Excellent experience all around. The CSR was professional, courteous and personable, the techs were on time, professional, and completed my windshield installation quickly, leaving my garage and Jeep looking untouched with only the standard blue tape at the top to note they were even there. The glass is OEM, arrived with my tint strip across the top already installed, and before they even started handed me a check for $125 as promised. They’re even a preferred vendor of my insurance company so they’re happy. This company and their employees are outstanding!

They tried but just wasnt enough in him to get the job done for me they seem a little too stretched out or I didnt have insurance so it was a cash job they didnt want to come do it I dont know

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I spoke to an employee named Amber who wasn’t able to handle a situation professionally that she cause so she repeatedly hung up on me like some child. After numerous calls back I finally spoke to a manager in the corporate office named Courtney, I wish I had gotten her last name, who was the most courteous, helpful person and quickly solved my issue. The only way I would use this service again was if I went though Courtney.

Great service! Ive used Safelite in the past and both times they have had to fix the repair they just did. The Auto Glass Doc technician that came out showed me the previous repair had broken side molding clips and just glued them in place...So he got insurance approval to replace those as well. Once the parts came in they called to arrange an appointment at my home at my convenience. Very friendly and more importantly thorough and professional I highly recommend Auto Glass Doc!

Good morning, The technician was very unprofessional. When I tried to contact the representative who signed me up with this company, ghost. No answer no response. I wish I can upload photos to what they left and a company parking lot which made me come over and clean up their glass. Horrible.

They came to my house and replaced my Hyundai Elantra windshield. Very professional and price is reasonable. My windshield looks perfect! Highly recommended.

My experience with auto glass doc was not a good one. The sales rep when I called however was very efficient, I feel she did her job well but works for a dishonest company. I was promised a $150.00 at time of glass replacement. The tech finished the job and when confronted about the money he said he knew nothing about it he called his office and they stated that it was on the invoice and should have been sent with the tech but was accidentally not done they stated it would be mailed immediately, they confirmed the address. I then text the sales rep to inform her I was not pleased, she apologized and had someone call me immediately. This person took my address and said she would send the check out that day and it would be coming from Tempe. She also stated that she would immediately send me an email confirming our conversation. I never recieved the email and its been over a week I have never recieved the check. Needless to say I will never use this company again or refer anyone to them. They lied to get my business. Not a reputable company. STAY SWAY.

Great experience. I was worried they would install aftermarket glass like safe-lite did to us. They made sure it was the exact same OEM glass we had before and it even had our Jeep logo.

They were on point between calling and verifying my Insurance they were here the next morning on time and were done in 30 minutes with the sensors and cameras calibrated!! They gave me the cash back as stated!!! Amazing company and Jessica in the office made sure everything was handled quickly and efficiently!! Will recommend them to everyone I know!! They helped my boyfriend out with his windshield on a Sunday because that is what was best for his schedule. He referred me to them and they called me, conference-called in my insurance company so I could be on the line while we approved the job, made sure my ins payments wouldnt go up (they didnt), and scheduled me for the next morning. They worked with my schedule too! They sent the tech to my job, he called 15 min ahead to let me know he were on the way, called me when he got here so I could open the door, got it done while I went back to my desk, and called me when he was done! I didnt miss any pay, it was free since my insurance paid for it, and I was paid a referral fee! Ive got 2 others I am referring now!!! They did a great job on the windshield as well! ABSOLUTELY happy with the service and will def be calling them if I ever need it done again!
