I 1000% recommended this establishment! Someone broke into my car and my window was shattered! Glass was literally everywhere. My sister recommended this place so I made an appointment, put half the payment down and hoped for the best. I am very particular about places I do business with, but this place did not disappoint!!! Very unprofessional, very rude, rushes you off the phone. Complained that its hard to find a quarter glass? Then why are you in a business where you might have to replace auto glass of all types? Would not recommend you waste your time with them.

My passenger window was broken on my Jaguar and after receiving multiple quotes they were the best price and straight to the point. The owner helped me to get the best deal and had it done earlier than anyone else could’ve done! I paid up front on the day I went and they taped my window really nice and cleaned my car and ordered the window. A few days later the part came in right on time and they installed the legit Jaguar glass and cleaned my car. I hope I never have to get a busted window fixed again but if I do I will come to this location and recommend it to anyone who needs it!

Went To Low price auto glass to get my rear window fixed. Great price for my Hyundai accent. I pay in full and got my window replaced. He worked with me to give me the best offer available. Plus he helped me get a door handle for my vehicle as well. Have been look for someone to replace it for me and was never successful. So glad I went with this place to fix my rear windshield, they offered the best price and did an amazing job and were super fast! I cannot forget to mention “the face of the office” Nathalie. My car needed a special molding and she immediately contacted Hyundai and was able to get the part for me, I didn’t have to do a single thing, she took care of it all!! Windshield had gaps between frame and glass, they insisted it was supposed to be like that but it is not. Did not use OEM glass like website states. Glass has oily film that will not clean off no matter what. Your better off going anywhere else!

These guys are amazing. Someone broke into my car in broad day light and it was a Friday. Safelight didn’t have the correct type of replacement glass and they said it would take a few days to order.I called these guys a few minutes before they were about to close. They kept the shop open for me, sent someone to get the right replacement glass and didn’t overcharge me. Talk about a Christmas Miracle.You can count on them to help you out when no one else can or will.

I was happy with their price and service until I booked an appointment for 12:30pm the next day to have my windshield replaced on my Audi. Get to the location and the gate and garage are closed.I called the person over the phone told me she forgot to call some people back yesterday and that she didnt know who I was after giving my details for an appointment the previous day.Then, I gave all my information again just for her to tell me we can move it another day. You cant keep the first date scheduled and you want me to book another one with you? Id rather pay another shop more money just so they can remember our appointment and not waste my time.Im sure this type of unprofessionalism reflects on their quality of work. If you want the job done right, I would go else where!

My windshield was cracked (I think by a rock) on the highway and it began to spread. I called my insurance company about 5 different times, trying to find a company to come out to replace my windshield. They were unable to find anyone to fit me into their appointments for another four days!! At this point, I started getting very nervous because the crack had grown to about two feet. I gave up with my insurance company and googled auto glass repair Orlando. Low Price Auto Glass was the first result and they had 4 stars, so I called them... Daniel was SO helpful. Not only did he tell me he could work with my insurance company, he also called them (with me on the line) to get the work order out right away, so he could send someone to me that day. He told me that he had several appointments that day lined up for his repairman, but that he would guarantee that the service would be provided that day. I was so relieved. Daniel kept me posted with the status of his repairman throughout the day, and his repairman quickly fixed my windshield in the parking lot of the hotel I was staying at. Low Price Auto Glass came all the way across town (30-40 minutes) to fix my windshield. I would recommend them to anyone and thank them for easing my mind last weekend.

Called up this store, Daniel picked up my call. A very nice, patient and cooperative gentleman. Asked about insurance, I already had a claim number, so connected me to my insurance company and got work order from them. Offered me to come at my place to fix the glass but I went to his store at W. Colonial. Daniel was a very polite person and has skilled, hardworking people in his shop who do a great job! My car windshield was replaced in just an hour and looked very spectacular. He offers you lifetime warranty on the glass so you can be carefree. If you want to get your windshield or any glass fixed I highly recommend this place!

If I could leave zero stars I would. What a joke. I sent a van over to be sure they ordered the correct windshield I needed 2. The day of the appointment they scheduled at 9 am and show up at 12 with the wrong windshields!! I wasted 2 techs that should be out servicing our customers waiting for this to be done. They dont care a bit they cost me over $1500.00 just today and I have nothing done.

They always have me in and out very quickly and offer the best prices around town. I have gone to them twice and they have shown me nothing but loyalty. You get in and out within 1-2hrs depending on what you are having done and how many people are there. The staff is incredible.

This is going to be the new home for the Orlando Union Rescue Mission. It was a former motel. The OURM should be there in August. Over night guests will have their own room. There will be 24 hour surveillance.

These folks are amazing! Had the parts in stock, so did same day service to two of my cars that were vandalized early that morning. Lucy got us such a great price and they cleaned up the glass that was all over the inside of both cars, too! Highly recommend these folks!

I called on a Thursday afternoon and they were able to order and have my windshield replacement glass in by the next morning. My appointment was for Friday at 9:20 and I was in my car leaving by 10:15! Not to mention their price was 100 dollars less than the quote I got for other places.The whole process was quick and easy and everyone was friendly along the way. I would definitely recommend to friends and family and wouldnt hesitate to come back!

I have a newer model sports car that got broken into and needed my passenger side window replaced. They were able to get me in same day on Saturday morning and replaced it for me even though it is a car not often seen. They have done a great job replacing the passenger window to the car, the price was reasonable, but theres no accommodation for a handicap person, also customer waiting room needed some attention. Overall they have done a great job.

Went to the Toyota in Winter Park that I am a regular at for my driver side power window. It was stuck, leaving it open. They gave me a quote for $750 to buy a new glass window and buy a new window regulator :(Saw the great reviews for this place and Daniel said itd be about $350!A couple other customers and I watched him hustle and fix my window live. Turned out the regulator was just fine, just a little out of position and he had a new window in his extensive warehouse inventory to grip my existing regulator correctly. It took about 30 minutes and ended up costing me only $180! Super impressed with the results. Daniels a genuine and honest craftsman. Would recommend to anyone who wants prompt quality service at a reasonable price.

Walked in with no appointment. They went out, picked up the windshield from the dealer and had it installed in while I waited. Reasonably priced.

I brought my 2001 Honda Accord to LP Auto Glass because my passenger window would not go up. The owner, Dan, fixed it immediately, no charge. I explained to him that I didnt lower the driver window, because the rubber molding didnt sit right and the window would whistle when the car was moving. Dan looked at it, and quoted me $260, incl. tax, to fix it ( using Honda parts). The Honda dealer had quoted me almost $700 3 years ago for the same work. The next day, the work was done..Thanks Dan! I own three cars and I would not hesitate to use LP Auto Glass or refer a friend there.

Needed a windshield desperately!! Called everyone in Brevard with no luck, last number and place to call out of Brevard was this place. They set up an appointment within an hour for us and once we got there it literally took like 30 minutes for them to replace our windshield. Highly satisfied. I was extremely satisfied with the work they did for me. After being let down by two other Auto glass companies on the same day I was able to bring my car in right away and they were done within 1 hour. In addition their charge to replace my door window was 80 dollars less than the two other companies that let me down. I would return in a heart beat if I ever needed their services again and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Dont let the name and location fool you. When I pulled up on site I wasnt impressed but man was I pleasantly surprised when my Jeep was done in 2 hours and with quality service. My drivers side door window cracked and needed to be replaced. I took it to my Jeep dealer and was quoted close to $900. I found Low Price Auto Glass and got a quote for almost a 1/4 of that quote. They will be my go to auto glass replacement from this point on.

After requesting lead-times for the replacement windshield for my car, he stated he could perform the service that afternoon, and at no charge. Agreeing, I told him I would be at his shop in 10 minutes to begin work.I arrived, and Daniel and his office team greeted me with warmth and enthusiasm. He personally made contact with my insurance company in order to authorize the repair; within minutes of arrival my car was in the service bay, and work commenced.My vehicle received a new windshield, and I was on my way in under 90 minutes. There was an issue regarding a tint-strip on my vehicle, and Daniel reached out to one of his contacts in the vehicle tint industry down the road from his shop, and arranged for me be seen immediately by them in order to have a new tint strip installed on my windshield. Sloppy sloppy work. Left glue all over the interior and exterior of my truck. Couldnt be bothered to pick up the large chunks of silicon from the previous window. Didnt put the plastic trim back correctly whatsoever. And finally scratched the tint on my back windshield. While the price may be cheap the work reflects that. Save the hassle and go somewhere better.

Very quick, and great service. My Sentra appeared with a small chip and long crack in the morning. I called to see if they can help me. Within 5 minutes they got in contact with my insurance and everything worked out. Also they were able to fix it same day and the car look new again. On top they retinted my strip on my windshield.
