Everyone there was exceptional, though Jason blew me away. He listened to me, looked through all the photos I brought in, and created such a wonderful and tailored experience. There is no better feeling than having the support of a great stylist when your friends and family aren’t able to make it and Jason made it feel like I wasn’t lacking it the bridal experience. Im a Wedding Professional in Orlando, and I can tell you solutions is known for A-Their insane selection of unique dresses B-Their costumer Service.I saw that there was a Sample sale, and even though I literally just started my planning, I decided to bring my Boyfriend and see what was out there. I cant say enough positive things about Solutions Bridal and their staff!! They are so attentive and make you feel welcome from the start. As a member of the LGBT+ community, I wanted to have a bridal pant suit in lieu of a dress. Not only is that hard to find, but unfortunately even in 2021 walking in to a bridal shop with my fiancée is still met with prejudice and uncomfortable feelings - But not at Solutions Bridal!!! They were so accepting, supportive and made me feel just as special as any other bride!! My seamstress and assistant had AMAZING suggestions for styling my suit and made it look so special and fitted to me. No matter what you are looking for, I know they will not only be capable, but enthusiastic to help! They had an extensive selection of dresses and accessories too. AND INCLUSIVE SIZES!! I even noticed plus size mannequins showing off their plus size dresses. Highly highly recommend!!!

I went to Solutions Bridal for my first dress appointment. I ended up leaving with the dress of my dreams 2 hours later. Sarah was my consultant and she made the appointment so much fun! First off, the store is gorgeous, with a large well lit stage for brides to model in front of, and a large selection of dresses across many price ranges.Sarah assisted me and she started the session off with some questions about my wedding, dress preferences, along with a glass of champagne. My first wedding dress shopping experience was at Solutions Bridal and it was beyond excellent and surpassed my expectations. The staff is FRIENDLY and KNOWLEDGEABLE. Sarah and Janelle were my stylists and they were both absolutely amazing! The entire team was hands on deck, answering questions pertaining to alterations, etc. I appreciated that the team never pushed a sale on me, and let me decide what I was comfortable purchasing and when I was comfortable purchasing it. All-in-all, I had an unmatched experience and recommend this business to everyone!

I am so happy I chose Solutions Bridal! This is was my first time dress shopping and I came from South Florida because of all the great things I heard and the amazing reviews! Solutions Bridal give me the best experience! Sarah, Erica, and all of the ladies were so helpful and sweet! This was the first place I went for dresses I got my dress at the first visit. I couldn’t find exactly what I was looking for, but they helped me find the design and style I like, we FaceTimed the designer while I was in her dress. With everyone’s help, we made a custom gown. They made buying my dress an experience I’ll never forget. Before we left, they showered us with gifts. Trying on dresses shouldn’t be stressful and they made sure it wasn’t.

I shopped at a few different places, and as a plus sized lady did not leave with positive experiences and honestly felt a little judged afterwards. Im happy to say after driving 6.5 hours to try on my dream dress, solutions bridal was amazing. Their selection at the trunk show was just what I was looking for, but all of their other gowns were simply stunning and they had a wide variety of styles and sizes. Their staff was so wonderful and helpful, answering questions I had, and really making the experience fun. So grateful for all of their help in finding my dream dress. After visiting multiple bridal shops I was convinced I was never going to find the perfect dress, but then I decided to make an appointment at Solutions. This was the best decision I could have made! Jessica has an incredible eye for design and found the most amazing dress to fit my body and style. They truly treat you like the bridal queen that you are at this store. Best Experience!!!! I never felt like just another bride, I felt Important!I cannot even begin to tell you how much I enjoyed my visit at Solutions Bridal! This was my first experience searching for a dress and they set my standards for all the other dress shops EXTREMELY high! First when you walk in you are greeted and sat down at your own private spot! We had a spot with the CUTEST sign saying reserved for... They offered to bring us drinks, MIMOSA when shopping for a dress, yes please!Then Katherine came out and sat down and took the opportunity to get to know me and my fiance and Is story! This was HUGE considering I have been on a HUGE weight loss journey, (-100lbs). I expressed to her the importance of showing off that accomplishment and not hiding it with layers and poofyness! Haha Not a word! She asked me what I had in mind and then invited me to look around as they pulled a few different options for me.She took me back after pulling a bunch of GREAT options. She put me in the first dress, it was BEAUTIFUL! I came out and made my mom cry, of course this was the first time she was ever seeing me in a wedding dress. I really did like it, (key word, like). It just wasn’t it. They put me in a few more of the style I THOUGHT I always dreamed of… then they through in a choice picked out by Erica! OH MY GOOOOODDNESSS! This was soooo different from anything I ever thought I wanted, but it was BEAUTIFUL! I came out and my Nana exclaimed “Oh Danielle!” I LOVED LOVED LOVED this one! But I wasn’t crying! I always thought I would cry when I found the one! Well they pulled me off the pedestal, told me to close my eyes as they “jacked me up” put the veil on, earrings on, and even gave me flowers! Told me to open my eyes and look at myself in the mirror and this is what Stark would see as I walked to him. That is it! I lost it! Cried my eyes out! This was the ONE!!!! Thank you, Thank you Erica and Katherine, you two are incredible and I am so excited I popped the champagne and said yes at Solutions Bridal!

I purchased my wedding gown from this store. I will keep my review short. The sales associate who helped me ordered my gown 3 sizes too large for me, that resulted in me having to pay 700$ for my dress to be altered. It seemed the sales receptionist did that in order to get a client for the only seamstress that works there. Had the sales associate ordered my gown in a size at least CLOSE to what my size is I would not have to have paid so much to have my dress altered. They are experienced enough to know some what how to tell what size you are. Especially if they had you try on a sample dress in the store. It’s all a scam they have going on that they don’t want to admit . If your nice and don’t know much about weddings or gowns, they will take advantage of that. To top it all off the straps of my wedding gown weren’t intact the day of my wedding ! After paying 700$ You would think that the gown would be perfectly altered! I would recommend going somewhere where business is conducted in an honest way, where the people who work there really want to help you and where they are not money hungry.I stand by my review. And in regards to reaching out to your seamstress to alter a gown, I wanted to prove that she charges ridiculous prices for minor alterations. I was contacted and I did express my concerns regarding my wedding gown being altered incorrectly despite paying $700. Obviously your upset over my honest review. Your response says so much more about your business than you think.

Im writing this about two weeks after I ordered my dress from Solutions Bridal, and I could not be happier with my experience there! My consultant/stylist (Sarah Kaczmarek) was so wonderful in helping me find my dream dress. She encouraged me to try different kinds of dresses to help narrow down my choices, and communicated great after my first appointment. I felt absolutely no pressure to make a purchase, and it was just so much fun playing with different styles! Solutions has both budget-friendly gowns and couture, high-end dresses that other bridal shops in the area dont carry, and the shop is set-up beautifully + I received the cutest bridal box with gifts and champagne when I purchased my dress. Their team gave me a call to confirm that the dress was ordered and its expected arrival, and I cannot wait to work with Solutions on my bridal style and finishing touches!

I had been to three other bridal dress shops prior to Solutions Bridal and hadn’t had the best experiences. Two of my friends that recently got their dresses here and had raved about them, so I was hopeful. Solutions Bridal didn’t disappoint. From the moment I got there, they made me feel special and like a bride. They gave us champagne while we sat down and discussed what I was looking for in a dress and what budget I was working with. I picked out a few dresses and then Sarah picked out a few that she thought I would like. I ended up with one of the dresses Sarah had suggested. the seamstress was also on hand to discuss options to make the perfect dress for me, which was super helpful. They were also able to work with my budget, which I respected and appreciated. And after I said yes, they popped more champagne and gave a goodie box that had a cute champagne glass with “Mrs.” on it and we took pictures! Solutions Bridal gave you the full bridal experience that you see in the movies! I needed that, especially with not having my mom there (which they were respectful and sympathetic about). For me, dresses were starting to look similar, so at the end of the day, it came down to who was willing to listen and work with me. Solutions Bridal did that and more! I highly recommend them, especially Sarah!

I had an amazing and very memorable time at Solutions Bridal Designer house. I had Ana as my bridal stylist and she was absolutely lovely and perfect. I felt right at home, she made me feel very comfortable and always very aware and caring for what I wanted. Solutions Bridal is the best bridal shop I have ever been to. Prior to visiting solutions bridal I had already been to several bridal gown shops in Orlando and although some of them were great they did not top solutions bridal what so ever. The moment I arrived I felt so special, they had a section set up for my party and myself and on the table they had a framed “Welcome Kayla & guest” sign. Erica (who at the time I did not know is the Owner) sat down with me to ask me questions about my dress inspiration, my wedding location, and all the details about our day. She really got to know me prior to pulling dresses for me to try on. After trying on a handful of dresses I ended up saying yes to the dress at solutions bridal. I am so thankful for Erica and her team for helping me pick out the dress I’m going to wear on our big day. I am not one to get emotional but like I said they gave me such an amazing experience and made me feel so special that I started to cry. I would recommend Solutions Bridal to all brides in the Orlando area.

I made an appointment here for my niece. We had a very large party, bride plus 7 people! They were so kind an accommodating. They made her feel so comfortable and special. It was an amazing experience. And the dress she chose took my breath away. I cant say enough about this place.

Solutions Bridal totally exceeded my expectations. A lot of my friends are also engaged and have recommended other boutiques but I found this one on The Knot and decided to give it a try based on the reviews on there. It was the second place I had tried for dresses and it was by far a much better experience.My stylist was Ana and she was amazing! Before getting started she asked me not only what my dress preferences were, but about the actual wedding to understand my style a little bit more.She picked dresses I would never have picked on my own and they were so beautiful. Once I thought I had one picked she sat me down, did a quick and lovely up-do, gave me earrings and a hair piece, a veil and a bouquet. She created such an amazing experience for me and after all the work she put in, I knew I had found the dress. It was stunning and, again, nothing I would have even picked!They gave us a champagne toast when I said yes to the dress and made the process very fun and easy.I definitely recommend this salon! I have already told my friends looking for dresses in the future!

If I could give this salon more than 5 stars, I would. I can not express what a PHENOMENAL experience it was finding my dress here. I originally was going to cancel my appointment here because I didnt think wed find anything within our budget. Dont let the location or name scare you...they have a great selection of affordable dresses. I came back twice, and each time I felt like such an important customer. Jessica was our consultant both times and truly cared about me and how I felt in each gown I tried on. After putting on each dress, she would analyze how they fit and go pull a different, even better gown for me. She never once pressured me into thinking I needed to purchase a gown that day, and I always felt in control of the appointment, which I didnt feel at the other 6+ salons I went to. On my second appointment, I was debating between two dresses, so they even had Erica (the owner) put on the second dress so I could see them side by side. Im telling you, the experience here was like no other!! I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend giving this salon a chance!!! So happy I found my dream dress here!

I can’t say enough amazing things about Solutions Bridal. After a long and exhausting day at 2 other bridal stores I immediately felt the positive energy at Solutions. Then came along Ana with her beautiful smile and made me feel beautiful without even trying on a dress. The work that these ladies do is phenomenal!!! Jessica has the eye of an angel and was able to take my vision and bring it to life. As a bride on a budget, with the goal to make her dream come true, I would recommend Solutions hands down 110%. I was never one to imagine what my dream dress would look like so once I got engaged I knew I had some research to do. I had few picked out online and found a local bridal shop that carried them. Made an appointment there and one at Solutions Bridal as well as I have had 2 friends find their wedding dress there. I went to the first place and wasnt super impressed with the ones I tried one so I was very much looking forward to my appointment at Solutions. As soon as I walked in, I recognized that the level of customer service and care shown to me and my family and friends was going to be top notch. They made us feel comfortable and welcomed right away offering us seating with drinks and snacks. I met with Jessica and she immediately started asking questions about my vision for the wedding, said she researched my venue and already had dresses picked out that she felt would be appropriate for my outside brunch wedding. I was thrilled that she was wanting to be involved in the dress picking because I very much wanted honest opinions from everyone. I tried on a handful of dresses, one of which I found online but wasnt feeling like it was the one. Something told me to try on that last one hanging in the dressing room, Jessica encouraged me to do so. So thankful I did because the feeling I had once it was one was really special and knew it was the one for me. Ana was amazing. She was so patient and helpful... I found my dress on the 3rd dress I tried on, but I’m sure if I was gonna go on and on trying different ones Ana would have made it the best experience, as she did in my short very forthcoming saying yes to the dress.I went to 3 different bridal shops in Orlando, and this was the best by far, they focus on you and what you want, they take their time to know you and try to do their best for you to have a great time. This place is absolutely wonderful. I am from South Florida and had tried a couple places that were nice but Solutions knocked it out of the park. They made the entire experience so great. Everyone in the store is so encouraging and easy to speak with. Katherine truly made the trip worth it. After not really finding anything the was the one she said Do you trust me? I think I have something you will love. She was 100% correct it was the dress and she nailed everything I wanted to perfectly. It was a dress I had not even looked at on the rack. EXQUISITE! Solutions Bridal was the perfect place to find my wedding dress!! From the second I walked in, until the moment I said yes the entire experience was absolutely sensational! The store is immaculate and the sample dresses are in excellent condition. Marisa and Tali were so helpful and they never once made me feel rushed. Lets start by saying Erica is the best. After the worst experience at Davids bridal, solutions bridal was there to pick up the pieces. I did not have an appointment but they were on point with everything from making me feel special and welcoming my family as well. I wasnt pushed into anything and was given the treatment I expected from a bridal boutique. I eventually found THE DRESS with the help from Erica. I had the best experience with Jessica and Holly at Solutions.Solutions Bridal gave us THE MOST EPIC dress-shopping experience. Not only do they serve you champagne and dote on you throughout your visit, but Jessica truly cared about my needs and wants. She was honest with me at times when a salesperson could lie to just lock in commission. This is truly rare and was greatly appreciated. She also took the time to followup with me after my appointment to ensure I was doing well, even though I had purchased a dress back home in California.Fast forward 9 months when Im back in town 2 weeks before my wedding. I had a panic attack because I tried my dress on a few nights earlier and it didnt look right. Jessica had me come in the very next morning and suggested Holly, the in-house seamstress, take a look at it. Not only did they, again, speak the truth that there was nothing to fix when they could have charged me to tinker with it (i had just put it on wrong the other night!) but they also fixed the cleavage area of my moms dress for a very reasonable price.These ladies saved my @$$ and kept me happy and calm in the process. I RECOMMEND 100%!!!

We were greeted by the most friendly and helpful staff, at the end of the appointment we all agreed that I had already found my dress at a different salon during a prior appointment but they were still so nice and respectful.

Solutions was the first stop in our wedding dress search and the experience was nothing short of amazing. My mom and I were paired with bridal specialist, Courtney, who really made the day so special. When we arrived she greeted us with champagne and sat down with us in a very intimate environment to learn all about my relationship my engagement, and my dream wedding gown. There were very few people in the shop and I could tell that was by design. It was calm and intimate.From there, Courtney helped us pull a few dresses. In the dressing room, she gave me EVERYTHING I would need and then some. And she even spent a few minutes putting my hair up so I could see what I would look like. When I thought I had found what I was looking for, she went and got the veil and jewelry and made my look complete. And when I realized there were things I would change about the dress, she was on the phone with the designer within minutes to make that happen for me.I cant say enough about the beautiful dresses at solutions, the gorgeous store, and the incredible experience. Solutions Bridal was the BEST! I had been to other places in which I felt really pressured and started to feel a little discouraged about the process. When I got to Solutions bridal, Katherine was so kind and attentive and Jessica was so knowledgeable! They truly listened to me and there was ZERO pressure. They watched my body language in dresses and were able to pinpoint the aspects of gowns that I loved, and what I wanted. In fact, there was a dress that I had seen upon entering the salon that I LOVED but it was slightly over my price range. They encouraged several other similar options first so that I wouldnt fall in love with a dress I couldnt afford, but worked with me once my heart was set on it. I found my dream dress with the help of Katherine and Jessica and am so thankful for them!!

This is the wedding experience future brides DESERVE. Erica and her team did a PHENOMENAL, ABOVE AND BEYOND job to help us find a dress. We were greeted with mimosas, made comfortable, and had a little sign with our name on it at the table. I consider this the boujee dress experience, in the best possible way. The lighting and stage for presenting the dresses makes you feel like youre on a runway. And, because my mom couldnt make it in due to COVID, they had a mobile iPad/tripod for my mom to call in on so she could see everything live - which was such a blessing knowing how badly my mom wanted to be there. Those little details did not go unnoticed, and me and my sisters felt incredibly valued while we shopped. While I will say I did purchase my dress elsewhere, this store had an unbelievably close second dress with a lot of beautiful options (I think the best selection of all 4 stores we shopped at). Even communication after I left and told her I had gone with the other dress, Erica was incredibly kind, supportive, and understanding - and if I had to recommend a place to shop, I would hands down recommend here. Also - Erica showed me a veil that I couldnt stop thinking about, so I did end up purchasing my veil here after I left and Im just as excited about the veil as I am my dress - and if it wasnt for Erica I wouldnt have found the veil I never knew I needed. My experience at Solutions Bridal was unlike any other bridal shop. Daphne was the stylist who helped me during my first appointment, where I picked the dress. She had moved, so Ana took over and helped me through the rest of the process (choosing accessories, scheduling alterations, & gown preservation). Went to Solutions Bridal with my mom to shop for veils. They had the most gorgeous veils I have ever seen and I found one that I am so excited to wear! Extremely unique and of beautiful quality. But the reason I recommend Solutions Bridal, whether for a veil, dress, jewelry, or other accessories, is because of the associates. The people were lovely to work with. I went in to Solutions Bridal not expecting to find my wedding gown! I was visiting and had a free day so I decided to go in a check it out for fun. As soon as I walked in I saw my dress on the mannequin and told my bridal consultant Adriana I needed to try it on. Turns out that was the dress I bought! My bridal consultant Adriana was super helpful and described every detail of the dress and were its made and comes from. She truly made my experience wonderful and everything I expected it to be when you Find the one!The whole staff at Solutions bridal are very helpful and warm and they are all genuinely excited for you and your upcoming wedding day. I went to this place for the first time to help pick out a wedding dress for my sister with my mom. I’ll never forget what an incredible experience it was, not only for my mom and I, but also my sister. They do such an amazing job listening to your feedback about each dress - what you like, what you don’t like just to make sure they pick out dresses that TRULY match what you’re looking for on your big day. I remember how stress free my sister’s experience was and also how happy she was when they brought her “the one” and I thought to myself, wow, this is what I want my wedding dress shopping experience to be like. Nice place, but be careful what you sign there. My shoe size was recorded incorrectly when they were ordering shoes for me. When I asked to have them changed, they had to call the manufacturer to see if they would do it. The girls were very quick to make me feel responsible, since I had signed the paperwork. When youre a bride, your emotions are high, and you trust the person helping you. I might have been out $350 for shoes that didnt fit. They did switch them out for me, thank goodness, but that should just be something that is automatically done without question. So, just be careful what you sign, and read the entire thing. Refunds and exchanges dont always exist at this shop! I did however love the shoes. Very comfortable and beautiful for my special day.

Courtney is a vibrant and enthusiastic stylist. My guests were treated like royalty, while I was in the fitting room, they were served mimosasin a private lounge area . She was very patient and allowed me to try on as many wedding dresses that I was interested in. The store even had one dress shipped to their location solely for me to try on. Courtney was on point right by my side to pop the champagne and celebrate when i said yes to the dress. She is a detailed stylist, accessorizing my wedding dress perfectly with a veil, earrings, bracelet and heels. I cant forget to mention that Courtney also put my long hair in a pin curl updo with a jeweled hair comb. Even after the purchase of wedding dress I still keep in contact with Courtney on wedding details and she has been very helpful with suggestions and recommendations for other aspects of my wedding. I highly recommend stylist Courtney and Solutions Bridal designer house!

I had my appointment with Roberta and she was AMAZING! She was so knowledgeable, so funny and knew exactly what dresses to pull that would best suit me and my style. Lovely selection of designer gowns with an incomparable shopping experience. Youll need an appointment but they do occasionally have slots for walk-ins. Perfect place to take the whole bridal party. My dress search could have made reality TV with my indecisiveness, but Ana was an absolute angel and so patient with me. They focus 100% on the brides experience, which is remarkably rare and it shows in the way youre treated. I found my dress elsewhere but am forever recommending this shop!
