Service at Reed Nissan is very fast and reasonably priced, and my service advisor Rick is fantastic! He is superbly knowledgeable, friendly, trustworthy, takes care of every customer very deficiently, and remembers my vehicle and its needs every time I call without even having to look through records, despite how extremely busy he is. Impressed by Rick, I not only had the routine oil change, but also decided to purchase a set of 4 new tires and new cabin air filter from him. Big thanks to Rick and I definitely will look for him as my service advisor for all my future visits!
First time visiting just dealership how a schedule appointment for 5 PM day of posting on google they’re text the service representative had no response back.I stood at the front desk for 3 to 5 minutes waiting for someone in a red shirt asked if they could help me but no one did. Had a call from them around 6:30 at the same day I explain to the customer service rep about the lack of professionalism with their staff seem to have enough staff in office 3 to 4 people in the office no One would look up At least invest in a self check in Center.
My Sales Associate was Marc. He did a wonderful job when it came to finding not just a car, but a brand new car. He made sure that it was something that I liked and he also looked for affordability, so that I would have the best financing plan available. Overall, I would recommend Marc to anyone because of his great personality and his dedication in helping me find a great car that is reliable, has a great fuel economy, and at an affordable price. I am truly in love with my 2021 Nissan Kicks. It is a perfect first new car.

I forgot to tell the representative I heard a noise in the rear of the car when I was going slowly when I hit the brake, so its really not his fault. Its still there I was hoping they would discover something through the maintenance check. If it gets worse I will schedule to come in.Otherwise great job very fast service.

Slow service. I was the first car to arrive for a basic oil change but somehow became the 15th person to get served. WAITED 2HOURS FOR A 30-45 MINUTE JOB! The rep Kurt Kovaleski has no sense of good customer service. I REFUSE TO RETURN TO REFER ANYONE TO THIS NISSAN
I spoke with Rachel and Victoria on several occasions. Both ladies assured me that if I came in, I would receive excellent service as well as get information regarding price for buyout and trade. My salesman was Daniel Perez.Daniel worked with me. He showed me a 2021 Nissan Kicks (blk) and negotiations started. I was at Reed from 9:15 am to 3:45 pm. I was determined to get a great trade quote or leave. I got a quote for how much my payments were going to be and much to my surprise, it was only $25 more dollars than what I was already paying on my trade vehicle. The ladies came through and so did my sales team. Thank you for a job well done. I received more than what I expected and am grateful that my wallet is still intact.
I have a service contract and a expensive warranty with your dealership. Then you act like you dont know anything and try to charge for already paid services. Your breach of any agreements is being cataloged for future legal action. OR, you can stop playing games. Up to you.
I went to Reed Nissan for the first time in the beginning of august because my engine light was on, car was fixed within 4 days as they gave me me a loaner, 2 weeks later my engine light came on again as I was nervous I went in to see what was going on…they took care of me right away even with out making an appointment, they told me what the problem was and I came back 2 days later and got it fixed. Dane and Shaun( the service manager) were beyond amazing with me and kept me at ease and made me feel extremely comfortable. Shaun has an amazing personality and made sure I was satisfied with my services. thank you Shaun!
I bought a brand new car from this place and paid extra for an extended warranty. There was a sound that was bothering me and asked them to check it before the warranty expires. They asked me for $300 just to check it. When I called Reed Nissan to explain the situation, they told me there is nothing that they can do. So they are good until you buy a car from them and after that just don’t care. And advice don’t waste $1500 for extended warranty.

I have nothing but great things to say about Reed Nissan! After months of searching online in a very challenging market, I found exactly what I wanted at Reed. I began with their online Express Portal, and both Victoria and Rachel helped me through the process, got a firm offer on my trade appraisal, and put together a deal that after some light negotiation, got me right where I wanted to be. Upon arrival at the dealership, my sales consultant Jorge was very courteous, professional, and presented the deal exactly with what I’d negotiated online. From there I worked with the finance manager, Robert, and he was pleasant and never tried to push me into anything I didn’t want. In fact at no time did I feel pressured with any of the dreaded sales tactics that you can encounter when car shopping. All in all, it was one of the easiest vehicle purchases I’ve ever made and with taking care of so much online, I was in and out of the dealership in two hours! They’ve most definitely earned my future business and I’m now a proud owner of a 2021 Nissan Rogue!
What to say about Reed Nissan?Nissan is a very good vehicle brand. Reed dealership does a great job at selling and servicing your vehicle. At times they can be quite aggressive but know when to back down. The wait is long, though, so take a good chunk of your day to be here. However, thats like an industry standard now.They offer computers, tables, nice armchairs, a TV, magazines to read, small area for children to read, vending machines, very clean bathrooms, parts and accessories shop, body shop, complimentary coffee and muffins.I bought my here and get service here. I recommend them.

I have been a Reed customer for years. I have had good experiences although this last experience was the best. I pulled up and was taken care of immediately, throughout and at the end. Felt like everything was valet. Today was first class service. Keep it up!! Now that was service department. My salesman also met me. He also insured a great experience. He kept checking in with me. We talked about a trade in which I am considering. I wish I could remember the service man that helped me because he was the one that made it first class. You raised the bar but now you must keep it that way. Thank you.

Great experience at the dealership, after I purchased the car, they couldn’t have been router. I have had two different questions and have called six different times. I still have no answers. My car’s brakes are squeaking the day after purchase, it was a certified preowned. I have been trying to schedule an appointment to have it be looked at, and have a question on payment. All they do is transfer me to voicemail. Horrible staff
It was a little trying at first, I tried to call in a service call I could not complete. I was hung up on twice when trying to be transferred. I needed my car towed in to be maintenance, on my 3rd try I got another department, I explained the situation she also got it wrong. Once I spoke with the tow company he was told everything was scheduled and that was not the case. Never the less my car was picked up the next day and brought in for service.
I appreciate the service advisor, Robin listening and addressing my concerns. He even helped save some unnecessary costs. He made me feel as if he was trying to help and not hurt me. A great example of excellent customer service.

This dealership is the best dealership experience we ever had. The crazy part is that we are from Illinois and Indiana. The gentleman Joey did us great justice and service. Our front passenger window on our Nissan Pathfinder messed up on us as we were going home from vacation for an 18 hour ride. When no one around in town were able to help, Joey gave an remarkable and memorable experience. We we’re squeezed in and serviced under 30 mins. Whenever I come back to Florida, this dealership will be the only place we will go. We felt welcomed and valued. I would recommend anyone here.
I was in desperate need of an oil change and alignment on my Frontier truck. My crazy schedule makes it difficult to get regular maintenance and service done on my vehicle. Today I had some free time, so contacted Reed Nissan to see if by chance they could squeeze me in. I spoke with Rick and he told me to come on up and they could work me in. It was a busy Saturday, service department was full of customers, but he made it work. I was able to get in and out. He kept me informed on the status of the truck throughout the service. Marc Velez was super helpful, as soon as we got to the lot he was right there answering any questions I had, was very polite, and courteous. Held doors open for us, pulled out chairs, offering whatever we needed while we shopped. He made this experience super easy and quick, I appreciate him was very pleased with my experience. Cindy in accounting was great, she is so knowledgeable and handled my paperwork so quick so I would get back to my family. Ashley is awesome as well, she was super helpful and walked me though all the features of the car since I didnt have time to do it with Marc. All in all, Nissan has a great team and I am so happy with my new car!

I arrived for my appointment and was told I had to leave my vehicle because the shop was too busy to honor my appointment time and was advised to book future appointments in the morning to prevent this from happening. I requested to speak with the service manager whom honored my appointment. 2 hours later my vehicle was complete and it was closing time. The service rep advised he would email me my paperwork the next day. Its been 5 days and I still dont have my paperwork.

Reason being was because he had a positive attitude the entire time and informed me on things I didn’t have knowledge upon. The schedule setters are incompetent but the actual advisors are great. They work with you and accommodate your needs. Derrick was up front on what needed to be done and had my car in and out within about 3 and a half hours. I was not there for a simple oil change either.
Just left here after buying a new Altima. Everything was amazing. From the internet manager Rachel being super helpful and informative to getting me an appt to the salesman Daniel who taught me a lot about cars that didn’t know like if the battery on the key fob is dying you can still unlock and start the car with the physical key inside it. Amazing and I also got a great deal

Does not worth the visit. Time wasted. They want to do a pre-sell without knowing what are they selling, but they come up with a los of bs just to sell. I couldn’t not know what I was buying and luckily I did not purchased anything. When the vehicle came in it did not have any of the features I was looking for.

I came in for tires and service. The young lady who checked me in took the time to confirm the type of tires I ordered and that they were in before beginning my service. I was able to watch my car being serviced in the bay and I was thankful at the care taken not to get the car dirty or damaged with the different coverings used.I was kept abreast of the progress and other suggested items after a certain time. I appreciated not being there for half a day after making an appointment. This was a big deal, because I work overnight and was able to go home and rest before my next shift.Thank you all!

I cannot say enough Great things about this dealership. I went in super nervous because I really needed a vehicle as mine was not able to be repaired. I had a tight budget and needed something ASAP and Mike was so very kind and empathetic towards my situation. Im a young girl so I feel like dealerships are always trying to get me for my money but Mike was straight up with me and very honest and literally helped me for 4 hours and looked until he found a car that worked for what I needed. He stayed well after the dealership closed and after I bought my car he helped me set up the Bluetooth in my car and made sure everything was good for me. This man is an angel and even called me on his day off to make sure my car was working well and asked me if I had any questions. Honestly this was by far the best and most relaxed experience I have ever had at a dealership. Everyone took such great care of me and I will always always suggest them for my friends.

I took my mothers car to be serviced. They installed a broken part on the vehicle twice causing more damage. AND upon receiving my car I noticed things were missing.!! Someone stole ALL the change out the car, went through the whole glove compartment. And stole a very precious family heirloom out of the vehicle. I am very disappointed with Andre as he is basically placing the blame on us for misplacing the items. Never will I have my car serviced at Reed Nissan at 3776 colonial drive again

I wasnt too happy about the cost of the items that they indicated would need to be repaired as Im sure I can get those services at a cheaper price. All in all, they provided me with the information needed for the proper running of my vehicle.
I have used Reed Nissan Service every since I bought my car from the dealership. I have not had any bad experiences at all, but I several months ago when I got my car service the Service Advisor Robin Johnson helped me and I tell you he is excellent. Very professional, helpful & always responsive. I know nothing about cars, but he makes me feel very confident about my maintenance & up keep on my car. Ask for Robin every time. Just recently my son came to Florida with his Nissan & it needed repair I told him to ask for Robin when he went to Reed & he did and when he returned home he even commented to me about Robin being a big help to him as well. I want to express my gratitude & let you know that he is “Over the top” in customer service & attitude.
I bought my car from Reed Nissan, I moved far from the area and I have been trying to get an oil change and tires for about a one month now. The Nissan next to my house couldn’t do the service and I had to drive to another Nissan to do the service but unfortunately none of them could take it. The oil and tire service was paid for when I bought the car. They wanted me to make an appointment. Only Reed Nissan could take me as a walk in. I have been everywhere in the world and I know that simple service like oil and tires don’t need an appointment especially when you’re under the warranty and it’s a big company or dealer like Nissan. I’m not going to hurt my car or its engine waiting for an appointment for an oil change I already paid for.Thanks Reed Nissan

I am very unhappy with Reed Nissan at this time since May 21st they did a fraudulent inquiry on my credit report and now making me have to do the legwork to get it removed. I have gone back and forth to this location on several occasions to get a so-called letter for me to correct their mistake. Today I finally got a letter and contacted the credit bureaus and was informed that I should not be the one doing this that Reed Nissan should. That they only have to do an electronic removal and this inquiry that they did will come off my credit report immediately. I have asked to speak to managers the only one I keep getting is the gentleman in the finance department who was the one who actually did the inquiry did thIs with an individual who came into their location claiming to be my husband. Im very displeased and I may never buy another Nissan after this. And if I could I would give a zero star since this thing does not allow you not to put stars on it
The salesman is very pushy, gave clear intentions that I was looking and not gonna make a purchase 4 different times just to be ignored. When I wanted to leave kept saying we have a deal. Then brought a sales manger over to try and close the deal after telling him once again that I was not buying the manger continued to speak over me, when I finally said I was leaving became rude and would not shake my hand. The whole experience was very off putting. From a customer stand point he didn’t build rapport nor even ask my name
The service managers have such a bad attitude nor want to make the customer happy. No communication at all. Also heard the manager talking bad about me.
I 1000% recommend Reed Nissan on Colonial, I bought my Rouge last June and Brian helped me through the process & it was very easy even due to the fact I was my first time buying in Florida. He made this process very effortless. Unfortunately, I was involved in an accident and had to get another vehicle this past weekend. Once again Brian was thankfully there to help!!! The guy who was helping us find a car was nice but one of the car we took a look at had no ac and the other had trouble starting after that we promptly left to visit another establishment. Though they were friendly I cant justify giving more than e stars due to the vehicles not working as intended.

I have never had a car buying experience be less than 6 hours, let alone 2. Dwayne was fast, polite, and extremely informative. I was so impressed how efficient the entire team was, I didn’t need to haggle, and I am in love with my new car. I’ll be back in a heartbeat.
I had gone into this location a little while ago to the service center as my collision brake sensor was having an issue. When driving in, it was disorganized and no one had come to check in for a good 7-10 minutes. When I asked someone for assistance to at least let them know that I had an appointment, they brushed me off and said someone will be with me, not notating anything or doing a regular check in process that other Nissan locations do. Eventually I was helped out. I explained the situation to her and she ended up being a little rude. She at one point asked if I had kicked my own car or thrown a rock at the brake sensor in the front of the car. I thought that was very unprofessional. Aside from that, the customer expectation was set that I would be hearing from them within an hour or two. I didn’t hear anything for the next 4 hours until I called them. I understand that things can get busy, but don’t set a false expectation for someone, especially with customers. When I was finally able to pick up my car, they told me the issue was fixed and that it was “just the codes.” As soon as I left, literally leaving the lot, I experienced the same issue. At that point, I was already frustrated and annoyed with the service I received and decided to go elsewhere for the issue. I don’t recommend this location for the repairs on your car. I would either say Reed Nissan in Clermont or the Bill Ray Nissan in Longwood. I’ve had much better experiences at those locations rather than this one.
I was expecting to be pressured into extra work. I was pleasantly surprised that was not the case and they said I did not need anything more than what I came in for.

Visited the Serv Dept to have my engine oil/filter changed, tires rotated, and brake fluid flushed. As a tech in another field, I am quite familiar with what proper maint. looks like. While the engine oil was replaced and the tires were rotated, I discovered that the brake fluid in the reservoir was cloudy and dark in color, indicative of contamination. With that being said, the brake flush service was never performed, despite me receiving a charge on the invoice for it. After discovering this, the Shop Foreman Joseph Colon, and Serv MGR Andre Chesse, was notified. Foreman approached me to inquire further, after which I explained to him that the brake system was never flushed and that I would like for this to be complied with, as initially requested. Foreman responded to me with a confrontational attitude, insisting that the brake flush had been performed and that if he were to do it again, the fluid in the reservoir would look the same. I again requested that the brake flush be performed, to which he with an aggravated tone replied “I know my tech, and he would not lie about a service that he performed.” He then proceeded to walk away from me. At this time, the Serv MGR got involved and investigated the issue with the tech that was supposed to perform all the services. According to MGR the tech stated that in his opinion, the brake fluid looked fine and did not require replacing. With that being said, he admittedly did not perform the brake flush, as I suspected. Serv MGR finally instructed Mr. Colon to complete the service that I paid for. I asked MGR if I could observe the work being performed to my satisfaction, and with an angry tone, Foreman responded with “You will not be allowed in my shop.” After some separate deliberation between MGR & Foreman, I was permitted to enter the shop to witness the service being performed by the original tech. While I was in the shop observing the tech completing the brake flush, Mr. Colon looked at me and started screaming, in a threatening manner, “Sir, what are you looking at? Do you have an issue? You keep looking at me. Get out of my shop!” I can only surmise that all of this anger towards me was the result of Mr. Colon’s embarrassment after his tech confirmed that he did not perform the service, as I previously stated. Mr. Colon then threatened to call the police on me and proceeded to get the Serv MGR attention. I am not sure what was said to MGR by Foreman, but MGR confronted me, threatened to kick me out of the shop, and instructed me to stand outside the facility to watch the remainder of the work being performed. Foreman & MGR intimidating demeanor were uncalled for and I should have gotten law involved. Other techs & cameras in the shop witnessed this incident. Throughout my lifetime, I have purchased and maintained six Nissan vehicles. As a dedicated and frequent customer of both Reed Nissan and Nissan as a whole, I am extremely disappointed with what has occurred today. I was yelled at, threatened, intimidated, and embarrassed by a Reed Nissan Service MGR and Shop Foreman. Even after the original tech confirmed that the requested service had not been performed, the only apology I received came from the Service Advisor, Kurt Kovaleski. Neither MGR nor Mr. Colon (Shop Foreman), who were the most confrontational, offered any form of apology. Although MGR offered to fill my tank with gas to compensate for the trouble, this behavior from leaders in any business is unacceptable. I am very displeased, disappointed, and am not quite sure if I can ever trust the service I would receive from any Nissan dealership if this type of treatment towards customers is considered acceptable. I intentionally pay the higher costs associated with the dealership in order to ensure that the maintenance required of my vehicle is correctly performed by professionals. The experience I endured today from a national brand, such as Nissan, is what I would expect from a low-quality, local service shop. My only advice is to be cautious if your are paying for service from REED NISSAN.
I came in to purchase a vehicle. Upon arrival no one was available. I stopped a salesman and asked for some help. He said one moment and went to the back. I never saw him again. I waited 10 more minutes and went to the cashier and asked her to page a salesman for some assistance. After waiting over 15 minutes for help(which never came) I left. I saw 3-4 salesmen standing on the side towards the back just hanging out. Apparently no one wanted to make a sale that day. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle, you may want to go where customers are valued.

I paid cash for a 2019 Chevrolet Camaro. I was told when picking up that they would had full tank of gas for me only gave me 1/2 tank. Also, they told me they had to run my credit because of the Patriot Act. I later found out there are others legal documents you can asked for to verify persons identification. I did get a hard hit on my credit. Just beware if paying Cash. I got NO extras discount or freebies for oil changes, etc...Besides that, I was happy because I made my dream come true. Thank you, Med for helping me.

One of the worst buying experiences I have ever had. The car salesmen was unknowledgeable and if I hadnt loved nissans I never would have bought anything based on what he was able to share. Then he forgot to tell me of multiple documents and things I would need to bring and that I would need to get insurance before leaving the dealership with the car, although I couldnt leave because they had forgot to detail the car so I had to come back the following day and the detailing was clearly rushed even then because surprise they had once again forgot to detail it so I had to wait on them for over an hour. After trading in my car I have been trying unsuccessfully to reach someone in finance for over 3 weeks and they have given me such a run around that it feels like they are intentionally defrauding me. If this isnt true I hope someone from reed nissan sees this and reaches out because I am so tired of calling for finance and being transferred to parts or service.
Service is always friendly, but have to go back because an issue I pointed out was not taken care of.This has happened before and now it has happened again

I wouldnt recommend buying a used car from here. Customer service wasnt great at all which initially wasnt a great sign. The car I bought stopped working two days after buying and Reed Nissan didnt show any care at all to help the situation. In the past five weeks, I was probably able to drive the car for just five days as it just continued to have issues.I dont plan on buying a car from them again and wouldnt recommend anyone else to either. I lost a lot of money here.
Service rep quoted me a price, never had me sign, never stated plus tax and then wants me to pay a different amount once completed. This is the 2nd time, back to back experiences, where the service rep tells me one price and wants me to pay another. And never asked to sign anything prior to service.Dissappointed as I am a long term customer

I went in to get my 1st oil change for my altima and I was helped by a young man named Kristen, he said he was new and in training but he did a very good job. I hope he is the one who helps me on my next visit.
My experience at Reed Nissan was great! Jorge was very attentive and helpful. He also listened to my needs and wants and I would recommend everyone to go see him.
I may not bring my vehicle there anymore it took tree hours to get a oil change it is ridiculous.

The process was vexcellent and everyone was very accommodating especially our sales person Ashley and the General Sales Manage Vince. When we went to financing Mostafa was very patient and explained everything to us. The whole experience was a pleasure. We would defiantly recommend Reed Nissan to family and friends.
Customer service is horrible. Parts were missing from my car after I brought it to them for a routine service. Kurt in Service basically told us he did not care she the Reed Nissan would not do anything about it.
Everything was completed in a timely manner while my husband waited for the car. Great team.
I brought in my 2015 Pathfinder for service and waited all day at the dealership then I was told that it required work on the transmission. The service department was great but I didn’t get a lot of communication and now I’m in a dispute over a rental car deposit. Definitely could use some work with communication.
