Great Customer Service and very knowledgeable staff. I was helped by Jacob one of the shops technicians and customer service rep. Jacob answered all my questions and took the time to explain in further detail to make sure I was satisfied with the parts I purchased. I would definitely recommend the Orlando 4WP store.

I have purchased many parts here over the years and even though the lines can be long it is all worth it. They really take the time to make sure 1 I am getting the best deal and 2 I am order the correct parts. I usually work with Alex colon as he really goes up and above. I highly recommend 4wheel parts as it’s a reputable company that does quality work. I especially recommend working with Alex as well as he is the best in the industry with his service and knowledge.

I have had nothing but issues from 4wp. There website isnt accurate and the employees will lie if they dont know the answer. Its why I cancelled my lift install. I recently ordered a knuckle rebuild kit from them, said it was in stock. 3 days goes by before they email me and tell me they dont have it. 2 more weeks goes by before I find out the manufacturer is back ordered as well. So I ask for a discount since it said in stock when I ordered it, all I got was an attitude saying iys not their fault and the website needed to be updated. I cancelled the rebuild kit as well. Dont go through 4wp. Save your money and go to a more reputable organization.

Outstanding customer service from Xavier P. I walked in there with little knowledge of what I needed and he took the time to make sure I understood what I was buying and even showed me exactly what product it was. He was very knowledgeable and very kind. 4wheel parts has a lot of parts for all your vehicle needs. Very clean shop and organized. The parking lot was overly crowded but that shows you how great the company is.

Came in to buy a lift, tires and wheels and spend prob $7000. Went in on 6/28/21 to prlando store and patiently waited while one person was being helped and other on the phone. I waited for 45-50 min without even being acknowledged that we were there i knew what i wanted and just wanted to buy it. I left after not being acknowledged or help in any way i will take my money else where if the is what there customers mean to them.

Horrible on phone customer service. But in person is better. Ive been on hold for 45 minutes. I called and they put me on hold again for 15 minutes. They dont answer the phone. Youre beat bet is to come in person

While the work done on my truck was great, good luck trying to get someone on the phone to schedule an appointment. For three days straight Ive called 5 times each day at different times, and was put on hold for 15 minutes each time before I hung up. I even called right at 9am when then open, and was still put on hold. Looks like Im going back to the Ford Dealership for services this go around.

Would give zero stars but can’t. Tech told me all four tires bad due to high road force balancing and that none of them could be balanced. Took to discount tire who said that was the case but only on one of the tires not all four. Discount performed a much more thorough service and explained what they would do for the tires to attempt to balance. Removed weights took off tire and performed balancing no problem except one. 4WP rotated attempted to balance two and quit after that and then just rotated. Today I call and now the new story which was never mentioned before is that my tires are worn and “chopped”. 5k miles on them. Would not be as upset if this would have been discussed during the service and not now when I’m asking for a refund. Seems kind of convenient. Spoke to tech day of service and he never mentioned Ed chopped only the road force high balance. Definitely do not recommend

They need to hire someone to answer the phone. Every time we call we get put on hold at least 10 minutes.

The employees exceeded my expectations! I had an issue and they collectively solved it. After researching the web and several auto parts stores, I found that their prices were on par or better!They have items in stock that I could only find online.I highly recommend this store, if nothing other than the customer service, yet it’s much more than that!

Horrible service and products, ordered tires through thier website and waited 1 month and still didn’t arrive nor knew when they would arrive.... was offered another set for an additional $700 no deals nor discount for the inconvenience. They never answer the phone and really don’t care.

Do not come here if you have a older vehicle. They do what is convenient for them, not the customer. They inspected my vehicle an told me I needed to have a bunch of parts replaced before they would do an alignment, parts I did not need replaced, just had two parts replaced an alignment done somewhere else. Not recommending to anyone.

Didnt have parts i was looking for when asked guy he says to me ok let me look online and goes to rough county website im like heck i can do that.. Real let down why pay them to order a. Part for me if i can order it myself and keep the extra money they would be charging me to buy from them.. Ripoff

Location is ish. But staff are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Decent stock if you have Ford, Jeep, Ram, or Chevy or need off-road accessories and tires. Do need to increase on- hand stock for Toyotas.

If I could give zero stars I would. 2 weeks to get in. I paid half up front for an alignment and after my Jeep sat with them for about 5 hours FOR AN ALIGNMENT I go back to see they didn’t do anything or even give me a call. and they try to upsell me on ball joints. After I decline because they were recently replaced they say they can’t perform the alignment and pocketed the money I paid upfront for an “inspection” I didn’t approve of. They would not refund my money Although they could not provide an alignment print out and or what the inspection includes. DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE..

Wide selection, sometimes theres delays in getting parts but with covid and everything thats kind of understandable. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Jacob at 4WP Orlando gave me excellent service with my new GMC Sierra Elevation. 6 Inch Pro Comp Lift, 20x10 Fuel Wheels on 35” Toyo Open Country Tires. I came in skeptical from the low ratings and the whole team here from Jacob up front to the tech in the shop defied any negative review that was left here from others. All the guys were attentive and got be in and out in a reasonable amount of time. All the negative people need to sell there trucks and jeeps and go buy a Toyota Corolla and complain at those service departments. Pull your heads out of you know what. These guys are very talented and the best when it comes to off-road vehicles and since one of the very few in Central Florida they are busy but do their best. Truth be told.

Great place just take too long afternoon they give you an appointment time.

We picked up an overlander tent for our Fj cruiser, and the staff was so helpful and friendly and they even helped us mount it to our vehicle. We would definitely come back and also recommend this place to others!

I called the Orlando Fl store to check on a part, and was told they had it in stock. I drove the next morning 120 miles round trip to pick the part up, and was informed it would have to be ordered. I drove home and ordered it online. The reason for going in person was to insure it was the right part. The company changed designs somewhere down the line. I received half of my order, so I called the main office for 3 days without an answer. I finally reached someone in the wholesale side that said my order had been closed out. They gave me an extension and e-mail to a customer service supervisor. I called and left several messages, but never received a response. The parts came in today, Of course they were not what I ordered. I will never buy anything from this company again. I ordered Skyjacker parts, which are a great, well built product. But the people at 4 wheel parts are rude when they speak to you, or never respond to you at all. All I wanted was a status on my order so I could get my ride back on the road.

Do not take your vehicle to this place. They screwed up the front end of a brand new Ford Ranger. From the very first day when they installed the lift for the truck it had a vibration going down the highway. I took this truck back 6 times hoping they would get it right. Then it started getting a loud clunking noise on the drivers front wheel. I took it to my mechanic and also the Ford dealership and both said it was the suspension causing this. You schedule an appointment and the vehicle sits in the parking lot for over two hours before anyone even looks at it. I will tell everyone I know do not EVER take your vehicle to this place.

I love going to 4 Wheel Parts. They have so much to look at and add to your truck. You can definitely get lost there. They have excellent customer service and they are very knowledgeable with their products.

High priced,parts broke after one year and had to replace at another high price.bought chrome rims, they installed black ones and wanted to charge me to change them. I ended up keeping black ones..

Ordered step bars and they were in on time and they are very good quality. They were the easiest step bars Ive ever put on. It took about 30 minutes to install both sides. The next pair I get Ill definitely be paying them another visit.

I provided my own leveling kit for my Titan XD, and discussed with Tim exactly what was coming. The team at 4WP did a great job and I’m happier than ever with my truck.

I get all of my Jeep upgrades from 4WP. They have great show discounts, too. Customer service has always been good.

I appreciate the knowledge here but I was quoted over 5,000 dollars to install a 1,400 dollar lift. No coilovers or anything. I ended up going to another shop and had everything put in for 2637 (after tax) with a warranty. I’m really happy with the results. Make sure you shop around.

Terrible service since day one. Bought a rack online and got it shipped to the store, after a few days without update I CALLED and they said one of the 2 pieces got lost and they simply couldn’t find it and I had to wait. I went on my own and got it somewhere else got it shipped AGAIN to the store and scheduled 2 weeks in advance the installation. The day arrived dropped off the Jeep at 8am, came back late that day to pick up (work on Jeep was gonna take 4-6 hours) Just to Find out the did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to it and failed to give me a courtesy call to let me know, but instead I drove 45min to their store just hear them telling me nothing was done to it and they forgotTo give me a call. Anyway never coming back to this store ever again. Bad service overall

Update: I did called more than once for an update and also expressed my concerns. There was no effort on making it right or at least trying. I didnt even get a courtesy call when the tent arrived at the location to let me know of arrival. Bottom aluminum of tent came with a dent as well.I am so disappointed and discourage about the order process of this store. I have always purchase from many places and my buys come in a timely manner. We called and purchased a rooftop tent from this store because they carry the tent i wanted. At the time of purchase they advised me that the tent was available in jacksonville and was going to be delivered same week. I put the order in on Tuesday and not only put the order in but paid the amount in full. I called Thursday to check the status of the tent they told me it was going to arrive Friday. I called back today to check the status. Now the story is very different. They are telling me that the tent is not coming from jacksonville but california and it wont get here until next week on possibly Tuesday, Wedsnday or even Thursday. No specific day. I asked how come if at the time of purchase it was said to me that jacksonville warehouse was the location of the tent. Gentleman said most of been right at check out it was sold. This makes absolutely no sense. If this would of been told to me I would of purchase my tent else where because I have a huge camping trip this weekend and now have no tent. Makes me want to cancel the order and ask for my money back. What a disappointment. Communication has been very unclear and not accurate. For sure I will never purchase absolutely nothing from this place ever again and will advice all my friends and forums and groups I am part of to stay clear.

I went to buy something that it said online that was available for curbside pick up and when I got there they didnt have it in stock and could not even tell me when they could get it for me.

I had an appointment. I have no idea why it took 35 minutes after my appointment before they moved my truck to work on it.

Lets me start by saying this you must have patients when you first go into the store there is often a bit of a wait to be seen fortunately for me I have a ton but the same paitents was needed for them to deal with me Xavier was my original contact and helped me make a choice for my truck lift and wheel package after choosing everything i canceled my order twice and he was very understanding and didnt attempt to pressure me to buy anything that i wasnt ready to buy. I starting reading some reviews about the company and was almost discouraged to go through with it even though i used them 3 years ago for a leveling kit i almost backed out again. After all was said and done i placed an order . I dropped my truck oof Friday and early Saturday morning they had my 2020 Silverado done with a 6lift and some beautiful 24 wheels i would recommend 4 wheel parts to anyone just be prepared to wait a little at tge desk but other than that 2 thumbs up. Thank Xavier and 4wheelparts for bringing my truck to life.

I took my Jeep to be repaired here. While here they had price that were extremely low on rims, tires, bumpers, winches and so much more. Very helpful service to get all things assessed and repaired.

I didnt get service ..I waited 15 minutes my wife and I and some guy and his son come though the door and went straight to the counter and got service..I was going to get a bed cover and air lift for my truck but iam not going to beg to spendy money.plus there should have been prices on the display a bed covers on the floor then I would not have to have waited so long for a representative and not get service.

Its always a very unpleasant experience dealing with him, I have never seen so much unprofessional attitude from anyone in this industry like Matt. Hes going to make this company lose a lot of customers. Im going to take my business back to Jeepers den and the other better more customer-friendly companies on East colonial drive. Well after reading all of these one star reviews I find that I am not alone in my experience with 4wp. I came in because I saw a promo they were running for a free alignment and if they did a good job I had every intention to bring my Jeep back for further alignments. Let’s just say that will never happen. Sat in the waiting room for 2 and a half hours to have to walk up to the counter and hassle some one to find out if my Jeep was done, for them to tell me that they weren’t able to do the alignment because the bolt was stuck. I just took everything apart that they would need to do the alignment and nothing is stuck. They are lazy. I will never be coming back or ordering from them again.

About two months ago I purchased a best top hybrid soft top. Friday night I called to get a quote on the purchase & install and Sat. morning I went to the 4WP in Orlando to purchase. The person I spoke with the prior night was not available so I dealt with another sales person who gave me a higher price upon check out, so I let him know it was higher, he didnt say a word just did some typing and then the price matched what was quoted the night before. after asking why it was previously higher he just says he took off the warranty price. warranty was never discussed with me so I ask about install and it was higher than expected so I said it can just be shipped to my house. He said it would be 110.00 and I asked why and he said because they are big boxes and will arrive in two boxes. he said pick up at store is free which I said Ill do. Well later looking online I see its free shipping and that there was a rebate on the purchase which was never told to me. I call back to discuss the shipping and the person I spoke with said it was already being shipped to my house (again I was never told it was being shipped to my house) and the rebate was never ever brought up during the purchase. I really never had a great experience here but this is the last time Ill be going to this location. On another note the 4WP in Albuquerque is amazing!

Had an amazing experience with 4wp Orlando. Brian A, Alex C, and Austen G are three of the best employees I have ever encountered at any company. I had limited interaction with the guys in the back but they were awesome as well. Brian specifically was a huge help in picking the parts and working with me on the timeline from being out of town. He spent extra time and was efficient, friendly, and extremely hard working. I couldnt give this guy any higher praise. As far as the lift I chose... poor choice. I had the pro comp 6 stage 2 coil over lift installed on my 17 Tacoma. Less than two weeks out and the spindles are covered in rust. Extremely disappointing considering I spent nearly $3700 for the lift and installation to be looking at a bucket of rust in the wheel well. Not the guys fault at the shop, they couldnt be any better, but do yourself a favor and avoid pro comp or pro-crap as Ive now heard it called.

Great place to hook up your truck or Jeep, they do good work, but they are about 2 weeks behind on appointments, this includes tire rotation but definitely worth the wait.

Don’t take your expensive truck there .. freaking people there are very rude... also they take like a moth to get an order on the mail or that’s what happened in my case I ask them to install the suspension on the level setting and for some reason they decided no to and proceed to do it on the medium setting with out consulting me.... they thought i wasn’t gonna find out.. bit you know what the same day my friend told me that the suspension was not set properly on level. The funny part of the suspension comes level stock and they decided to move it down one inch

Thank yall for lifting my jeep. I love how it looks they did it all. Shocks springs track bar relocation track bar especially upper and lower control arms. These men know what there doing. I appreciate yall. Thank you again folks.

Went in a couple weeks ago to get a new front bumper and some other add on parts for my Rubicon. I had every intention of buying right then and there but apparently 4WP had other intentions. After looking around at the bumpers, KC lites, and other items for about 20min NOBODY ever acknowledged me whatsoever to see if I needed any help and the store WAS NOT busy (no surprise now.) In the end I must thank 4WP for their poor customer service, it made me leave and take the drive to Jeepers Den where the customer service was EXCELLENT and I saved over $200.

Waited at the counter with for 20 minutes no one else was in the store while the 4 counter personnel answered the phone went outside and called inside got an answer if only I could have bought the stuff I came to buy I put It down and left. Worst customer service dont waist your time .

Come on guys, They made me pay $ 80 for an inspection for which I wait 2 weeks, two weeks have passed and they just leave me on the phone waiting, to give me the budget. really if you want to get money out of people, there are more honest ways to do it.

Disappointed in the support, was in a hurry and had to leave for what we went for. Drove 60 miles out of our way before a jeep ride and left with nothing. Places like this is what makes online sales a success. 4wp used to be a great place to go, not so much anymore.

I work at a dealership in the Tampa Bay area and I have always purchased my personal tires from my store. The particular tire I was looking for was literally the same price on every website I searched. Even my parts manager couldnt save me any money. So I contacted a friend of mine Jonathan Torvik. He was able to save me a few dollars, which was enough for me to want to purchase from him. So I told him I would make the purchase in a day or two. So when I was ready, he was going to be off that day and me being in sales myself, I was willing to wait until the next day. So, on the morning of his day off, he messaged me to say he found a way to save me even a little bit more, but it was a one day thing, but I was willing to pay the extra so he would get the sale. He assured me it was ok and for me to contact Alex Colon and he would finish my transaction. Alex was very helpful and efficient. But it doesnt end there. I truly didnt expect to see my tires for about 5 days and I was fine with that. I CANT BELIEVE THAT THEY SHOWED UP THE NEXT DAY! Im still in shock lol. So thank you 4WP, Jonathan and Alex for the amazing customer service that I give to my own clients. It truly was a Great Experience!

I called a few days ago to have my 2020 Jeep Wrangler lifted and re-shoed (37 Nittos on Fuel wheels). My entire experience with 4 Wheel Parts Orlando was phenomenal. Specifically, Zee was a pleasure to work with. She was truly invested in helping me pick the perfect package. She made personal suggestions along the way, which were extremely helpful. I could tell she really cared to do it right. Before I knew it, the lift/wheels were ordered, expeditiously shipped, and flawlessly installed. The whole team at 4 Wheel Parts Orlando was attentive and provided great customer service. I could tell this is a busy season for them, so I know they especially went out of their way to make me feel like their most valued customer. I will definitively be back and make a point to work with Zee again.

The company as a whole has unimpressive customer service, their competitors are way more helpful. Every time I have walked into this particular store, I rarely get a simple greeting. Standing in front of the counter, still was barely able to get someone to help. A lot of my orders for my builds have somehow been misplaced or they never call when it arrives in via online orders. Ill pay a little extra to avoid dealing with 4WheelParts again.

I am new to the Jeep world, my boyfriend and I just bought a 1998 Wrangler about 2 weeks ago from a dealership. Within a week we knew it needed new shocks, which led to us discovering other work that needed to be done (gotta love used vehicles lol). A friend of ours recommended 4 Wheel Parts of Orlando to get the work done and I couldnt be happier to have found them! From the first time in the store to the moment I drove the new and improved Jeep out of the parking lot, it was nothing short of a first class experience. Every one in the store was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and most of all honest, fair and trustworthy! These are qualities that are beyond rare to find these days in any business. Pete, Kenny, Mike, and everyone else who I cant remember their names at this exact moment (sorry guys) were amazing from start to finish! I even had the pleasure of being in the store during their Jeep Fest weekend and met their Regional corporate representative and a lot of their vendors...all wonderful people! It seems everyone affiliated with this company are top notch! And last but not least, the store manager Garrett was the best!! He went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of, all my problems were handled in a timely fashion and that I understood everything I needed to as a new Jeep owner. 4 wheel parts needs to host the Orlando Truck/Jeep Fest somewhere else!! Went to the Truck/Jeep show today (8/11). HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! We were trapped in the parking lot for over 30 minutes. How can a convention center NOT handle a convention??!! Oh...and charge you $13.00 for the experience as well?? They have a bottle neck coming into the parking lot to get a ticket which you then bottle neck when you leave to pay for said ticket for parking. We were at the same show last year and experienced nothing of the sort. FAIL!!! WE WILL NEVER BE BACK AGAIN!!

I took the 1 1/2hr drive up there to visit the store got up there walked through. PIcked up items to purchase then stood there looking at the several guys while they ignored us. I got tired of waiting and put the items back went home empty handed.

You think if you were willing to spend your money there they would be willing to assist you. Not the case here. All I really want was some help but all I received was bad customer service and a waste of my time

Place has decent selection of parts. Employees are fairly knowledgeable. Little over priced in my opinion. Had an appointment scheduled for 3pm. Arrives 15 minutes early and they didnt even look at my truck until 4:20. While I sat in the shop.

I sat in their lobby for 2 hours before they came to tell me they didnt even have the parts. They have been a huge hassle trying to warranty wheels that are rusting after a year of use. They didnt care at all that they wasted my time. It took 6 weeks and several phone calls to confirm they have the parts, and then they didnt. I sat around for 2 hours after driving a half hour out here before they tell me they never even had the parts.
