Definitely did not get 5 star service here. I came in with an iPhone 8 Plus I bought off of the internet that had a broken screen. Prices were high. The technician kept me waiting because he said it would be ready in ten minutes but that turned into way more, so I left for lunch. When I came back it still wasnt ready. Then I ran other errands to kill time, no call. Four hours of my afternoon wasted and when I finally picked it up he realized he didnt test to see whether everything was working. So it turns out the rear camera was bad AND it was carrier locked. I wish I would have gotten better service and communication so that I could have saved the trouble and the money.

My experience at IFIXYOURI was possibly the most unprofessional thing a business has done to me in years. First, let me say, I brought in a very much working iPhone for a simple battery change. Here is how my experience unfolded.- I bring my phone in for a replacement battery- I Come back 45 minutes later- Get charged a premium of 85.00 for a battery replacement- Im told when I get home to charge my phone then restart- Get home, battery wont charge- Go back at 5:00 PM tech is gone, the girl does not know how to refund. After 30 minutes I leave.- I Go back at 10:00 AM the kid at the counter tells me he had actually tried 3 batteries and they didnt work. So, he actually knew he broke the phone before giving it back to me and charging me $85- I leave it for the manager to look at, who will be in shortly,- I come back 4 hours later and no one has looked at it- Wait 30 minutes, told it is broken and cant be fixed without spending 150+ dollars more- Then told the refund would take 3-5 days. They did not even start the refund process until i contacted them 2 times via e-mFacts:- I should have been informed that the skill level of the employees performing these usually simple tasks was so low they could potentially render my device inoperable.- I was informed by the employee the next morning, who broke my phone that he “had tried 3 different batteries and none of them had worked” prior to him charging me 85 dollars and sending me on my way the days before.- I was without a phone for 7 days after this incident- 36 hours later my money has not been refunded.- I had to spend $375 on a new phone because of the incompetence at this location.So, if your device is important to you in any way, steer clear of this company. My iPhone had a wonky software thing going on and I couldn’t reset it. The fix was a simple soft reset, but I didn’t know how to do that as I’ve never had trouble with my phone before. The guy could not even think how to fix my apple watch

I took my phone here to fix the camera. I have an iPhone 8 that Ive kept in perfect condition, no scratches and all original parts. When I took it in, they said I also would benefit from a new battery, and since they were changing the camera anyway I wouldnt pay for extra service, so I said sure, replace the battery too. They did, but the original screen didnt fit back in correctly and had all these ripple lines in it, so they replaced the screen. Once I got home I noticed the screen showed impact marks and the touch responsiveness didnt work well on the edges. When I called about it, they told me that it was because the battery they put in was actually a millimeter or two too big and that the screen didnt fit back in very well due to that. They said they stopped ordering parts from this particular manufacturer because the parts were often out of spec, but that the battery they put in my phone was the last one they had from said manufacturer. So they knew Id have an issue with the screen but took my money and sent me on my merry way anyway. They told me they were ordering new batteries and that theyd switch it out for me. This was a month ago. Today (Sunday) while I was at work, the touch functionality on my screen straight up stopped working around 1pm. My job is 2 minutes from iFix so I left for a break to go take my phone in. They have hours posted today from 11-5 but no one was there. Now I cant use my phone at all and I need it for my job.TLDR:-my camera wasnt working. now I cant even use my phone at all.-I got my phone repaired to save money instead of getting a new phone. What I saved in money I have now spent in stress and annoyance, nevermind being left without a phone.-Literally never again will I try to get my phone fixed.If youre thinking about going here, let me save you the month-long headache and just get a new phone. The money you save taking your device here is not worth the BS you go through just to be able to leave with a working phone.UPDATE: Its Monday. I was there at 10am (hours posted today are 10-6), but no one was there. I called corporate and they said no one was on the schedule until 11. So now I have to go back a third time for them to fix the screen which was not broken at all until I made the mistake of letting the people at iFix replace the camera in my phone. Never again.

Dropped my phone and the glass cracked. For a Samsung Phone 9, the cost is $309.00 to change your glass. Highway robbery!!! You better off just either putting a clear paper on the phone so you dont keep shaving your finger on the uneven glass, or put your entire phone in a case. Problem Solved!!!

Wasn’t happy I had to keep calling to get updated on my iPad getting fixed then after it was fixed they told me now my power button function to close out the screen isn’t working after they fixed my screen and wants to charge me to keep it longer to fix it after it was working before I brought it in?

I woke up one morning and my phone was completely black I couldn’t even turn it on. I brought it to these guys, they took it in the back for like 15 minutes, came back out, and told me it was completely shot and that I either needed a new battery and a new screen or both. Since my phone was still under warranty I took it to the AT&T store where the girl did a forced reset by pressing the volume button up and then down and then holding the side button. After that it turned on and was completely fine. These guys are incompetent and don’t know how to fix Apple products or they’re con artists that are trying to screw people out of money. Either way I definitely wouldn’t trust these people with one of my devices again.

After having a hard time with a uBreakiFix store, I brought in my Sony phone with the new parts in hand. They had it fixed up within 2 hours/same day.

It took them a long time to get the parts to fix my wifes Apple Watch, but there repair job was great.

IFixYouri is by far one of the best repair shops I’ve visited. Their hours are great for those of us who work a typical 9-5 since they’re open during the weeks days until 8pm. Horrible service. Took my phone in for typical cracked screen. Service tech accidentally broke home button. Okay, no problem. Said they would fix it but that they need the phone for about a week to send out. 😳🧐 I was due for upgrade, so I waited to get new phone. Brought it in to have them send out/ fix...that was over 6 months ago! They still have the phone, still not fixed. Now we’re all dealing with covid, so I get it and I’m being patient...but they had it since back in October way before all this started. Literally nothing I can do except call every week and ask for an update.EDIT: iFix reached out to me and provided me with a store credit (also had option for a refurbd phone). Im currently using the credit to have my my drone fixed. Its taking a long time, however, the service tech (Angel) has been very communicative about the process and what hes been doing to troubleshoot and fix it. The worst place ever. If your phone is broken and you pass by this store, cross the street . Don’t be naive to believe that they will resolve your issue in the estimated time. I ordered a battery for my phone, they said it would take a week. It took 2 months. Every time I called them, they did not have an estimated time and never offered to call me back, always told me to call in couple more days. I finally got a call saying my battery has arrived. Today they are supposed to be open but no one answer the phone!!!! I live far away and don’t want to waste my time, so I called to confirm if they could take my phone. Awful service, they have no idea what customer service means. Stay away from this place! I am already ok of having lost US$ 35 dollars that I payed in advance.... not considering going back to have the battery replaced. I would rather buy a new phone.

I brought my laptop into the shop this morning 10/10, around 11 am. I had two minor problems that were driving me crazy. The gentleman at the counter was very courteous and attentive. I was on the fence about getting my screen fixed. I also had never used an electronics repair service. I was just going to buy a new phone. But after looking into it, these people said that they could fix my screen in one hour, and they certainly did. It was definitely worth the money. I saved myself from having to buy a new phone for quite a while.

Theres only ever like one person in here working at a time, which means that even when you show up at your designated pick-up time, its unlikely youll be there for less than half an hour. Although whoever is working is usually very nice, it sucks to have to sit in that room and listen to them be berated by customers who are less understanding at the one employee working at a time situation. Had to go here like three times all for the same phone, they fixed it and all, but it wasnt a very pleasant experience.

So, after going into the process of researching different repair shops in the area, I decided on this shop, but was a little skeptical, given the mixed reviews. I had a water-damaged I phone 8 that Apple diagnosed as dead on arrival, but after dropping it off here, these guys had it up and running in just a couple of days! It ended up being the front proximity wire (Camera/ Earphone speaker are attached to this), which was causing a disruption in power distribution. So, after replacing this particular part, my phone stopped Boot Looping and has been performing just like it used too!My advise is to ignore Apples Claim of water resistance (supposedly 3 feet of water, for 30 minutes), its simply not the case, especially overtime with use.Thank you, IfixyourI for the timely and effective repairs

Went in to iFixYouri a few days ago with a friend who needed a quote for repair of his iPhone. the man at the front and had one of his techs look at the phone in the back. We waited about 5-10 minutes wondering why it was taking so long for the tech to give us a quote.But low and behold, the tech finally comes out and hands the phone to him. This place is the most trash business I’ve encountered in a while. They had my device over 2 weeks for a simple screen replacement. At the end of the two weeks I did not hear from them so I called myself to get an update. They told me that they had some issues with the device and although they replaced the screen, it’s not turning on now. So they broke it even more than when I brought it in. Then when I went to go back and get my device and ask for a refund they took it to the back to take off the new screen that they put on there in the first place. Now the actual device won’t turn on anymore AND I have the old broken screen back on it. Literally one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a business in my entire life.

The touch screen on my iphone had been broken for 2 weeks and I just couldnt stand it any longer. 10% of the time it would be responsive, the other 90% it was totally useless. I needed a new battery for my old iPhone 6S.The service was professional, fast (pic up after one hour), and reasonably priced.

Spent 1 hour at the shop while they looked for my phone that no one knew where it was. Had to pay for the service and when I got into the car found out they didn’t repair it at all. Had to come back to at least get my money back. Worst service I have ever experienced.

Replaced screen. I had a small crack in original iPhone 7 Plus screen for a year before I finally decided to replace it here for $125. The replacement screen never worked in the heat (outside or while using gps in the car or if I talk on phone for more than 20mins). I then dropped it from hand to ground 2 months later and it smashed in a zillion pieces - obviously inferior quality to original screen since the original phone never did that in 2 years of having it. Called and they said I would need to pay full price to replace it again. Will take it elsewhere for repair this time.

This place is a scam. I took my MacBook in when it wouldnt start, was told it required a board repair and needed to be sent to South Florida to be fixed. I was told it would take up to 4 weeks. It has now been 10 weeks with zero information on where my computer is. They dont have any tracking information, every time I call or go into the store they know nothing. Im convinced they have lost my computer and are just stringing me along hoping it will turn up. Do NOT go here. Even 1 Star is too much for this scam of an establishment.

We were very pleased with Canans honesty this morning. We dropped off our sons cell to have the charging port repaired and was prepared to pay the quoted price. After an hour he called to say it was charging fine and could use a regular USB to charge on the one side. He saved us money with his honesty . He couldve easily replaced and charged us. I have had an extremely sub-par experience with this location. I have been to them a total of 4x (with a scheduled 5th) to fix my screen. The first time the screen was fixed but there was a dead spot. Second time, the dead spot was fixed but my Touch ID had been disabled. Third time, the screen had popped out of the frame. When I asked them to also fix my disabled Touch ID, I was told they don’t have the parts and there were no notes about the Touch ID issue. This should be an issue covered by their warranty but I was told it’s not a guarantee. If I could not give any stars I would. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DEVICES HERE.

My Samsung phone was turning on and off by iitself. I walked in and had the pleasure of meeting Tim. He spent over 30 minutes with me before he suggested I go back to the place I bought the phone battery 2 months before. He did not charge me for his time and knowledge. I am hard on my phones so this isn’t my first experience with an repair shop. This was hands down the worst experience. I walked in and the guy was not at all pleasant and then tried to tell me the new loud buzzing was normal. When I tried to push back he started to walk away with my phone.
