Maaco was approved to repaint the front end of my car including the hood, roof, front doors and mirrors due to bug damage through Xzilon Paint Protection, its been a little over a year and my paint job has begun to flake and bubble. I have called Maaco corporate office and they have setup with the Orlando location to fix the job however the Orlando location put spot and chip on the estimate even though the original location fully painted the areas mentioned above. At this point I have been waiting on the Orlando location for 3 weeks to correct their verbiage error. All I want is my car to be painted correctly with no excuses especially since this is a warranty job. Just stand behind your workmanship PLEASE....

Can’t beat the experience I had. On the trip in, I was made to feel my business was valued. In the middle (while they had my car), I stopped in to see a well prepped vehicle and was given a firm timeline for completion. At the end, the result was beyond expectations. Mini Cooper looks sharp and fresh. A whole car paint job is nothing I’d ever had done before. I was thankful to find the right people. Thanks Steve, Yancey and team. Great job.

Steve and the team did a great job of bringing the beauty back to my 2012 Honda Pilot. The paint had weathered and the hood and roof were starting to peel. Plus there were years of parking lot scratches. Now it looks like new, thanks Steve and Maaco!

Had my truck painted at Maaco. Cant even discribe how nice it came out. Saved $$$. Dustin did excellent work. Its a 2006 Toyota Tacoma. The factory paint was shot, almost down to rust in some places. And now; it looks better now than when new. Wish I had before and after pictures just to see how much of a difference. Finally had it detailed and it POPS. You would have to see it. The truck LOOKS GOOD.

Brought my SUV to get the hood repainted as it was scratched and fading. I was very nervous about just painting the hood and matching the black up to not stand out. Yancy and his team did an amazing job! My 8 year old SUV looks brand new and its blended perfectly. Was originally told it would take two days and I dropped it off Tuesday morning and was called Tuesday afternoon that it was done! $200 less then the dealership quoted me and 3 days quicker! These guys do a great job! Would highly recommend them!

My 2006 Toyota RAV4 looked like a rust bucket when I took it into the Mercy Drive location. When I picked it up it looked like a new car. Steve and Sam were helpful, courteous, and friendly. What can I say MAACO Auto Body & Painting is the absolute truth! I came in to get body work and a paint job done on my car since there was a dent and some discoloration on the rear side of my car. They gave me a good estimate, I dropped my car off the following morning, and by my surprise they called me 4-5 hours later stating my car was all done. Not only were they quick and efficient, but they were very kind which makes you feel you left your car in the right hands. I will be referring my friends and family to them from now on! I really love the work they did on the body of the car as well as the paint the put on. However, i feel those working do a very messy job, I have a 10 inch screen in my car and they got paint all over it as well they stained the inside of my car red leaving hues of color on my switches and seats. I can also tell staff used items in my car without my consent as I found my items tinted with paint even though I put them in places a painter wouldn’t need to touch. Overall they will fix the outside but ruin the inside I need to spend time cleaning up what they ruined.

Absolutely phenomenal job. I need to 100% shout out my man YANCY for being someone who goes above and beyond to serve others and make sure they are taken care of. He really went out of his way to make my experience as amazing as I could have asked for. In addition to the great people who work at this establishment they did a stupendous job on the paint job itself. My car looks like I just bought it off the dealership! Having to get the RUNAROUND about a simple window error but you wanna say its electric so you can charge more, and when u relized i was correct u dont wanna refund for part that u did not fix. Bad buisiness !!!

Its tough to overstate how godawful this experience was. A 1 week projected dent repair and paint stretched to nearly a full month. No communication unless you contact them to follow up constantly, even when they do things like lose your keys or have major delays. Got my car back to paint runs, bubbling, and rough surfaces after 3 full weeks. After returning my car to have the paint redone it was returned again with paint defects and a dead battery. Received a modest discount for my trouble but not before a month without a car. Will not be returning for a 3rd attempt.

Previously used the Apopka franchise for my company/fleet needs. Apopka has poor communication and would take weeks to get a car done, even with appointment. Steve and the team know what they are doing and are turning my vehicles around in about 3 work days with a quality paint job now. Very happy with this place. They will be doing all my fleet work moving forward. The two different locations are night and day. One is ran with professionalism, the other is not. I recommend the Mercy Dr location, hands down.

The professionals at Maaco gave me a through outlook on the car. They did not provide initial estimate until they Were certain of the issue and repair path. The cost was less than half of what they originally thought. Steve and crew are wonderful. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

I had the hood to my lexus done here about 2 months ago, I forgot to leave my review but they did a REALLY good job, they also did the job pretty fast. The manager or owner was very polite as well. I had rust on the roof of my car and chipped paint on the hood. They thoroughly stripped both areas and painted the entire car. Looks brand new. An honest, no-pressure Maaco location. :)

There prices are high I don’t mind paying as long as the work ethic matches there paint work isn’t impressive at all I paid 3,048.45 and when they did get to it they rushed painted over my front grill paint residue all over my headlights I would use them as last resort/option but the body work was perfect just the timing and paint are very very questionable...

Everything started out great. Steve is real personable. Paid for the $1000 paint job. Got the car back with some over spray in many areas and paint IN the car. The back bumper had not been sanded, just painted over. I was told I was paying extra so the car could have the paint removed and sanded due to the oxidation. My husband dealt with this part because he knows better than me what it should and should not look like. Some of the issues were minimized, such as the bumper but my husband insisted that it get redone so miraculously it now looks new. We were told a new guy had worked on it at first. Guess the new guy needs a new job. Until my husband made it known he was not satisfied I would have considered it sub par work. Maybe worth $400 but definitely not $1000. It all worked out in the end and they cleaned up the headlights as a nice gesture which was appreciated. Hopefully it will last a while, supposed to have a 4 year warranty. I would consider using them again in the future.

They gave me a quote significantly less than what two other shops did and the work Im very satisfied with. Cant tell a difference from before the accident. My only gripe was the time expectation I was given was much shorter (5 days) than what it actually took to fix it (10 days). Still giving them 5 stars because they came in cheaper than the other guys and did quality work!

I went in only to get a quote (already had 2 quotes from 2 Gerber collisions that both came out to $1500+ with a 7day expected work time), felt comfortable so I left it. 24hrs and under $600 later they did an AMAZING job! You know youre being taken care of when youre told So I went ahead and..(insert blank) and the price doesnt go up a dime. Theyre a bunch of GOOD FELLAS!! 👌

I got my car looking brand new!

I decided to take my car here to do some repairs due to an accident. Decided to do it here due to the good reviews and to save some money from the insurances repair quote. I was helped by Steve, very nice and helpful guy. Their work was good, not perfect, but good enough. Giving just 4 stars because my repair took two weeks instead of the 3 days quoted. Other than that, they seem to be very good.

Came in and paid for a full body paint job for 2 door 2002 Cavalier...I felt a bit skeptical when I dropped the car off with the clerk telling me itd take 2 days to complete. But when I picked my car up, the car looked as good as the day I first purchased. Not one mistake that I could find with the work done. Extremely happy going to this location!

It was a very sloppy job I told them it’s my back door and on top dat was messed up they painted my car and my back door is still messed up I went back up there now he telling me it’s the body work he should have told me before they painted it.. but I’m getting a lawyer I recorded everything
