They communicated updates about the repairs on my vehicle and it was completed before the expected date. They were very helpful and nice. Being in an accident is a stressful experience and I was pleased that the repairs on my car were handled wonderfully so that took some stress off my shoulders. Thank you!

They were very fast, efficient, polite and did a great job! I brought my car in to have my entire door replaced from someone hitting it while I was parked at work. If i ever need paint or things replaced Id definitely choose them. I cant even see where they blended the paint. They even cleaned the inside of my car!

I’m upset with my experience! I will never bring a vehicle here in the future or recommend this company to anyone. Horrible communication! They send out automated text messages as updates, that gave no information. I’ve had to call so many times in the span of the 20 plus days they had my car, for updates and barely got one. I would just be told I’d get a call back with a better update. No one walked me through what was done to my car. I have no idea what was replaced or repaired. No one could tell me why the check engine like was on or what was done to resolve that issue. My car was dropped off and I was told there’s an itemized bill that I could look over. I don’t know how to read it, so I still have no clue what exactly was repaired. Also I don’t appreciate receiving a text that my car that was done and someone would call me shortly to schedule a time to pick it up. I got this text on a Friday without receiving a call and they’re not open on the weekends. So I had to keep my rental over the weekend. The girl that answers the phone told me I should of called you to schedule the pick, but “no biggie”. It kinda is a big deal when I’m paying out of pocket for a rental. I don’t think I should have to call the shop multiple times a day to get information. Also on the right side of my hood by the light I can can see paint strokes and the right side of the bumper is not aligned with the fender, but the left side is perfectly aligned.Update: Exactly a month later my car broke down on the highway. Due to the transmission that was damaged in the accident!!! When my car was being dropped off to me by this shop they had to take it back to a dealership because the check engine light came on and there was an issue with the transmission. The car has broken down twice now. My 2018 sit in my driveway and won’t drive!!!!! This car shouldn’t have been fix now I have on going issues!!! Thanks for the horrible work!

The team at Signature Collision was just wonderful. They had a rental car ready and kept us informed on the progress. It took longer because of difficulty in getting parts, due to COVID. Overall a very good experience by a grat team.

Worst experience ever with this shop. They had my car for 2 months trying to fix a hood and front quarter panel. They claim that when putting the car back together, if they as professionals, see that the car doesnt look right, they will just reach out to the insurance company and let them know. Well after a month of having my car they called to say it was ready. I went to pick up and could immediately tell that things were not lining up correctly. They had to reorder parts and asked me to wait to bring my car back until all parts were received. 2 weeks later I brought my car back in for them to only take another 3 weeks to replace the hood and quarter panel again. Reason for the additional delay, all the parts werent there. They never called to provide updates on the status of my car throughout the entire process. I had to call several times. I would be told that someone would call me back which never happened. They leave the main voicemail box full and dont clear it out so new messages can be left (I mentioned this to several employees - receptionist, General Manager and Tech assigned to my car). Only went there because they were a preferred shop with Geico. I will be asking Geico to review to see if they want to continue to advertise this shop as preferred because there was nothing preferred from this experience.

This has by far been the best experience I have had with my car. I was kept informed step by step. My car was finished before the time projected. My car was delivered back to me fixed, washed and cleaned out. Can you say exceptional service! Mr. Cedric Leath took care of my car very well he is very professional and knowledgeable. If you go there ask for Cedric Leath. Tell him Katrina sent you!

I was very pleased with my service. I got rear ended and they made my car look brand new. Not sure if this had to do with my insurance, but they also detailed my car very well and I was pleasantly surprised and happy.

Got into a minor fender bender so my insurance company sent us to this shop unfortunately. Only received one call from the shop the entire 3 1/2 weeks it was there which was to tell us they received it. After not hearing from them days after the car was supposed to be done we reached out to them for the first out of four total times to get an update. Every single time we were told the car was being finished and would be done by the next day, which would then end up being not true. Would not recommend this shop.

My Audi Q5 was taken here after my first ever accident last month. Matt was great throughout the whole process and kept me informed with updates twice a week. My car was repaired within the expected timeframe that they gave me and it looked brand new when I picked it up. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I would definitely recommend this place for high quality auto repairs and excellent customer service.
