I went to T mobile to see if they can help me get access to my phone. They recommended this place. I was not able to unlock my phone(even with the right password or even turn it off. The owner in a few second was able to solve the issue for me. He was awesome and very informative. I highly recommend this location and will be back if I need my phone to be fix.

If I could leave no stars I would, I was looking for someone to fix my camera lens on my iPhone 12pro as it was damaged and the pictures were coming out foggy. First I called to inquire about their cost and they claimed to have the lowest price in the area, I was quoted $79 for the repair over the phone. I arrived no more than twenty minutes later because of the quote and when I spoke with the young kid behind the counter he told me it would be $99. I explained that I was quoted $79 and after going back and forth he said that the best he could do was $89. The payment was made and they told me that they were able to fix my camera lens and to return in an hour. After returning i was told that it would be another twenty minutes for them to finish, I returned thirty minutes after that. They showed me my phone, informed me that my camera was still broken and that my pictures were still coming out foggy. At this point, they charged me and only replaced the glass lens and informed me that in order to actually fix the issue that they would have to order parts. Why was I not told that parts would need to be ordered in order to fix the actual problem? My camera is now worse off than it was previously, and he said “How am I supposed to know that the camera wasn’t working, I don’t have your passcode?”anyone who knows anything about an iPhone knows that you are still able to take photos without the passcode, ESPECIALLY if you’re working with iPhones on a daily basis, this leads me to assume he just replaced the glass and didn’t bother to even attempt to fix the issue that I PAID this guy to resolve. After some more arguing and a phone call to their manager all they could do was offer me 20% off for essentially nothing. They mislead me to believe that they were going to fix the issue just to make a quick buck. Go literally anywhere else and save yourself the trouble of dealing with these scan artists.

I need just the glass that cover the camera on my galaxy s9+ so i called here and the guy told me he had just that little glass so he could do it... on ebay its 3$ i just dont want to wait a week... well he wanted to charge me 79$ just for that when you break i fix was 59 for the hole back glass including the camera one i need... guy is a joke ripping off people
