On vacation. Timeshare did not have all the billiard tools. These guys have it all. Lady up front was super nice, very knowledgeable.

We knew pretty much what we wanted after doing a little research and found this store by looking up official dealers on Olhausen’s website. The owners were super helpful in answering any questions and we were fortunate to have the table delivered the next day. Plus, the team that installed the table were fantastic (knowledgeable, shared some helpful tips, and professional)! Highly recommend!

They have a huge showroom that is very well stocked and decorated. They also have a friendly knowledgeable sales staff, the best brand names, and prices lower than expect. Whats not to love about this store.

Florida Game Rooms is the real deal. They have the best selection of pool tables, game room furniture, and billiard related accessories in town. Their large beautiful showroom is a huge improvement over anything else in the Orlando area, and their friendly knowledgeable staff are extremely helpful and pleasant to work with.

One of the worst experienced with a business owner Ive ever had. After having my floor damaged by his crew, when I had clear before and after pictures of the damage. This man spent over 45 minutes double talking me about the readiness of my garage floor instead of discussing solutions. I was interested in purchasing other furniture from them and looking for a credit towards that but was met with arguing and a defensive attitude from the jump. I had been a customer since 2002 and now regret it. Beware of any owner who is so dismissive of his customers and more interested in showing how smart he is than finding solutions for a customer who just paid $400 for his services. Thanks to Denise for at least giving me my triangle back which didnt make it off the truck...another thing he wanted to argue about.
