Came here very frustrated about my vehicles tire being flat. Been a long day working at the mall so this was the last thing I needed, came to pep boys and they assisted me very quickly with my problem, Marcus was sure to make sure I was knowledgeable about the tires & assured me that everything will be alright. I was first nervous coming to a big name tire place but I was treated with great customer service & appreciated all the side notes he gave me. Will be coming back for other services! Thanks Marcus!
Used to be my PepBoys of choice for years, first with a Saturn and now with my Jetta. Just looking from the outside, you can tell the parking lot and condition of the store has seriously deteriorated. This store has been converted to a maintenance only shop and inside it looks disheveled and uninviting for anyone waiting on their vehicle.I had booked an appointment for an oil change two days prior. When I get to the shop to get the work done, I am told that the store does not have my oil filter and that I would have to wait there for the employee to get it in. Had I made the appointment day of or just shown up, it’s more understandable but to not have the equipment necessary to complete work that was scheduled in advanced is very unprofessional.After today, I cannot see myself returning to this location or suggesting this location again.

Made appointment online for oil change same day, as there was an appointment available, had time to wait so went to pep boys on OBT about 15 min early. Went inside, no one around. Waited about 5-10 min when JP was called from the sales side. He asked what I needed, informed him of my appointment, he said I must have just made it, no sir made it earlier this morning. He said he could not do the oil change and he would have to call and get it approved(fleet vehicle, brought fleet card and already had the approval) told me it would be a while and to wait an hour. Told him no thank you and I would find someone who wanted the work. Really felt like he just didn’t want to do the job, if too much work then block off the appointments. Don’t be rude and condescending to customers. Ymmv
We bought 4 new tires here and had them installed. Job well done! I was contemplating between here and Firestone. Firestone wanted to charge almost $1100. 4 new 20 tires were $691 here.

Ive been going there for over 4 years..always a great experience and professionalism.Recently I went because my check engine light was on .. they found a leak...I needed a new battery, since I had the original. I had to go back a couple of times.. but they resolved it and they understood my frustration...they compensated me with 2 services...They were always honest and professional.They are a great team...from the front retail desk to the Auto Repair service desk and All of the mechanics. Especially Marcus... Thank You..Thank You...This is the place to go for your car repairs and or concerns.Affordable Professional Honest!
Horrible serviceI made an appointment to buy new tires and install them. I went on the day scheduled and on time. Turned out the representative claimed he didnt have the tires I required, even though I made the appointment a week and a half in advance and it seemed to be in stock. He went back and forth offering tires he said he did not have. I showed him the screen shot and the email confirmation and he refused to work with me. He said he needed to charge me for 2 tires and buy the others as I was wrong. That the offer Ive seen and ordered online couldnt be given in store. He then tried to sell me the most expensive set of tires but then claimed he didnt have all 4 available. He left me to attend other clients and dismissed my service. He spoke with lack of appreciation for me being a client. I didnt feel like there was any friendly staff to help me through the process. Very unlike my previous visits, where the lady that always worked on my appointments (Shes blonde and kind) was friendly and helpful. The gentleman didnt seem to care if I would do my service in there or take it elsewhere. Sadly, I did take it elsewhere. I believe I will not return after this experience.

Kind of pricey but everytime I get a mechanic on 5he side they cant work on the vehicle or never show up. The service writer here had a attitude which made me give one right back. Mechanic that did the work was great.
Got my car towed from I-4 to this location with a stuck flat tired that I couldn’t remove. I got stranded on a construction at night, I called the next so they can check the tire and for an estimate, he said $100 and something assuming there was damage. I called back again 20 minutes after and he said $500 or $400 without a new tire. I called triple A to get the car towed to another shop. The driver hit the tire a few times with a hammer and it came off 🤷🏽♂️

***EDIT*** they removed my pictures because they know its overpriced themselves$1400 for labor when all i wanted was to get my brakes going again. A 2 hour job for $1400 labor and with parts it all adds up to $2053 for just brakes???. I refuse and just take the car anyway and i now hear weird squeeking in the back which i never heard before. On top of this weird pricing and problems that happened. I came here a few months ago to because my car was overheating, they tell me its a water pump for $694, a thermal clutch fan for $85, a serpentine belt for $40 (keep in mind without labor too and still charged me $41 for a checkup) but all i did was put coolant in myself and it worked perfectly. But after a week of it coming from that shop, brakes went out which led to the beginning of this bible. I have a dui so i rarely drive it but somehow this happens?To sum it up. I think theyre overpriced and crooked. I dont recommended this at all. I came here twice only to leave with more problems and no resolutions with overboard pricing. Im quite disappointed even after looking at other reviews about this place.
I was sent a Please Write a Review email the day after my service. So, I wrote a review.It included how the worker was not expecting me and had no clue I made an appointment online. It took him a minute to even find my appointment in the computer. When he did, he also did the instructions I wrote. I was bringing my car in for an oil change, but also described a secondary issue I wanted checked out. When I brought this up, he brushed off the secondary issue because it was close to closing time. That issue persists worse than ever. I will NOT be taking my car back to have them fix it. But, hey. At least I got my oil changed.Since posting that review, I have been emailed 7 more times asking to post a review. These review requests even have the GALL to include guidelines such as please avoid writing about customer service, and refrain from mentioning competitors by name, or the specific price you paid for the service.So, theyve been hounding me to write a review (because my first wasnt good enough apparently), but instruct me to only write a positive review that will be good for business.I find it ballsy to ask for a review in the first place. But, to include guidelines for the people writing your reviews is unconscionable.I wasnt thrilled with my service. But, I hadnt completely written off going back. But, with each additional thirsty, desperate PLEASE WRITE A REVIEW email that shows up in my inbox...I am less and less likely to ever return to this store.

They didnt have the part that I ordered online for whatever they check to see if they have one and it was more expensive and they would give it to me at the same price but they didnt have it at least that shows a lot of customer satisfaction which is lacking these days and I do appreciate that they have learned a customer
The older lady that runs the cash register up front is the nicest person. We have been twice and shes always been helpful in finding exactly what we need. Forget other places, were pep boys people now.

Dont ever take your car here. My car kept stalling after getting my oil changed and ac serviced at Valvoline so I took it here which is also where my company takes their fleet vehicles. I even told them that my company gets their cars serviced at this location before they even looked at my car. The FIRST estimate was $1200 and I said no way it is that much as my car was fine before I went to Valvoline. They checked it again and came back with almost $500. I said give me my key back. Now here is when it gets interesting. I drive away and my car doesnt stall anymore. Not once. I have no idea what they did but after talking to a few people we came up with that it probably was just a loose cable and Pep Boys fixed it after the 2nd estimate was given to me figuring I would pay that amountand when I balked at paying that they forgot to loosen the cable again when I got my car back which to this day 5 months later has not stalled one time since.
Called the night before to schedule an oil change and tire rotation. I showed up 15min early and they didnt have the appt scheduled. Instead of apologizing they asked if I had called the correct location. I read the number from my phone. Oh thats us. Like it was my fault. Then the lady said well I didnt take the call last night. Yep my fault again. Fortunately they got the car in and performed the service. Never again.
Had a great experience with Marcus. A different location in Volusia County told me they couldn’t find anything wrong with my tires. When I explained the situation to Marcus he asked, “Are your rims chrome?.” When I said they were he immediately knew the problem and fixed it accordingly. Apparently having chrome rims can sometimes make your tires deflate. When I went in I was frustrated and confused. But Marcus was polite and knowledgeable. Im definitely going back to that location in the future.

Dont bring your car to this location. Youll end up wasting your day. I have been waiting for an oil change since 7:30am its now 1:00pm and no one has taken the time. The mechanic are super slow and the associates on the floor are not amicable. Very poor customer service. I will not ever come back here. With all the bad reviews I have read I seriously think corporate should look into this locations protocol. I also tried to purchase an item and they couldnt take payment because the system couldnt take my credit card. Cash was the only option. I lost a day of work, so who replaces that? TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE WHAT A BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH.

Warning, if you are in a rush dont go. My first try for an oil change took over 2 hours and I had to leave. Second try took an hour and a half to get done. Also, Im pretty sure they didnt rotate my tires because brake dust was present on my front tires. They also didnt turn out my change oil light. Wont be going back.
Pich up some tires for my wife car .get a good deal on them .plus my daughter got her car alingment and oil change .we went across the street and got lunch
Customer service was bad and the people there were nonchalant and rude. I came in to get new tires and they were careless and broke my door handle and blamed it on the car handle being made of plastic. Waited a month for a door handle to come in and painted. Never got the handle installed or painted, never wasting my time there again. Called for a claim never called me back. They were offering to install the handle, not painted and said to pay out of my pocket to have it taken somewhere else to paint it. Not paying anymore or lifting a finger for something these diy mechanics so i left it. To this day my handle has not been installed and i have not been reimbursed for this situation. It was my first time and never again.
They only had 1 lady trying to service the customers in the parts area, she was very knowledgeable and would find anything I needed and would walk over with me to find the tires and rims I needed. But when I went up front to pay for some things I was going to buy there was now one to be found so I put the merchandise back and left the store. Was their loss, not mine as there are plenty of other auto parts stores that are glad to have your business.
First I will never be back here again. I show up 20 minutes early for the appt. I made online just to told it will take an hour to get in. I mention I made appt with the coupon on there website so ofcourse I had to show then there own website with the coupon. Once I showed them there own website coupon they decided that they had to charge me for 2 extra quarts. I have never been charged for more then 1 extra quart for my vehicle. It almost seem as if they were trying to get rid of me now that I think about it. When I drove up the work bays were half empty. It should take an hour to get started.

So I go to purchase 4 new tires for my vehicle. After a little over 2hrs I’m told I need lug nuts and this “parts” store doesn’t have them. 2 hours of my workday wasted due to their incompetence. smfh
Today 1/23/19 makes the second time I’ve visited this location after scheduling an appointment in advance through the Pep Boys app that they’ve wasted my time. Employee Zely told me they cannot complete my scheduled oil change at all today and that if I ever needed to schedule an appointment to never do them online because them system has no way of telling what the location has scheduled for any particular day.So I decided to just schedule another appointment inside of the store for tomorrow 1/24/19 unfortunately even though it’s a scheduled appointment they have no way of assuring me a oil change at the scheduled time. It’s just ridiculous. I shouldn’t have to drop my car off find a ride back to work and then back to Pep Boys when I finally receive a text message stating they’ve finally completed my oil change. What’s the purpose of offering the feature to schedule appointments online if it doesn’t work?

They are more like a DIY mechanic than professionals.I had to leave my car overnight because I had a flat tire so next day they called me. On the phone I agreed to replace the tire to one that was going to be the same as the ones that I have, to do a realignment and balance the wheel.First, tire was the cheapest one of the same brand.Second, the car Is not properly aligned also the steering wheel needs to de a little steered to the car go straight.Third, I noticed that the wheel has two of the old wheel weights and it’s vibrating when I go over 60mph, so the wheel is not balanced.And lastly, they left the wheel without one lug nut and they didn’t even informed me.I’d rather change the tire by myself than going back to this shop, even if they fix my issues, I don’t have time to waste going back to have my car serviced if it wasn’t serviced when it was supposed to.
This place is terrible. Several years ago it was one of the best Pep Boys stores you could find but the new management is beyond horrible. My last oil change took over 2 hours and I was the first appointment in the store. Yesterday, I went in for my 2:00 appointment (15 minutes early) and was told by the store manager that I would have to wait 1.5 hours because a walk-in bumped me. In what world is a walk-in more important than someone who makes an appointment ahead of time? Note to Management - When you are disrespectful to the clients who have been coming to your store for many years your business will suffer and by the looks of the other reviews it seems that this is very much the case. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS STORE.

Was told I would have to bring my car back some other day because the right people werent there to even figure out whats wrong with my car. Dont come here unless you need something incredibly simple.

I swung by here today (8/20) 10 minutes before they closed to have someone snap my rearview mirror back on, which I couldnt fix. A kind gentleman quickly got to work and fixed it within 5 minutes. I tried to tip him but he didnt accept it and I was just blown away by the efficiency and friendliness! So glad yall were open late because I didnt know where else to go and was scared to drive home. My son went there last week because his power brake booster was shot. He also asked to have his brake lines checked for air. They told him that his master cylinder, brake booster as well as both rear brakes were leaking and that there was no air in his lines. Your shop quoted him for $956.00 with a $100.00 discount. He drove to Tampa and had it checked...all he needed was a new brake booster ($85.00)..all brakes were inspected and did not leak but he had to have the brakes bled due to air in the lines...thank you for trying to rip him off from his hard earned money....shame on you!You lost a loyal customer.....

This place is a joke and took more time then needed to fix my vehicle. They are not reliable with when they will be done with the job and are extremely rude to there customers. I felt like I wasn’t a priority since everything was covered under a warranty and not paid out of pocket. Between the dealership my warranty company and this Pep Boys none of them made this an easy experience for me. All three companies are receiving a bad review from me.

It took 4 hours to replace a battery and balance 4 tires. In at 7:30 AM out at 11:30 AM and still needed a sensor to be reset.Devon seems like he just started an hour before I had spoken with him, as he could not answer a question as to how long could it take to install the sensor that was not completed the first 4 hours I had spent days before.This was my first time at Pep Boys and my last. Run .

Absolutely terrible. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR VEHICLE, NOT FIX IT. Took my Mazda in for an alignment and they wrote me up a quote over $400 for a plethora of other issues I wasnt aware of and they completely forgot about the alignment. I was told I needed a multiple new parts and when I came to pick up my car after being serviced two things happened. Firstly they told me they took off the charge for one of the parts they quoted me as if they were doing me a favor. But didnt it need to be replaced?, I asked. He said no so then I asked why they were trying to replace it and he said THE PART DOESNT FIT IN MY CAR. I dont even have a place for the part in my model. (Side note) After I ask about them, he waives a couple random shop fees and acts like its a favor then TACKS TWO MORE ON after I pickup and doesnt tell me. Actually went out of his way to hide the screen from my view. The worst part about the whole thing was that when I picked my car up MY AC COMPRESSOR WAS BROKENNNNNN. My AC isnt blowing cool air the whole way home. I take it back in and they act like theyre doing me a favor by looking at it for free. Surprise the compressor is broken. I say it wasnt when I brought it in and they told me they dont want to do business with me if thats how I think they do business. So I wont and hopefully neither will anyone who reads this review. The managers are trash.
Good costumer service, friendly staffI took my wife car for a oil change, and the technician couldnt turn the service light off. After couple attempts in different days, I was told that some sensor need to bee replaced. I took it to Wal-Mart for the next oil change and the light went off. It wasnt a damage sensor, they didnt have a clue what they were doing wrong.

The customer service at this location is dreadful. It took them two weeks to have a couple of tires transfer from a Tampa or Brandon location. When the tires finally arrived they were the wrong size. No one in the store called me to explain the situation. So when went into the location today the manager told one of her employees that they should have called me. I will never use another Pep Boys ever again. This location needs new management or just close this facility.
Was in Orlando for work, fuel pump went out. They put in the wrong pump/sending unit so now my gauge doesnt read correctly. Second, they said two of my spark plugs were fouled when my work truck fleet mechanic replaced plugs and ignition coils two months ago. Dont say you are from out of town. What they charged me was more than 3x what the pep boys in Atlanta said it cost when I tried to get them to replace the sending unit. I would never go to any Pepboys every again.

Horrible service and rude employees. The whole staff needs customer service training. Almost more upset about that than the 800+ dollars I had to spend for them to not fix the problem. Make sure they are very clear with you with how much everything will cost before handing anyone your keys. Please do not respond to this review with the same b.s. automated apology youve been giving everyone else and teach your staff how to treat their customers instead.

Unprofessional. Was topd appointment was for 12:30 and when arrived they said it was for 13. I waited about one hour and wentbto pay qhen assnt manager stated I said I wanted conventiobal oil. Never! So..Now eaiting for them to empty oil to refill with synthetic. Very unprofessional. They are more concerned abouy their hot dogs. Go somewhere else
They didnt have the parts i was looking for, but that doesnt mean they wont have anything you might be. I was looking for parts for a Jaguar if that helps. American made cars probably wont have that issue. The store is very large and even has stuff for boats.
Through the past 4 months I had problems with my car..mainly radiator coolant hoses ... I brought my car to this and the one on McLeod and both didnt check the car throughly so I spent the past 4 months having to bring my car to shops almost every week. When I asked each time why they didnt find issues with hose after hose, all they had to say was how were we supposed to know. I have lost massive amounts of respect for pep boys this past year. Because of their negligence I have spent almost 1000 dollars when I should only have spent half that. I know very little about car repair and I could have recommended after 2 of the hoses being faulty to just replace all of them.plus I spent money on rentals when my car was in the shops for over a week each time that the pep boys were supposed to report my warranty agency to cover completely but they told them it was being work on for only 2 days when they told me they needed 7 days to fix it.

The last three times Ive made appointments at this store I show up for my appointment and they tell me theyre too busy and to come back another time. Two of the times they told me I needed to make an appointment. I told them that I already had. They still wont honor a scheduled appointment. I wont be coming here again. Theyve wasted too much of my time.

I visited the location twice today the first to buy some items the secound for an appointment I had. Manager Evelyn assisted me great and employees on shift as well while me searching around the store. The visits with Great customer service and Great mecanic. I was at the location for a decent time for all the services I needed ( Oil and filter Change, New tires, Balancing, Allignment, Air filter forgot what else) and do not have a negative thing to say about time, price nor the customer service. I was explained detailled everything that was being done and they had no problem explaining things over as I needed it. My service was with Pablo in the mecanic area like the service and patients to answer my 5000 questions.I have always said wait the time you have to wait for a good job and not have it rushed to later pay double.
Marcus was a life saver. He got the nail out of our tire and plugged it, when we showed up 15 minutes before they closed. All other tire stores were closed for the night. Pep boys saved our vacation. Thank you Marcus for all your help and making our night a little better.
Went to store with an appointment and they could not handle after verifying appointment. Said machine was down. So if they knew machine was down should have canceled the appointment instead of telling someone to go somewhere else

Until today, I had just heard of Pep Boys notorious practices but today, I fell prey to it myself. I and my mom took my car to this Pepboys and asked them for an oil change and to check the brakes. The store assistant was very courteous and welcoming. Little did we expect what was coming. We were told to wait in the lounge which was smelling of tires and uncomfortable. 4 hours later, they came back to me telling me that the mass air flow sensor was busted and they coughed up an addition $450.00 in the bill. We made the mass air flow sensor elsewhere and slashed the cost by $110, but the car is not running as good as before. I regret going to Pepboys and swear to never go back to another one..
Went there to change brakes and rotors on my car they tried to charge me $900.00 for pads and rotors are you kidding me Im not driving a Mercedes or BMW is a dodge nitro, then he tried to lower the cost to $650 I just walked away went and found a local mechanic that did the job for 350 thanks to a friend, just ask friends if you dont have a mechanic is gonna be better than getting ripped off by people like this
I recommend no one to this place, set an appointment for 8 oclock, had to wait tel 9:15 to get my car looked at . A waste of time for me setting an appointment . Lady SHERYL is rudeeeee as ever, so she wanted to argue with me ... If I can give this place negative stars I would. Also I got my car worked on 3 weeks ago and my wheel on my car shakess real bad when I drive & they trying to say its nothing they can do & charge me for other things they think wrong with it . This place is a MESSSS. Lady manager was useless as well . DONT COME HERE
This place is terrible. Visiting from out of town on our way home had a loud thumping noise under our car. Take it to this place and they tell us its a transmission problem and we need a new transmission. Going to cost upwards of $1000 but they had to find one first and would get back to us when they did. Well 24 hrs has gone by no word. We take the car to a dealership, they tell us theres nothing wrong with the transmission and it was just clips for the bumper under the car had came off and air was getting under and making it flap. Only had to pay $100. Never go to this pep boys ever.
I called in to set an appt to get my brake booster and master cylinder repaired. I am quoted around 900$. I later went in to get the quote with parts and labor on paper and was told they didnt have my appt! Then he took down my info again in the store and told me it was 940$ JUST FOR LABOR. My parts together were about 450$ and would take about four hours to finish. I called another pep boys on s. Orange and explained the situation. My total with labor AND parts AND a coupon was around 800$. I am livid with the service provided with this location. Especially being a delivery driver and need my car for work this was a major inconvenience.
I recconmend to heavy bikers to come shop wit this store. It has plenty to help and offer when it comes to the non-ending, multi-various of supplies and mechanical equipment they sell.
Total disaster of a store. Super rude manager DIEGO that needs to be removed IMMEDIATELY. Total fraud that illegally charged and sold me a road hazard warranty without my consent. I found out once I got home looked at my receipt that he folded it over a couple times as he handed to me. Rudely pushed to sell 4 tires instead of the 2 I needed and left me in shock with his attitude. The entire staff was very unprofessional with the loud conversation they were having that I could easily over hear. If it wasnt for time I would of spent double to get service elsewhere. Ruined my day.
They have a car repair service and their mechanics are excellent.
I had brought my car in to have the check engine light looked at and I also asked if they could check my brakes, my appointment was at 11am.They tell me my master cylinder is shot, which is the hydraulics for my brakes and that if I want it done by that day I need to order the part now.So I have them order a new master cylinder and on top of that they tell me a list of other things that my car needs like of course new tires because they were 8 years old and worn but I have the paperwork from when they were put on and theyre only 7 years old and the tire bridge is still well in tact so that was the first lie I was told.At 6pm I finally get my car back, I turn it on and the check engine light is still on I dont even bother to go back in and ask because I have wasted the whole day waiting for my car and that day was my only day off. I start to drive the car and it isnt driving smooth but I figure its because the car is getting used to the new master cylinder.I am on the entrance rap to the highway and I press on the gas to start accelerating but instead my speedometer is decreasing and I am slowing down so I try to pump my brake pedal except that it is rock hard and wont move.So now I am inching along right in the middle of rush hour trucks everywhere scared to try and pull over on the highway.I get to the off ramp and I go to step on the gas and my car makes this horrible grinding noise, my tires start to smoke and my brakes have just locked up and my car has stopped in the middle of the intersection of the off ramp.I have to call the police to help direct traffic and also get my car out of the middle of the street.It then takes me 2 HOURS to get a tow truck.The way the tow works is that Pep Boys contracts out to a tow company so Pep Boys has a tow hotline you call give your information and then they send it to the tow company where they have a dispatcher then send out an actual tow truck. I was told by the manager of this Pep Boys that I could have it towed to any Pep Boys in my area free of charge.So I call and the lady tells me thats not true it has to go back to the original location but I dont want it to go there because they didnt even do the work correctly and risked my safety. I then call back a second time I get a guy and he cant even find my personal information in the system but I had just called maybe 5 minutes before.Finally get all my information into the system and I tell him where I want my car towed and he says fine.He calls me back a minute later to tell me that my car cant go there because they dont have a drop box to drop off my car.I ask how that is possible since it is a autobody shop where they work on cars and he said that the tow dispatcher said that location didnt have a drop box. So I then call location that i wanted to bring it to even though it was already closed and Louis answered, I told him what they had told me and he said that it wasnt true and that they DID have a drop box and that he would stay there until I arrived with my car even though they were already closed.Among all the back and forth Im also back and forth with the actual tow guy who says he cant find my location. One of the policemen stayed with me the entire 2 hours and gave me our exact location as well as me telling him landmarks and anything else that could help identify my location.He said he still couldnt find me and at that point I couldnt do anything else because I was giving him as much information as I could.Both of us being frustrated he hung up on me in the middle of our conversation. I then call the two hotline and speak to the same gentleman that had told me my car couldnt go to the celebration location, I tell him that I called and that they do have a drop off box and thats where I want my car to go, he says to me quote good thing you called and checked.On top of everything else I now had to do other peoples jobs and it made me so upset and lose all confidence in the competency of these people.
They arent as bad as ppl say, they communicate with u very well. And let u know exactly whats going on ..So far so good ... ill let the world know later if i have any issues
Where do I start... I went to get my a/c vacuumed and to recharged the freon and got a $200.00 bill! I initially was quoted $60 to run a diagnostic which included 1 freon, the evaluation and dye. Then I call an HOUR after I left to see if they were done with the service (keep in mind, they were empty!). They then say it would cost $160 before tax and $195 after tax!!! Like wth! I was also told by MARCUS (who is rude might I add) who told me he was doing me a favour by waiving the $60 that I was originally quoted. Ha! Where was the favour? On top of that... a job that was suppose to be an hour turned into 2-3 hrs. I would NEVER EVER go back here, and probably never go to pep boys again. I wish I could give this place no stars, because they deserve NONE! Save yourself!
They make me waist my time i get there for a break inspection with appointment and he told me 30 minutes and he came back to me after 45 minutes telling me Im sorry is going to take more time so i decide to leave. Meanwhile all the employees making jokes at the counter laughing each other and like 2 people working there the same situation happen to another lady that she was there for a oil change please people dont go there anymore
I had made an appointment for 10am to get my oil changed and as soon as I walked, greeted the man working the desk and said HI! im dropping off my car for a 10am appointment for an oil change he didnt even look at me but said There are other people that have appointments as well so you are going to have to wait, it could be hours. What is the point of allowing customers to make appointments if you arent going to follow them?I had decided to wait but then he told me that my 2001 car could only have a synthetic oil change and that is would be $70. This is no high performance vehicle, it is an older somewhat rusty car. I told him I had been here before and had had basic oil changes but he said there was nothing he could do as the computer brings up an option for Syntheic only.I left and left to the Meineke down the road and they were AMAZING! I got to sit in their movie theater type loung to wait, with free popcorn, doughnuts, bottled water and hot chocolate. They even came and took me out into the bay to show me some of the different things they were doing....and I got my oil change for $12.95 with my coupon.
These guys are straight up criminal SCAMMERS. STAY AWAY OR BE A VICTIM TOO.

Scheduled an appointment for noon, drove 30 minutes to get her and now they wanna reschedule me for another day! Whats the point of an appointment? Will never return
