This was my first time having to find a repair shop in the area, and I was very satisfied with this one! My car was overheating and Mr. Abdel was able to quickly find the issue. The price was fair and the work was done promptly. He sent me pictures of the old parts. When I came to pick my car up, it was sitting with the key ready for me to test drive it first. He then showed me the old parts and explained what the issue was. Mr. Abdel is hard-working, trustworthy, and honest. He was very kind and great to work with. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know!

Took my 370z here and had a smooth, flawless experience. I was called immediately once the diagnosis was made for my car and was given a thorough explanation of my options.The issue was resolved in just a few days and I was given pictures of everything that was changed and was shown my old part along with the reason it no longer worked and had to be replaced.I do not plan on using another mechanic ever again - this is by far the best choice.

Abdel called me back within minutes. dropped the car off Sunday night, Abdel was there and opened the gate for us. within a few days he fixed the car, following the plan he gave me and the price exactly. a few weeks later the car started having transmission issues. he does not work on transmissions but called around for me so i could make an informed decision... for no charge. he kept the car for me for a few weeks while i figured out next steps. days after having the car towed to the dealership, Abdel called to check in with me.could not imagine having a better experience with a repair shop. in the future if i am within driving distance from Rescue Automotive and Mr Abdel is still there, he will get my business.

Me and my wife went to get our car checked out because of a squeaking belt noise. The owner figured out the issue in a matter of minutes and suggested an easy fix. 40 minutes later we were on our way with the fixed car. I ran into some transmission issues with my car after making the mistake of going to another shop for an oil change that turned into other additional repairs, and so I took it to Rescue Automotive and Abdel was diligent in getting to the root of the problem and making sure I understood everything that was going on. The other shop was able to fix the issue since it was still under warranty, and even though he didnt have to, Abdel continued to check in with me and make sure that they were taking care of it and not causing me even more problems. So thankful that a more serious issue that would have cost thousands to fix was avoided because of Rescue Automotive!

I took my car in because the dealership gave me a laundry list of items that needed to be fixed immediately when I took it for an oil change. I researched other car repair shops in the area and found Rescue Automotive. My experience from beginning to end was amazing! My car is running great after they changed my left axle and seal and I am able to work on the other issues one at a time for a very fair price and top line service! I took my car in around 9am on Thursday and it was ready for me to pick up at 5pm! I appreciate Abdel and all of his help!

I Called them today because my brake light was on and Abdel answered the phone and told me to come by so he can check it out free of charge. When I arrived he took a look at my brakes and drove my truck around the block and when he returned he told me my brakes where perfect and no need for them to be replaced. ( any other mechanic would have taken advantage of a woman and would have told her they were bad) he was honest and kind ! He explained that the sensor may be bad but my brakes where perfect. As I was leaving he saw that my license plate was missing two screws and he told me to wait while he ran to get the screws and placed them for me. He was such a blessing to me !! My father and I found this company online. The manager Abdel was extremely informative and helpful when explaining the check engine light details that I was getting on my at home diagnostic reader. My dad called in on a Thursday night and he took the time even after the shop was closed to listen to the details of the car trouble and offer his knowledge and services. The next morning I brought the car in and by the end of the day everything was fixed and the car has been running smoothly since then. He kept my dad and I up to date with all his findings and recommendations while the car was in the shop. I would 10/10 recommend this auto body shop to anyone in the area and Abdel as the mechanic.

Too long, didnt read; this shop is the best in state. They set me at ease, offered the best service after fully understanding my situation, and had light-speed turn around! Excellent service, Im from Tampa and I will be returning to this shop.So Im driving down the road, aware of car problems and it finally goes; the belt snaps. I pull up Google and go with the closest because I have to limp there with no battery and no cooling. I phone up and the owner assures me he can at least look at it immediately and he will take the job pending an actual inspection.I roll in and the owner meets me in the lot, I give him what I know and he does triage before Im out of the car. Its a frozen A/C compressor. We go inside to handle paper work and talk options. The lobby is calming and has some literature that does set me at ease, I am also offered free water.Now I am way out of town and time-frames are going to be the issue here. So the owner offers to buy the part new and I could be ready to go within 6 hours, or he could call junk yards for used and get it about one third off but the when starts to become hazy. He even brings up the idea of staying in town at a local motel because that might still be cheaper if I can.We accept the junk yard part and roll the dice. Within an hour hes found the part and he says its ready tomorrow or Thursday. The owner kept me up to date on what he was doing, offered one additional service free and another at an incredible discount: being very honest about the likelihood of success the whole time.Rescue Automotive was a genuine blessing and I couldnt have gotten luckier to get such a stellar treatment!

This dude is the real deal. He’s honest and quick. He’ll give you the best price. He did something for me for $25 that another shop quoted me $200+ for. I highly recommend. He also explains everything to you so that you know what you’re paying for and how to prevent the problem from happening again.

10/10 recommend. I got a new car and went to Firestone and Tuffys for general maintenance, and they want to charge me $500 and $3000 respectively for this and that. I brought it to Abdel and he was able to get it checked out the same day and fix all the things that really needed fixing for around $300. Later, my car misfired and needed to be fix so I brought it back on a Saturday. Abdel was able to get everything sorted out quickly and I got my car back literally the next day. He is just so honest and genuine and is a godsend for a broke college student like myself :)

FROM MY MOTHER (who does not have a Google account)—My son attends UCF and was getting ready to come back home to Missouri for Thanksgiving, when his car broke down this past Saturday night. Not only did he keep me informed about the repairs needed, he did the work first thing Monday so my son would be able to travel back in time for the holiday. I came here because a friend of mine needed to get his alternator changed, and he suggested I come here to repair a dent on my front bumper. He told me they had good pricing and that they were very quick. Boy was I pleased when I turned my truck in at 9:00 am and got it back at 5:30 pm with no more dent. Very quick, very well priced, and Abdel (the manager) is a very kind and helpful man. He even told me how I can do the painting over the scratched paint by myself, just overall a great guy. I recommend this place to anyone I know who needs auto repair in the UCF area.

I called for a quote for some suspension work and Abdel answered the phone and helped me right away. When I brought my vehicle in, Abdel looked at my car promptly. He is very honest and does not try to sell you on things you do not need. I had my car in and out of the shop within hours.The most striking thing was that Abdel noticed a sound coming from the front end of my car that had been ongoing for over a year. I previously had two other mechanics tell me the sound was from having bad struts but after fixing it, the sound didn’t go away. Abdel was able to figure out the problem which was a simple fix and did it free of charge. Other mechanics would have taken advantage and charge a lot of money for something so simple. Mind you, this my very first time coming to the shop for service. I couldn’t believe it when I drove my car around and there was no more rattling.Rescue Automotive is an excellent shop. I went for my cars repair. It was a 2008 Toyota Corolla and, the bushing for lower arm was worn out and, needed replacement. The owner/ mechanic Abdul Hamid took a good look at the car. His approach was straight and honest. He quoted a very competitive price. He completed the work on time and as promised. My car is running is smoothly. He is here to do good honest work and, not rip you off like many many other places. I would recommend him without any hesitation. He is also open on Saturdays which is very convenient. I have found myself a honest car mechanic. The 2008 Toyota Corolla that has 110,000 miles now runs smoothly as if it has only 30,000 miles. Such a good work.

Had a great experience with Abdel at Rescue Automotive. My Acura needed a Starter replaced and then my Intake Manifold started acting out so they cleaned it for me :D the speed at which these guys operate is much faster than your average mechanic. Very nice to newer customers and I would go again when needed.

I cant say enough good things about Rescue Auto. Quality customer service and quality work would almost sum it up but there is a need to say more. You will not find a more ethical, honest, and caring mechanic who takes pride in his work and a sincere interest in his customers. It is rare to find the combination of expert skill and outstanding customer service. Rescue Auto painted my car and did other mechanic repair work at a very reasonable price. I cant be more pleased with the work and service.

I am truly amazed but most of all relieved to see my son find a very much proven honest shop & technician. My son dropped off his 2005 Lexus es 300 because of suspected drop in voltage... I followed up with a call this morning and spoke to Abdul...he said he had tested it for an hour and found nothing wrong with the car. He said the alternator was fine and was charging the system at 13.5 volts. He said he could replace the alternator but he actually saw no reason to. I am still astounded on his honesty even as I write this review. He is the shop of choice.
