I purchased a 2007 Lincoln Navigator and promised it was looked over. As soon as I roll off the lot and roll the passenger window down I find out it was inoperable and unable to roll up and they refused to stand by their car. THIS IS A HUGE SAFETY ISSUE AND IS UNACCEPTABLE. I called for a week and a half and didnt get any clear direction or help until the manager just called me back to tell me the car was as is and that there is nothing they can do BUT I saved thousands because it was an auction car and they didnt do the usual mark up!!!.. STAY AWAY OR BRING A TRUSTED FRIEND OR MECHANIC TO LOOK AT THEIR LEMONS. THEY ARE ONLY IN IT FOR THE MONEY. Mario, the gentleman who sold me the car made me feel so warm and welcomed during the entire sale. Even gave hugs and told me how we formed a bond for the future. Once the deal was done he was nowhere to be found. Wont return calls, texts, and will screen calls to avoid you. STAY AWAY!!!!!! SO DISAPPOINTED AS A WOMAN OUT HERE ON MY OWN! I trusted the name and brand since Ive always had great experiences at or in a Mazda. I was so wrong :(****CORRECTION****Manager called back shortly after this post and offered to buy the vehicle back or fix it. I already turned the car into my trusted mechanic to take a look at the vehicle and he fix the window for me and replaced the battery because it was dead. The dealership sent me a check for the items that needed to be repaired

We went to see a used car. The car was 2 years old and had low air tire warnings and and other warnings lights in regards of the key battery. Amazingly they still wanted to charge $900 for a reconditioning fee. It was puzzling to see a dealer of that size not having basic things done and still want to charge ridiculous fees.

Here I had the worst experience buying a car, do not come to this place. After seeing the car that I liked on Friday October 8 and giving all my information and what I was willing to pay, they gave me some estimated numbers that I liked, but after running my credit, the numbers were much higher than promised; Obviously I couldnt buy the car, these people dont mind at all not keeping their word; Furthermore, I only authorized requesting financing with 2 banks and they did it with 4. They are unprofessional, unethical, manipulate you, abuse your credit in order to sell you the car.

As everyone knows, there is a shortage of cars currently and I was out of state but the dealership held the car for me for a few days and the car was ready to go upon my arrival to the dealership a few days later. I got my very first new car from Sport Mazda in Orlando yesterday. My sales consultant was Mustapha Taha. I needed to get my 2014 CX-9 fixed quick. The lobby screen showing my car being serviced in timely manner was great, and taking the video of my car to explain the issues was awesome. HOWEVER, the person service was the best I have experienced in a long time. Stephen Mendez was the first to show up in the office 7:30 in the morning, immediately greeted/recognized me before his system boot up, and explained the processes. He and the service department person understood my situation and over-delivered to my absolute satisfaction. I regret not residing in the area to get their services in regular basis.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. I went in with the interest of purchasing my next car. Mazda was my first option in mind since I had purchased my car with them and also many cars in my family. Let me tell you that the service was not as I hoped. The seller Miguel was not willing to listen what I was looking for was literally raising his voice to me every time I would ask him a question. He was extremely rude and his manager was no help either. Definitely not recommending that seller to anyone. Trust me don’t get him.

The only reason for 4/5 stars was because of our finance experience. John with finance was not great and honestly, VERY rude and abrasive. He rushed us through the process, didn’t offer any time to discuss options, and rushed us through everything we were signing. If we had questions he just brushed it off and told us to sign the paper. I would highly recommend another financing person if you have the option and for better customer service to be placed on this area of the sales process.
