me a time frame and She was very professional and accommodating. I asked if they could leave it with the neighbor. She contacted the driver to inform them immediately. Everything went smoothly. The arrangement was delicious, fresh and beautiful and came at the time they said it would. Almost forgot to mention that I ordered same day. Will definitely use them in the future.
I placed an order around 8.30am to be delivered the same day. Shortly after the store opened I called them to inform them that mu recipient will be leaving earlier than expected and that I would come pick up my order and deliver it myself. I spoke with Taurean and he assured me that I didnt need to do that. He actually promised me it would be delivered by noon. Taurean kept his promise and my order was delivered before noon. Thank you Edible Arrangments --Millenia location for taking such good care of my order. Thank you Taurean for making sure it got there on time. I am very happy and will definitely be using this location in the future.

Very frustrated with my transaction. I placed an order to have it delivered the next day, which did not happen. Come to find out 3 days later the order was refunded and I never received a phone call with an explanation as to why the order was cancelled on the day it was suppose to be delivered.
My experience at this particular store was not ideal at all. I’ve ordered from edible arrangements before but this location was by far the worse when it came to customer service. It was even more shocking that it came from the general manager, Mirena. I understand some people can have a bad day, but respectfully it shouldn’t be taken out on customers.I definitely don’t think this is the store you should go tonight you are looking for great customer service.

Very rude. I called to get directions and the woman that answered the phone was very rude. My order was to be picked up at 10:30 and I didn’t get my platter until after 11:30. Service was just not it. Not what I was expecting.
I would have left zero stars if site would allow! The general manager is full of nothing but excuses! A sympathy arrangement to be delivered same day was delivered next day at 9:52 PM! Unacceptable! Van broke down, had driver show up late last night, we don’t guarantee delivery times (it says on website- everything was done via telephone) wouldn’t give me franchisee owner names told me good luck complaining to corporate! So unprofessional! Disappointing and I vow I will never use them again anywhere!Marina should be fired a general manager!

I placed an order one week in advance and got a call on the date of delivery that my order somehow got missed placed in the orders that were scheduled for that day were going out first. I ordered this from a different state to ship out from the store. This was for someone’s birthday a very special birthday if they have not celebrated their birthday in years. Since it was ordered one week ago I would assume there will be no issues with delivery. However I was told that it could be delivered the next day. I don’t want it delivered the next day because the person‘s birthday will be over. They then said it would TRY be delivered by 7:00 PM. If it was placed one week ago there should have been no issues with the delivery. When I called the store the representative said that I was being unreasonable due to the issues they were having inside their store. That’s not my problem. With all the money spent trying to make someone’s day special this company has ruined it. I will never order from them again.The delivery just arrived at 7:45 PM I will never order edible arrangements ever again this is terrible customer service.
Worker by the name of TONY is very rude he spoke to me as I was aggravating him or didn’t want to be at work. Bought it to be delivered friday as I Knew that my dad wouldnt be home on saturday or sunday and yet my order got move to be delivered saturday and of course no one was home, they claim to have made an attempt to deliver it sunday but nothing SO now its monday and my elderly dad has to go pick up his gift. I dont see why I even paid for delivery if my dad would be forced to go pick it up. This the second time Ive ordered from them and the second time they do this. Discourages me from ordering edible arrangements at all.

I usually receive edible arrangements on special occasions and this is the first time my husband ordered from this location. The arrangement came with all the chocolate melted. At first I thought it was a door Dash delivery, but when I called the location they told me it was their own delivery guy. He did not have a refrigerated truck. When I spoke to the person they insinuated I was lying and probably wanted a discount, but I was just informing them for future deliveries. Very poor customer service will never order from this location again!
I realize there is an epidemic going on and this store location only permits 3 customers at a time to enter the store.Keep in mind that I that had an on-line purchased with an Scheduled pick-up.Rather being rude and unprofessional. An e-mail should of being included with the on-line order regarding the stores COVID policy or station a greeter in front of the store. To inform the customers who have scheduled pick-ups. The young lady behind the register should of been a little more customer service focused rather then yelling at a paid customer to close the door in an condescending unprofessional manner.I would not recommend anyone to purchase that this location if you desire to experience 2 star customer service from their cashier.
Edible arrangements is a rip off. The delivery for a 12count box of strawberries for the next day was $30.‘not worth it at all. Especially when it’s coming from it that far away .

I ask to talk to a supervisor because I needed an estimate time for the delivery since the person receiving the arrangement was about to leave. “Camela” that’s supposed to be her name told me that the supervisor wasn’t there and that the supervisor will say the same thing! When I told her I was calling corporate she was saying “whatever mam I really don’t care” totally rude and unprofessional!!
There was me and another customer waiting. We stood there for a bit and heard people laughing in the back so the other customer knock on the door to the kitchen, They didn’t come out. I called their phone in hope they would hear, twice and no one came to the phone. Then the other customer bang on the door really loud again and the girl came out with an attitude ‘why the heck did you know?’ Like ‘yes...?’ Oh I’m sorry is the business not open? For the ridiculous high price your company charges, I would expect high customer service or at the minimum customer service period.

My aunt bought my brother an edible arrangement for his birthday Oct 19th, and it just arrived today! Such a horrible experience... no apology, no partial refund.... absolutely nothing. Go elsewhere.... this is a terrible place to order from.
Never will I ever order from this location again. Delivery arrived to the person around 8:30pm on Father’s Day and person pulled up in some regular car (not company owned, fruits not refrigerated, and an extra person in car) to drop it off. I called the location and every single person gave an attitude and couldn’t give an estimated delivery time. This location is not professional and service is awful. I’m not the one to write lengthy negative reviews but when spending this type of money I feel everyone should be informed what they are getting themselves into. Look into other locations or another company all together.
I was impressed with the arrangement. The fruit was very fresh and I loved the fruit that was dipped in chocolate. The staff were pleasant and helped me find an arrangement within my price range. Excellent customer service.

Ordered a basket for Mother’s Day and was so thankful for them being so wonderful to work with during this tough time. The fruit was so fresh and ripe. The strawberries were surprisingly good for it not being in season.
I ordered a bouquet for my best friends birthday from California. It arrived on time and it really made her day special. The manager was super friendly and helpful when I called and asked a few questions for clarification for my order. I know other people have had bad experiences, but remember some people only want to post complaints and not positive experiences.
Thankful they are open during this time. Definitely makes getting gifts for family events more stress free. Great customer service and the arrangement was amazing.
First of all the address is wrong. There are 2 Suites 101 on the building and the GpS takes you to the wrong one. The gentleman who was supposed to bring my order to the car was very rude and unprofessional. He does not have any customer service skills. He even hung up on me after I told him Ive been waiting for 30 min outside for my order. I am beyond disappointed with this store.
Omg!!!! They sent my friend the wrong balloon on the order.... i was very specific about the kinf of arrangement i was looking for and they still messed it up. I was mortified to find out she got an anniversary balloon rather than a emoji balloon. She was embarrassed at work and i cannot even look her in her eyes. I’m not one to normally post negative reviews but the experience I had this past weekend (weekend of valentines day) definitely motivated me to do so! So long story short, I call in from south florida to make an order so I could send my family something as a token of appreciation. Paid $60 for the platter, $15 for delivery and tax of course, called in Friday and set a delivery date for Saturday the very next day (2/15/20). Took my money too quick but never delivered the platter to my family. When I called in Saturday evening, I was told that they attempted to deliver the package at 2:20pm. My family has cameras with motion detection systems, my grandparents stay home all day so that was a lie. Sunday comes and they still never received their item. Got a refund Monday morning, the goal was just to send my family something for the holiday 🤦🏻♂️

Extremely disappointed. Ordered on Thursday for Monday morning delivery to a business. Asked about delivery time and was assured it would go first thing in the morning. Just found out it got there after 2 pm. I was hoping everyone there could enjoy it during the day but now they go home shortly. I called and spoke to the manager and she said it wasn’t written in the notes for the order. She said if it was written there she would have done it first. She couldn’t care less that one of her employees failed to make that note. Pretty frustrating for the amount of money I spent. Definitely won’t use them again.

We picked up a mothers day basket, presented it to my mother with a card and everything and before opening it only to realize that there was a long brown strand of hair inside the fruit !! Disgusting!! please check your food if you ever choose to buy from this location because clearly they are not!!!

I ordered a post surgical arrangement that was so bad I emailed EA main office and they simply forwarded my complaint here. I was offered redelivery of the arrangement, which I declined because patient recovering could not have consumed all that fruit. I wish I could post a photo here of actual arrangement so my disappointment could be appreciated. I use feel like this was never resolved.
This establishment is not dependable. Don’t trust them to make your delivery. The owner’s name is Megan, I was not allowed to speak with her. When I asked for her full name- the employee didn’t even know Megans last name. Must be out of touch management. They didn’t even attempt to bring it to the door. I will admit, the driver tried calling to deliver the surprise, but if you don’t pick up- he won’t return your call, text or voicemail (even if you call back within 10-15 minutes). No response. My mistake- I should have seen the 2 star rating and elected for another branch. I have ordered from Edible Arrangements around half a dozen times- never have I dealt with such a poorly run branch. Heed the warning- if you love your spouse and are wanting to make them feel special on a normally rough day- don’t trust them to carry their promise of “delivering happiness to others”.

I had made an order 5 hours ago! 5 Hours ago!! I told them please have it delivered before 1:00 PM. I received an email that it supposedly arrived at 2:06 PM to the recipient. It didnt! I had to drive over there because it was already too late. The person had already gone home.I had to go there myself to pick it up. When I arrived, I find out that it hadnt even arrived yet!! The driver arrived at 3:24 PM! I dont understand why send an email stating it had arrived when it didnt. Also, there was an error on the message on the tag. I cant believe this. It was such an inconvenience. It ruined my day and our plans for the day.Im not ever doing business with you guys again.Thanks for nothing!

Owner was very unprofessional, looking to buy something for my meeting and told me to go in my car and call would be 10 mins, then I went inside and told me to keep calling until they answer and give them 45 mins to wait until they fill orders. Didn’t even come to the door had her delivery guy give me the message. Poor customer service!
I wish I had read the reviews befor I purchased from this location. Please dont order from this location, I know I wont ever again. This was for my fiancee and her maid of honor whom which work together. The delivery may have been on time but the order was mixed up and was given to the wrong one and to top that off, my fiancee didnt receive all of her order. Now i have been call for 2hrs and no answer..next time Ill just miss aday of work and deliver it myself.
Very unhappy with my order of chocolate covered strawberries, bananas and pineapple. The bananas were all mushy and inedible. Each pineapple piece had the core inside which to me was also inedible. The strawberries were ripe and delicious. Really?! Only 4 of the 12 pieces were enjoyed. For the price they charge, totally unacceptable. Never again!
When the lady rang my doorbell she had the fruit basket tucked under her arm which was not real appetizing looking. Then she really didnt speak to me so its well whos going to do the talking here. And then she suddenly says you need to sign this paper. I cant even remember if she said anything else when she handed me the fruit basket. The fruit seemed fresher in the one I received about a year ago.

My cousins sent a box of chocolate covered strawberries to me which were DELICIOUS, the berries were sweet and chocolate decadent.I had to pick them up because they tried 2 times to drop them off. Other stores have called first to coordinate the delivery.
This store provided me with one of the most dissatisfying experiences since Ive been doing business with Edible Arrangements. I placed an order before 12:00 noon to be delivered the same day and I was assured that it would be delivered in a timely manner only to call and find out that it would not be delivered on the same day. I was then promised that it would be delivered by 12:00 the following day and that promise was also not kept as I only found out when I called back to confirm the delivery time. I cancelled the order and will not be doing business with this location again.

Holidays happen every year on the same days and it never fails that theyll be behind taking forever to find your order. Ordering days ahead doesnt matter because your order most likely wont be ready. Theres no order when you go to pick up. Just whoever they find first. Doesnt matter that I waited an hour and someone else just walked in. Expect your order to be late and to do a lot of standing.
Horrible customer service, no return policy, will escalate the claim with the BBB. This is the type of store where you never want to do nothing.

I HAVE PURCHASED FROM OTHER LOCATIONS AND NEVER HAD THIS EXPERIENCE WITH THE STRAWBERRIES.UPDATE...THE MANAGER LIZ CALLED THE NEXT DAY AFTER my COMPLAINT AND RESOLVED EVERYTHING SHE WAS VERY NICE OFFERED ME A REFUND OR REMAKE OF THE ITEM WITH MORE. THIS GOT RESOLVED QUICKLY AND NOW IM SATISFIED.
Made a purchase on the 14th to be delivered on the 16th, after the first delivery attempt failed it took them 6 days to try to contact me ( never received the so called phone call). After almost a month I made an inquiry the manager called me combative and rude, screaming at me that it was perishable they couldnt just leave it there that it was my fault that the phone number given for the recipient wasnt working yada yada yada ANDDDD she hanged up the phone...

Terrible experience. Ordered an arrangement for our sickly mother in law in the hospital and the stored called to notify us that they could not do same day delivery. They then proceeded to assure me that the ordered would be delivered first thing in the morning of the following day. They also threw in a balloon for the inconvenience. It is now noon of the next day and the delivery has not been made. Mother in law is now out of the hospital. Customer service was terrible at this location. Order your gifts from somewhere else.
For mothers day I received a beautiful box that read, I love you, Happy mothers day mom. See you in a few. Bendicion. Love you.From my son, strawberries with 💓 chocolate different. So beautiful, one problem though the strawberries were all bad, the box was full of the water and juice of the strawberries. This is the second gift I had from this placeDO NOT BUY YOUR GIFTS HERE!THEY DO NOT CARE IS A GIFT!!!FRUITS ARE NOT FRESH!!!

I had to call the 1800 number to cancel the order that was NEVER delivered. worst customer service ever.DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!
Great service. Very communicative. Able deliver very same day. Driver let me know when it was going to be delivered and when the delivery was complete. Definitely recommend.
DO NOT BUY from this store. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I paid $50 for 12 small pieces of fruit and same day delivery. It was not delivered. I have called three days in a row multiple times a day and each time I am told they cant find my ticket and someone will call me back. They never call. Three days later I asked for a refund and they said they cant refund it. Excuse me? You charge me for something and never deliver it and even worse dont want to deal with it. I dont think so. Staff is rude and incompetent. Take your business somewhere else.
Bad quality of fruit, bad service. Order was incorrect Management and Employees just seemed to not care at all. problem was fixed but only after making a few phone calls and then the girl on the phone proceeds to make it seem as if it was my fault i had to physically show them green chocolate dipped strawberries yuck. Spoke with the manager never got an apology. 1st impressions matter this is the 1st and last time I will ever use them.. Take your business where its appreciated

My husband placed an order for Mother’s Day. Not only I never received my gift, but we had to file a complaint with customer service. They said that a refund was to be done in 48 hours. Here we are, two weeks later still having conversations on how to get a refund for something that it was never delivered. We have contacted 2 different stores that leave us on hold for an ridiculous extended amount of time and customer service said that someone will contact us and they don’t. We just want our money back! Never again!
Will never buy anything there. Service is real bad, they dont help you decide, only by pictures that DO NOT show the reality, or better yet, you cannot really appreciate what you are buying. They seem to be busy in the back...how nice to get to a place and nobody is there, the refrigerators are empty, I thought the place was closed for a moment.The arrangement was smaller than I thought, some of the fruit was not ready to be eaten, hard, not ripe, very unpleasant and embarrassing with the guests.Very expensive for what I got, I was very impressed with the idea at first and it turned into a big dissapointment.
Very disappointed. Arrangement was sloppy, fruits were soggy and service was very late. Called and no one returned my calls to gather feedback about my experience.
I appreciate them because they corrected my order as soon as I gave them feedback so I ordered balloons an there was a couple that was deflated they contacted me upon the review an sent out MINIATURE balloons not the original size and a box of fruit which I appreciated very much, thank you for taking care of me as a customer

Walked in and walked right back out. They had nothing to purchase. The gentleman at the counter said they usually have stuff made for the day that you can buy but not today because someone called out...I showed up at 3pm.
The worst. Still waiting for my Valentines surprise from my husband. I would have to go and pick it up myself.
Amazing selection and delivery which is awsome... the down fall is there timing almost 2hrs late from time told
My only complaint is the there was hair in my arrangement.
