Orange Carstar did a roof repaint on my 2014 pickup where the factory clear coat was failing. The job looks great, was done on time, and they had the best price of the three outfits that estimated the work. Im pleased.

I was involved in a very small incident where just my front bumper needed to be replaced. I called on a Friday and had an estimate done on the following Monday. My car took 7 days to get fixed even after a delay with getting parts. A very nice staff and overall a good experience. Only suggestion is to add some signs from the main road as you feel youre driving down a dead end until you find it.

Sam was above and beyond call of duty. Our dodge caravan runs good, ac works, radiator great and fan. Thanks to all the staff, on vacation and was stuck got us out asap

They did not inform us that our car was completed. They totally dropped the ball and cost us an extra week of car rental expense. The service manager Sam was completely rude to my wife on the phone and tried to deny their negligence.If you don’t like dealing with scumbags then stay away. Go somewhere else!!!

Downfall was rental company over an hour wait and no response when calling for pick up status, but the team at Orange Collision Carstar took me to the rental facility to pick up my rental. Will update review once vehicle is repaired. Thank you!

They have now had my car going on the second month. I was told week. Week and half maybe. This starting to get ridiculous. For how long they have had my car when I get it back. It should be a brand new one.
