2018 Jaguar Fpace front end collision. Significant damage. This shop has been hands down the BEST. At the time of the crash I had the vehicle towed to my dealership. They picked it up and took it to their shop. After extensive factory specified repairs I got the car back today full of fuel, delivered to my door and looking brand new inside and out! Look at that mirror shine! Very detail oriented and focused on customer satisfaction. A bonus: all repairs have a lifetime warranty! Thanks Scott for an experience second to none.

This is a top notch Body Shop for the area. I dont think its a place for detailing, mechanical repairs, brakes or tire work. Communication could be improved all around.I brought my BMW there for body work within the last 6 months. After discussing the details of the job, understanding what they were going to do and estimating the costs I felt comfortable to make an appointment - which took a while. I let my expectations be clearly known ahead of time (only flawless results please for the $) and I think they delivered. Where the repairs were made is totally unnoticeable and the car looks brand new. Thanks Scott and team.

They are certified in aluminum Jaguar repairs, but they will work on all cars, domestic and foreign, mass production and exotic. The important thing about this shop is that they see the owner as the customer, not the insurance company. Therefore, they do repairs the right way, not the cost-cutting method. This is a trust worthy auto body repair shop. I highly recommend them.

When I accidentially backed my pickup truck, class 3 hitch, in to the front of my sports car, the damaged was incredible.The repairs were made in less than a week and the quality is outstanding! Better than new!!Great job, great people to work with!!

I just had my car repaired after a minor fender bender. My insurance company wanted to steer me to one of their approved repair facilities but a friend gave National Imports big time kudos - so I took it there instead. So glad I did!They scheduled an appointment that was convenient for me and made sure that they had everything they needed in stock before I brought my car in to minimize my downtime and rental.The car looks like new and the paint matches PERFECTLY! Everyone was pleasant to work with too. I was dreading having to deal with a collision shop, but they made it painless.While I dont really want to have to visit them again (for obvious reasons - ha ha), if you need a auto body shop, I whole heartedly endorse Scott and his crew at National Imports!

While I know these guys work on very high end vehicles after crashes, my experience was with them doing some detective work to find leaks in my wifes minivans roof (from a tree landing on it and then getting a bad repair somewhere else); they found and stopped the leaks (which several other body shops were unable to do previously). Very thorough and meticulous, very professional and straight forward to deal with - I highly recommend them.

My daughter LOVEs her Toyota, so she was devastated when it was in an accident recently. Scott and the crew at National Imports did a fantastic job making it look like new again, They also did it within the budget provided by the insurance company, which was particularly important to me.
