I had an amazing experience working with this shop! Tim F. and Karen were absolutely amazing through the entire process. I was kept in the loop the entire time on what was going on with my car. Tim went above and beyond to get a part for my car that was on back order but he worked magic and was able to find the part for me (THANK YOU TIM!!!). The customer service they provided was 100 out of 10. I would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone.

They did a great job on the front of my car. All damages weren’t fixed. Went to another shop. Replaced my windshield for some reason but did not replace my tint so that will cost me money. Not much updates I kept calling and had insurance to call. But my front end looks brand new have no complaints about that. Chris isn’t the easiest to talk to about additional damage missed. But thank you for making my front brand new again and have my car back on the road.

Words cannot explain the service i recieved at caliber collosion silver star! I have never been through this before and was very nervous.. From the start i was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy from the front desk by a wonderful woman name Krista she stuck it through with me every step of the way and was able to answer every question or concern I had ...going forward Chris was the gentleman that inspected my vehicle and let me tell you this man is quick fast observant and very efficient! Lastly Andre is a breath of fresh air and made me feel very cared for and that my opinion mattered... all three of them together are the dynamic Trio and made me feel so comfortable leaving my baby ruby behind to be fixed knowing shes in good hands ( ruby is my car lol) I highly recommend everyone to come here if you want to be treated right and to get the job done right...

Great service and looks out for their customers. Needed to get my rear bumper fixed but thought the price was a little high (But Im not car savvy on parts cost). Chris, the lead I was working with, could tell I was hesitant about spending that much for the repair. He didnt try to push me into it and told me to think about it and just let him know when I was ready.He took me over to his computer and showed me the exact part/ part number I needed. He told me if I could find it cheaper they would install it and I would only owe labor costs.I very appreciated him taking the time to show me the exact part and telling me the cost they could get the part for to help me find the best value.Ive dealt with too many terrible shops before but my experience was incredibly refreshing. I will definitely be returning next time I need anything done!

I was here under not so great circumstances, but they are honest to God great people. They do great work and are honest. Always willing to help in anyway they can. Stanley is great and so is the lady at the front desk always answering the phone calls.Got rear ended and it was completed in a couple days with voicemail updates. Even though I wasnt happy to be in an accident, I was extremely pleased that they were the ones fixing my car. It probably will be expensive if you take your car here, but you get what you pay for. And what you pay for is quality with no shortcuts. Kind of hard to find nowadays.Thanks again guys!

I was referred to this location after reporting a claim. From my first visit, everything went smoothly. Nicole (Geico adjuster) and Stanley (shop technician) looked at the damages on my car. At this location, they also have car rentals available and I was set up with a rental immediately. This made everything convenient for me. The service was great and I highly recommend Car-O-Van. They do a great job here and take great care of your car! Had bumper damage done and Car-O-Van was able to replace parts with precision. They even notified me about previous damage done that I was not aware of. I had a great 5 star experience with this company. I took my vehicle in for a fender bender that happened before the holidays. I have been in a fender bender before and took my vehicle to a place that Geico recommended near landstart blvd. It was an absolutely terrible experience. Words cannot describe how bad it was. When I went to Caliber Collision, I immediately was put at ease and can tell this business knows exactly what it is doing. The experience was so good, it definitely made a stressful situation of being in a car accident and having to take precious time out of work, a lot better. I took my car in on Thanksgiving week on Monday morning, and I wanted to get my car back before Thanksgiving. They worked so quickly and efficiently and had my car back super quick. As soon as I dropped my car off they took it to the back and started on it immediately! there was no waiting around. They also did a great job on my car, and there customer service was second to none. As a small business owner myself, I can tell you, this business did a great job for me and I am really happy I found this business. It made being in a car accident and having to get my car fixed a very smooth process.

Back on Aug 24, 2019. I decided to bring my 2012 Infiniti G37s at Caliber collision on a front end collision. Sheri, the advisor gave me a completion date of exactly a month. They never updated me on repair status or cost, I had to call them to get updates. Knowing that most parts were SOP! I was ok with one month. They fail to complete the vehicle within the time frame. It took two months and two weeks to finish my car. They changed the completion date at least 5 times. And every time there were issues after issues. For instance; on the third delivery date, they washed the car then called me minutes before closing, that the paint peeled off from the car wash, the fourth time I went to pick up my car, the traction control was not calibrated. Never bring your vehicle here. Worst customer service, staff including the managers lack in knowledge, especially in customer service. From an initial repair of 8K, it went up to 12.5K. After the vehicle was completed, they told me that the repair total was 17.6K, all that happen without notifying me. Would of been better if I paid someones cousin to do the job from their backyard! I called corporate and they told me I had to deal with the manager, which I refuse to do so due to his sh*** attitude. Even after everything I was still calm and very professional. But the manager showed professionalism.

Unfortunately while driving to destination for vacation we were in a 4 car pile up on I-4 . Had vehicle towed to Caliber Collision. Great deali ng with Robert and the work done on car was wonderful. Cant say enough about the process from start to finish.

This is a tough review- we had extensive repairs done to our 2016 Honda Odyssey that took 3 months to complete. On the mechanical side, they are very detail oriented and driven to complete repairs correctly. On the customer service side, they are very friendly and accommodating. Our problems arose in their ability to estimate how long repairs would take. After about two weeks from initial drop off, we started getting daily voicemail updates from someone that indicated it would be done soon. When these updates turned out to be misleading, they switched to weekly updates. We then got the formal repair estimate that stated 19 days. After 19 days, it still wasnt close to being done, etc, etc and this went on for 3 months. At the very end, they told us the van was done and just needed detailing. 4 days later, I actually visited the shop and found the van tucked away in a corner still waiting for an inspection.I chalk up our delays in repair to the fact that the shop is extremely busy. I give them credit where credit is due that they are not a fly by night operation. From our perspective though, it was extremely difficult being without our minivan and getting false hope on completion dates every single week- especially when I would visit the shop and see it tucked away in a corner. When we finally got the van back (which had actually not been detailed at all), the next morning I found the front tires were flat due to nails in them- I was so afraid to take the van back to them and have it sit for two weeks, I just fixed it myself.

Great service. They repaired my Genesis and it is flawless. The work was completed within a reasonable time and I was sent text updates with photos of their progress. Very un expected from a body shop. It was a pleasant experience.

Those people are very dishonest-I personally come to realize when the insurance company says they want you to go to their own place to fix your car; There is a reason. And that reason for insurance company and adjusters and body shop to screws up little people.My assurance adjuster looked at my car damage and gave me a check for $375 to fix my car bumper because I want to take my car to fix at place of my own choice. When I refused to take the check and tell them they can fix my car for that price. They refused and gave me all kind of excuses. The little that they know: I refused to take the car unfix. The adjuster had to pay the repair over $1900.00 for the same repair and they took 3 weeks to complete the job!

Car-O-Van Collision is an amazing body shop! They are parrelless in detail. Everything down to the extreme measures they take to make sure the paint always matches and that there are zero errors. They have awesome customer service and the employees all are very enjoyable! Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help. Also on top of being beyond well equipped to handle ANY job, the office is so clean and nice looking, unlike other body shops where its so grimmy and dirty. Really feel at home with such a great shop and atmosphere.

Brought my 2014 Chrysler 300 here for storm repairs, mainly because my insurance company uses it as a fast repair (express) shop. Theyre also close to my work. So first of all, they did a good job fixing my car, $1,900 worth of work, including nice job on the paint match. (burgundy pearl coat) Heres my issue: I pick up my car, turn my radio on, and the bass is jacked up to max. My car has Beats Audio, including the subwoofer in the trunk. This is still a new car, less than 8,000 miles and there is plenty of bass. The treble and midrange were turned up too. Not cool. My car isnt your personal entertainment system to play with. I will never be back and I wont recommend them to anyone either.

After having a horrible experience with Geico to get them to cover my claim, I went to their recommended shop to repair a deep scratch on the side of my car. I was shocked when the first person to greet me was a Geico rep. There were two of them and the service was outstanding. I was pleasantly surprised. Then I met Will, who represented the body shop. He was phenomenal. Between Geico and the shop, the experience was painless and productive. I do not have rental car coverage on my policy, so I rented from Enterprise, who had a rep on site. Even he was great! It took them two days to finish the repair, and it was completed to my satisfaction. They sped up the process because I was paying out of pocket for the rental! I would use this shop again without a second thought.

My 2012 Dodge Charger got vandalized and I requested my car to go to Car-O-van. I had a jeep fixed at this shop before and was very satisfied with the out come. My car is still with Car-O-van but I just need to put my first review in now. Ever step of the way i received a update from a guy name Chris. He is a very nice person. He informed me step by step what is going on with my car and status with getting my car repaired. We had parts delay and he called me just about ever week to let me know the status of the backorder. My jeep was in car-o-van shop the first time for less than a week, and there were no issue with anything, repair was completed and I got a Jeep back looking like a brand new jeep. I have went to other repair shops before in the pass and had hell I had to keep calling to find out the status on my car. With my charger being in the shop for so long I DID expect the same thing. I was fooled. I was very impress and have such a great experience with this repair shop. Chris helped me with getting my rental extended and called me back the same day to make sure everything was updated and I did not have any issue. I feel like he is my Gieco adjustor also because he is just that good. Again I would like to thank Chris for all of his assistance and for the calls keeping me up to date on everything. My repair is on scheduled as he informed me. I will be placing another review once I get my car back. I love this repair shop will recommend everyone to go to Car-O- van. YOU GUYS ROCK......

Management should train their employees on how to avoid road rage, at least when theyre driving company vehicles. If this is how they treat everyday people around town, I can imagine what would happen if you anger them in person. Sad to see in this day & age.
