Never on time, doesnt call when they are going to be late will just not show up and not tell you anything. Terrible reliability and communication. If quality customer service is what you want this is not the company for you.

Tony made sure the process of purchasing our kitchen appliances was made so much easier, he was very knowledgeable and not pushy. From the range of choices to a follow ups for delivery installation. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. They tell you if you buy one of their appliances and if anything happens that they’ll come by and fix it for you. LIES. The shop owner TONY is never there. He refuses to answer the phone when you tell him there’s a problem and dodges you when you try to get him to fix your BROKEN appliance that you bought from him. I never write reviews like this. Extremely disappointed. I had to fix my own stove by buying the piece and replacing it myself and calling another repair guy to come and fix it. DO NOT BUY FROM this place. You’re better off buying a new appliance from a store with a warranty.

Bought a washer and dryer, dryer was delivered broken. Tony said he would come fix it and has ghosted us. We keep trying to get in contact and no response. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

I recently bought a he Magtag washer with a huge tub & glass lid instead of my usually Kenmore. That was a mistake, did not like the wash & took an hour per load, spoke to tony & he came out the same day & replaced it with the Kenmore that I was originally going to purchase. Excellent customer service! I had also purchased a great replacement GE refrigerator 9 months prior after my 23 yr old GE; inherited from my parents, started to go.

Tony himself stormed out without a GOOD BYE or SEE YOU LATER! Just delivered our SECOND dryer because the first one on the same day it was delivered made a horrible sound. Not to mention we bought a washer and dryer and only the dryer was delivered the first time near a week ago. Paid CASH by the way.Tony literally walked in, violently banged the lift dolly upstairs, violently jostled the old dryer downstairs violently, violently banged the replacement dryer up the stairs where I was at.Grabbed his dolly—banged it all of the way down the stairs, started his truck and LEFT.Not to mention...took the laundry room closet door off the other day, was asked to put it back on and did not.90 day warranty. Got 80 more days. Any problems with the equipment we will have our attorney send a letter.His delivery guys are pretty cool though.

I bought a used maytag washer and dryer from Tony. Washer got delivered but not dryer. He said it was damaged during loading. Waited 2 weeks for another dryer. In less than a month of having the washer it started making a loud grinding noise during the wash and spin cycle. Called Tony, he said I live out your way Ill stop by on my way home. Aint seen him yet. Washer is completely locked up now. My husband has been by his new location several times with no satisfaction. DO NOT buy anything from this guy!!! How does a person continue to stay in business with such bad reviews is beyond me.

THIS LOUSY COMPANY DESERVES NO STARS!!!!Tony personally delivered the used washer to my home; gave me a lousy $30 credit for my $1,000 samsung washer . I had the used washer for 2 weeks and it also stopped spinning the clothes out like my Samsung washer. Every time I tried contacting this owner I got no response from him. Not only did he rip me off; he got a damn washer from me for nothing. He does not stand by his products what so ever. I had someone I know call him and he said he would show up by 5 pm on a Monday and he never showed or called. BAD BUSINESS!!DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS CROOK!!!

Ive used Tony four times now for rental properties, installing dishwasher, refrig or range. All of them working now and its been a year. I will continue using them for service

Same bad experience with a stove. Same story and i still watting for a working stove for my new home. No bueno.

Very bad washing machines and dryers Mr. Tony puts on sale with a very bad guarantee. A week after he bought a dryer it broke and he did not want to refund the money because I no longer needed it. But he said that he would fix it and return it to me and it was never like that, he did not answer me and sometime he answered me by message and said he was not in the store. I want to save you a headache 🤕 dont buy here.
