I had to take my car back 3 times after spending over $800. I initially took my car for the 51k service maintenance with no issues to my vehicle prior to pulling up on their property. Drive off I hear this noise. I took it back they said I needed rotors for the rear. Know one never said that at the previous service. There response the only way they check rotors or anything you advise them of an issue before they do a diagnostic. But my maintenance service paper said rotors were good. How did you know that?πŸ’β€β™€οΈ. So I paid $566 for the Rotors since the technician said that is why the noise I heard is happening when I brake. The service advisor advised me that I need to break the brakes in and I should be fine. Never heard of that. So I leave dealership I hear the same noise. Im LIVID at this point. This is a Saturday and I live 1 hr away. Monday morning Im sitting at the service dept first car there at 645am. I told them I want the Master Technician to drive this vehicle not one of your SHADE TREE Technicians. He drove the vehicle and said something wasnt properly done. He worked on my car and fixed the issue. Universal Nissan service Dept is TRASH. The service manager Jorge is useless. No sort of customer service skills whatsoever. I wouldnt recommend them to NOBODY. REED NISSAN will get my business moving forward.

Usually would have gave Service Department 5 stars with no problem. But, on my last Service the inside of vehicle door and interior were stained with mechanics greasy hand prints which I would have gave them 1 star. But after, the Service Advisor attempted to clean off the material as best as possible and Service Representative called me to address the issue and her plans to ratify the mishap I reversed my decision to 4 starsπŸ™‚

Had an excellent experience every time I take my car. They are very professional and take the time to explain what is going on and what is needed. Have been taking my car there for years and will continue to do so. Awesome service, will definitely recommend to anyone.

Our Versa had just recently had the warranty expire on it when the transmission went out, my first step was to reach out to corporate for an exception!! However, my service advisor had beat me to it and already had an open warranty claim with Nissan and Nissan approved it less than 24 hours later at a 100%!!! I can’t tell you how relieved we were knowing we just saved $6000!! And the fact that the service department had already begun the process for me made the whole process go through smoothly. And 4 days later the car was ready!! Wow now they are just showing off!! Thank you Universal, you have gained a new customer and will will drive by the dealership that’s just 10 minutes from us to yours because the service received is far worth the extra distance!!!!

Ive had the opportunity to receive services from Universal multiple times. They are always very professional and the services are always on time. My service advisor was named Jorge and he was excellent. Will be returning for sure when my car needs repair.

Came for an appointment at 10am, got here earlier. Its2:21 pm, my car is not ready. i wonder how can they narrow the waiting time. Came for a recall, i know they are not making money off of me, but its their fault to start with. Finally i was out of there at 320pm

Had an emergency with my car. Was told it was not going to be able to looked at until the next day but when I had it towed in, the employees were very kind and helpful and they were able to get my car in and fixed in just a few hours. Akin Brooks was amazingly helpful and informative about everything going on and made sure that I was well informed through the entire process. I will definitely be bringing my car back.

I had been waiting since 29th April 2021 for the service team to run a diagnostics on my vehicle. I was told by the service manager yesterday they will contact me by end of yesterday. Till today no one had called I had called the business multiple times left messages. No one had called. Had been waiting for more than 48 hours to run diagnostics.

Had a SIMPLE oil change and they couldnt even do it right! Left the air filter hose loose and was stranded at the Loop. Been going to Reed Nissan ever since. Better service and Reed charges $39.95 compared to Universal $59.95 for horrible service. Good Luck.

I have a full warranty, had repair work done, signed the receipt that showed $0 due. The next week the service manager calls me and said he didnt charge me a $100 deductible and the shop has taken it out of his check. I said if the dealership would send me a bill in the mail Id pay it when I return to work since Ive been let go due to COVID19. He insists it doesnt work that way. This all sounds VERY SHADY TO ME. Im worried about feeding my family since Im jobless right now and the service manager wants payment made directly to him?!Why am I responsible when the receipt I signed shows $0 payment due?!
