There was a snafu with scheduling service, but my technician, Manuel, deserves five stars. He was courteous, efficient, thorough, and had my car finished in under an hour. He made sure we knew how to care for the replacement for lasting results and communicated promptly. When I checked my car, the quality was really well done. Im very pleased with his work! On the customer service side, its frustrating that calling the local number connects you to the nationwide call center. My call center rep, Jesse, was very courteous and helpful, though. He confirmed me for a Tuesday appointment. But then later I received a confirmation text for Monday. I couldnt make that due to work, but even though it was an error on their end, it took some extra effort and long hold times to make sure I was still on for the original Tuesday appointment. Eventually it was confirmed for Tuesday, and the dispatcher Theresa was very kind and detailed. Overall, Im happy with my experience and would definitely recommend.

I picked this company as there were over 100 less than any other quote. Luis was my technician and he called in in the AM and gave me a 2 hr window of arrival. He communicated when he was on his way and showed up in the window. He explained the process and got to work. He allowed me to watch and ask questions. He was fantastic to work with and did a fantastic job. He was a 10! Great job Luis R. Many thanks for the good work and great conversation. I am extremely satisfied with the service that American glass have gave me. They have responsible rates responsible workers. They came out and replaced my windshield but ignored the rebate. First stated it would be given to me at time of replacement . Then when the tech shows up its a whole different story . If you dont want to be lied to . Do not use them . There work was shoddy and disappointing . Try Windshield Warriors. They are awesome 😎

Did not have my glass for my car and didnt know when they would have it. Smh 😞

On Sept 2020 the windshield on my Subaru Ascent 2020 service was professional prompt and courteous, there were a few issues next April, however they were all corrected.

Glass America had to replace the molding surrounding my broken windshield, as well as the windshield itself. Fantastic Job! My car looks brand new from the front.Also, had gotten upset because it was pouring rain during the initial appointment time, thus requiring a reschedule. The woman who answered explained very kindly the procedure required for a windshield replacement. Due to her patience and professionalism, I was able to understand how the replacement process worked.Good People.

These people are top notch. I had to get a window replaced for my car. After being given a used window regulator by auto parts store and already having taken the door apart and removed the window before discovering the used condition of the part. I forgot I had set the window on the roof of my vehicle due to being irritated about the return of the part and having to go to a further location to acquire the part in a new condition . I drove off and smash !!!!!! About a quarter mile down the road the window flew off the roof in a switchback curve. That enraged me even more but I could only get mad at myself. I knew when I set the window on the roof it was not a smart place to put it. Ce la vie . Anyway this was day before Thanksgiving and needless to say it would be impossible to have it done until after the holiday. So after setting the appt for the Friday after, I proceeded to tie one on for Thanksgiving. Completely hungover the next day would be an understatement. Slept thru my alarm and missed the numerous calls from the tech . When I finally became coherent I figured it was going to be another few days before I could have the glass installed. Wrong was I. The tech made arrangements to return after his last appt and install my glass. Great service at a fair price and very customer service oriented. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of glass for a vehicle.

Service was quick and great. Even better that they came to my house to fix. Friendly installer and explained all He did. Renee showed up at the time He said and did the job in 20 minutes like mentioned. Highly recommend and will use again. Thank You Glass America for a job well done.

Called and made an appointment for glass replacement. They said the technician would call me between 9 and 10 am the day of to discuss a time frame. After clearing that whole day’s schedule I never received a call. So I just went somewhere else. For that reason I would not recommend.

Super quick and authentic service. They came out to our house and replaced our entire windsheild right there in the parking lot. Timing and scheduling was easy and quick, and they came right on time. We played after they completed the service and everything went swimmingly.

I can’t sing my praises enough for the quick response of the dispatch to my house, last minute first thing in the morning after my car was broken into!!!!! Scheduling was quick and efficient. There was an issue with the initial window they ordered, but everyone was very professional and communicated very well when the next one would arrive and what i could do as a workaround in the meantime. Thanks!

At best 5-10% improvement with the small crack on my windshield with their repair. Asked for a refund next day when the sun light showed little improvement Called 5 times and never got a response, they use a call center. Finally someone called back and said they would refund 80% of the cost within 45 days. I am still waiting for the refund.

They were great!! The repair was excellent, same day appointment, courteous, and inexpensive. I could not ask for anything else from a company.
