Thanks Adam!!UPDATE!Sale experience was paradise, but the service has been HELL. It was a nightmare just to have the unit delivered. It took them over 2 months to drop it at my house and it does not work. The lack of craftmanship between what you see in the showroom and what they deliver is desappointing. Tomorrow will be 3 months since I paid and I still dont have a working grill. They want to charge me an extra $150 to come back and fix the part that was not set up right. My advice: DO NOT GIVE A REVIEW WHILE IN THE SHOWROOM BECAUSE YOU WILL BE ON YOUR OWN ONCE YOU MAKE THE PAYMENT.

Great experience shopping with and buying from Blake at the Orlando Flagship store. We have been trying to cost and bid outdoor kitchen work throughout the pandemic, and between supply chain issues and contractors just not being available, its been a nightmare and the few quotes I could get on anything were plain ridiculous. We knew about Paradise Grills but didnt expect to like the manufactured island products. When I saw it in person I was really surprised - strong, lightweight, simple, interchangeable, easy to maintain, great fun features. I really like where the product fits between custom built in construction and regular portable patio furniture. No permits and no HOA approval (in my case - all patio furniture is allowed) are huge wins. Blake brought in our project - 2 mini fridges, wine fridge, prep sink, top of the line grill, and 9 of bar island - for much less than we were expecting to pay a contractor and Im expecting to be happier with the final result. They have some 0% financing right now that also makes me real happy, and Ive heard good things about warranty service. A note about some reviews that are critical of tile work etc - the new, current island product line is built differently with engineered lightweight tops that are porcelain over steel hex grid, built at the factory in one piece. Nothing really to be installed or finished on site. The lightweight/hollow feel of it might not please some people who expect a slab of solid stone or masonry, but from a practical perspective its just a lot less to screw up and maintain, and about 1000 times easier to move it if I need to. Just hoping the porcelain surface holds up well in direct sun, cause thats what its going to get at my house! Thanks Blake! Thanks Paradise!

This review should actually be Zero Stars, but Google won’t allow it. We have been waiting over 6 months to have the quality Grill and Bar Set we saw in the Showroom on Father’s Day! We refused the first Grill Cabinet, and the next two Bar Cabinets. The tile and tile work is bad, the craftmanship on the cabinets is bad(see attached pics). I had a independent tile/stone expert come and said it would cost almost $2000.00 to make the bar and grill tile work look presentable. Paradise Grills sent out their own inhouse Tech, and he said he could not fix it, so they reluctantly sent a new Bar unit, that when it arrived at our house was in worse shape than the first one. The Delivery and Setup guys said even they would refuse it. So we did refuse it. The third bar cabinet was supposed to be delivery on 12/22 in the AM, and they called after 3 hours of waiting, to say it would not be delivered till last that evening. We had plans, and could not accommodate. They said they would delivery next day 12/23, and they never showed up. The online app said it would be delivery on 12/24, and again they never showed up. Communications has been poor at best. What was supposed to be a enjoyable experience has turned into a nightmare.

Unfortunately I had a similar experience as the other negative reviews I saw. The sales experience was great and our salesperson was pleasant to deal with however the delivery and install was abysmal. I’m not sure if Paradise Grill subs out there delivery and install to other companies, I’m pretty certain they do as we noticed different delivery company names the two times they came, but management needs to reevaluate their delivery and install process and perhaps bring that in-house because it is ruining their image and reputation. The drivers are extremely rude and find any excuse not to fully install the unit. They came with an incorrect countertop the first time and we had to send countless emails to get it resolved only to have to fight with the next delivery company that came to finish it. Communication was bad after the first delivery issue and we had to go to the store to finally get a resolution. If this were my company I would take a hard look at my delivery and install process because this experience makes me regret buying my 30k outdoor kitchen from Paradise and unfortunately until their delivery and install process is fixed I can’t recommend them to anyone. Hopefully this will change soon because it made what should have been an overall pleasant experience into a highly stressful one.

Just left Paradise Grills and had a great experience. I have put much time into searching for a quality grill and island. I was skeptical about going in the beginning because the prices online were a little above average compared other companies. I meet with Mark, the sales manager and he explained to me in detail everything about the grills I was interested in. I have had several grills the last 30 years and none compare to the quality of the Paradise Grills. Understandably the grill were a little out my price range, but Mark worked with me and I was about to purchase the grill I really wanted at a price I could afford. It was a pleasure meeting and doing business with Mark. The customer service was awesome.

Do NOT buy a grill from this company. My boyfriend and I bought an $11,000 unit from Paradise Grills on June 8th. The sells person (Adam) promised the delivery on or before the 4th of July. When we called to schedule the delivery (2-3) days after the purchase they told us he had circled the wrong delivery window (6-8) weeks instead of (2-4) and that our unit would not be ready. Frustrated, we accepted the news and moved on. July 5th the grill was delivered after pushing for the delivery date to be moved up. The workers delivered it and insured all was working properly. They not only incorrectly installed the drawer on the unit but the (grill pack with griddle and utensils) we paid extra for never showed up. The customer service representative was confused and wasn’t sure what that even was, yet we have a receipt for it. The day after the grill was dropped off we decided to use it for the first time. We discovered The side burner and fridge both do not work on the unit. We called paradise grills on the 7th to tell them it was broken and they said they would send someone out to fix it the next day. The next day arrives and no sign of a worker . It’s been a month since the grill was dropped off and nobody has contacted us or will call us back. At this point we asked for a full refund and to just come get the grill because it’s a complete scam. The good reviews are also a scam. (Adam our sales guy requested that we write a good review before we left the store and then asked to see it). If they had zero stars I would rate them that! Don’t spend money here.

Ordered our bar and grill 3 months ago from Blake which we were told would take that long. Understood. We received our delivery date so we flew down to Florida to our vacation home to be present for the install. We got a call saying the delivery was going to be postponed from Thursday to Monday. Ok, fine. Monday comes and my wife calls to find out what time the delivery would be as no one called to inform us. We were then told they had no record of that delivery date and our delivery date was scheduled for April 6. 2 weeks after what we were originally told. Mind you we flew down to Florida for delivery. If you buy a grill from paradise grills I would highly recommend you put in the sales contract that they have you sign a firm delivery date with option for full refund if they do not delivery when you are told. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to purchase as it seems to be a major recurring problem!

We first visited Paradise Grills last weekend, and we were so impressed with the selection and also Blakes knowledge of the grills and the construction of the bar areas. We liked four different setups, and eventually settled on one, which, we discovered, wouldnt fit in the space we had! So, back to the drawing board. Blake was great and kept in touch, but did not pressure us to make a decision. My husband returned to Paradise Grills earlier this week, and with Blakes help (and patience) we selected a grill/bar setup that will be perfect for our patio. I have seen Paradise Grills from i4 for years but never went in until I was looking for a grill for a present. I came looking for a good quality grill and left with a whole countertop setup! I spent a lot more then I wanted but I am happy. The deal was too hard to pass up. Adam White helped explain all options and I left happy. I will follow up my review in a few months with pictures of the setup.

Will like to rate 0 but have to pick one star, Worst service, I purchase On around December 2020 and today 03/16/2021 we got our grill, been waiting all day and the guys just left at 11pm. I was missing the grill cover and the electrical lights system are not working the speakers sound terrible. Now I have to take of my time to get this fix. Paid over 10 thousand Dollars for my outdoor bar and kitchen and really regret buying with this company.

Have had a terrible experience with paradise grills. We ordered a bar, set up a delivery date and time. They never showed up for the delivery. No phone call or any communication to let us know that they were not able to deliver on the scheduled date. I had to call them the next morning to let them know about our delivery issue. It took me 45 minutes to reschedule the delivery. They then came the following day, earlier than the agreed upon time. We had to rush home to meet them. The counter tops have a blue protective film, delivery folks did not know how to remove it. I have had at least three phone calls trying to resolve this issue. They have not installed the fridge as of yet. I have attempted to speak with the customer care manager Molly but she not returned any of my phone calls. The excuse has been that she is a very busy person. Terrible customer service. Have wasted way too much time trying to get my bar delivered and installed correctly. Would not recommend this company. Poor service

Excellent showroom and demonstration of all the products by Mark. Guided us well to the model which best fit our needs!May 2021: we finally got our grill and bar. It is a thing of beauty and works great. One thing I must say. Customer service was horrible from Jan to April. After we got angry, we had a guy named Marco take over for delivery and service, things got done right. Either Paradise is fixing their issues, or they only take care of things after escalation. They seem to be doing a better job of keeping the buyer/owner in the loop, but need better email/texting confirmation. Delivery scheduling was a problem. They kept changing dates. In terms of the product, We had only one issue, either construction or delivery assembly. One leg was missing on the bar, so it wobbled. Service came by and put it on using brackets, so It is not welded on like the other legs. Works fine.Overall, the G8 we bought is everything I always wanted for an outside grill and bar. Now need to find out how it does over 5-10 yrs.

***April 7th-We finally got the bar when I asked for a refund. Suddenly there were no production problems. They were going to deliver it in a week. Then as the week went past and I called again and again and again… a few weeks later, we finally had it delivered. The delivery guys were awesome. But they don’t actually work for paradise grills. My review remains the same. The actual bar is great but the service is not worth it. If I were to do it again knowing what I went through, I wouldn’t. Expect to spend A LOT of time on the phone with no communication. It took almost 5 months to get our bar and I had to fight for it the whole way.***March 23rd- Talked to someone in Orlando at Paradise Grill showroom on March 22 and let them know if I didn’t hear back from someone by the end of the day I would be cancelling the order and I never heard back. Today when I called and told them I wanted a refund someone actually called back. When I insisted that I wanted a refund they said the president and owner would call. My husband called to find out what was happening and they stated they would call back in 5 minutes. Guess what? No one called and now the store is closed. Will update day by day until resolved.***Update: It has been since November 15, 2020 that I made this review. Since then (March 19, 2021) we still have not received word as to when we would get delivery. I have called the place that they tell me to call several times with no response, I have contacted this Orlando facility to find out what is happening, they said they sent an internal email to find out and still no response. We were told 90 days, paid half down and we still have no response. If I don’t hear back some sort of response soon, I will be cancelling and asking for our money back. I will update as things progress.Adam was very patient with us as we struggled to make our decision. Very knowledgeable! Thanks!

My husband and I stopped in this store to check it out. Mark was very helpful in showing us around. We sat at the tiki bar with our friends having a beer and glass of wine so we could really feel the entire effect. We ended up going much larger and ordering the BIG DOG! We love the new product and cant wait to get it! only downfall, is its a Minimum 90 day delivery. We are hoping it is less!

My husband and I walked in paradise grill and was in loved with the service, we finally got a grill that we loved. Sales guy Adam was fantastic.

We paid over $15,000 for a fire pit and grill combination. Since the installation almost five months ago, there were several issues including chipped tiles, fire pit burner not working properly and the latest problem was the sear station catching on fire. After this incident, they were supposed to replace the grill. It took several weeks to get a delivery date, but the new grill was dented and it was missing the sear station! Since then, another two months passed before they gave us another delivery date - they never showed up or called to reschedule. The customer service is horrible, you can rarely get someone to answer the phone and their manager has been ignoring us. They have cancelled our scheduled delivery three times in a row without notifying us. We are working people and took days off from work. I cant believe the disrespectful behavior, this company does not have a reliable service making their warranty worthless. I will be reporting Paradise Grills to the Better Business Bureau.
