I called them to ask battery replacement for my IPhone and the gentleman on the phone was very professional and explain me option. The prices was comparatively cheaper, they replace my phone battery while I was waiting. Good Customer Services.Keep it up.

Update: they did end up finding my account and reaching out, Rashid has been providing me some over the phone options to try to solve the issues. I will try these tonight. I do appreciate their customer service for sure.Indifferent about this place. Been here 3 times, twice the guys were nice and helpful, the other is my biggest issue. Initially I had an LCD issue that needed to be repaired, I took it and then a few months later ran into the same issue, except this time when I went the guy was extremely unprofessional, told me it would be 15 minutes which was perfect bc I had an appt in 40, I went back after half an hour and he was like “oh ah uh I need more time” - so I had to cancel my appointment. After I got the phone back, the lcd was repaired but it started randomly shutting off - I NEVWR had this issue before. I took it back and they “checked it” and said it looked fine insisted that it wasn’t related. However this time after them opening it up, I have even more issues now, my screen won’t load all my messages, it shuts off more now, and now it won’t charge after the reset. Very frustrated because I paid both times.

Need to get my screen replaced. This place did a great job in less than 45 mins.

Had the back of my iPhone xr replaced. After replacement I put my phone into my brand new otter box defender series. I have never broke a phone prior to this because I always have the otter box on my phones. Not even 24hours after the replacement, I find that the back glass is broken again (never taken out of the otterbox since leaving shop). The workmanship was very poor to begin with and you can still see the glue used around the glass. After brining the phone back to the shop the owner admitted that it would need to be fixed again but only offered a “discount.”

Came in to fix my phone which wasn’t turning on anymore, and Rasheed gave me a diagnostic and a price over the phone. He was very honest professional and courteous, and the next day it was ready for me to pick it up. Now my phones working again instead of me buying a new one. I highly recommend this place!

Upon arriving, I was acknowledged and was offered complimentary pizza while I wait for the repair.I was told it was going to take about an hour to be done, but I came back before the hour was up! Both iPhone screen was fixed and I couldnt be any happier. I also got a screen protector for both phones there.Despite how the location may seem sketchy, the place get the job done.P.S sorry for the blurry photo, but look at the screen! All fixed in an affordable price. As a college student, this place is a lifesaver.

These guys are great. they fix my note 3 for way less than the other 20 people i call. i had them replace my LCD, digitizer, and screen and not only for a cheap price, they gave me a warranty and free template glass to go over my phone. i will diffidently go back and take my other phones and they also repair tablets as well.

I broke my phone 2 days after getting my brand new iPhone 7 Plus and I was desperate to get it done. I went to the Apple Store, they gave me a price of $150. I also went to my cell phone provider, they said $175 to get it fixed. So I checked ufonetech and they gave me the price $110 ($117 with taxes) and it only took 2-3 hours!
