I bought a stove there and paid for it. The manager asked me how many steps into my house. I said three. He sent one guy to deliver the stove. One guy! He wanted to bring the stove through my living room because there was one less step to get it into the house. No way. So no delivery that day. Had to wait two more days. The store manager can kiss my behind. I wont shop there again.

Terrible experience overall.Purchased a dryer in March of 2020. It worked for about a week then started working intermittently.The company charged me $40 to get a year of transportation.They fixed the dryer after having it for about a week only for it to go on the fritz again a few days later.I called them and they suggested it was my ducts being clogged.Called and had a guy come clean the ducts, yet the dryer still didnt work.Took it back myself (they said it would be a week for pickup) and got a replacement dryer... which worked for less than a week.Attempted to have them fix this one only to have them blame my circuit breaker.Electrician came and replaced the breaker despite it checking out fine.The dryer still didnt work, so physically took it back again (this time the $40 pickup was 5 days).They assured me it was my house and that my dryer was fine.Electrician came back and replaced the outlet.Dryer worked for a few days and now doesnt work again.Im on my second dryer, 6th time it doesnt work, 3 elecgrician visits, a duct cleaner visit, and more time/effort than is worth counting.My attempt to save money with a pre-owned dryer has now cost me more than just buying a new dryer. Oh... and I still dont have a dryer that works.I even tried calling today for a 7th switch/fix and got no answer... which brings us to here.If youre still with me:Bottom line... avoid this place.

This place is a joke. They cuss out customers and when you leave reviews on their fb page they delete them. Cant say whatever you want without the consequences. I bought an inexpensive dryer here when my old one died. I bought it in August of 2019, its now May 2020. It came with a full year warranty on parts and labor which I found pretty incredible on a used item.A week ago the dryer stopped heating. Id had it almost 9 months and I figured getting warranty work on it would be a challenge. But the guys were incredibly nice and responsive. Over the top customer service. There was never a second of hesitation to figure the problem out and get it fixed. I was very impressed with the customer service and its clear they want their customers to be happy to come back.

We went here with a broken washer after having a terrible experience being ripped off on marketplace & they went above and beyond to help us! Fixed it and then some. Just all around nice & communicative team, the owner has been such a blessing to us, and we are just so grateful. Customer service is so key. We should have just gone here first!! Absolutely check here first. Very honest, very straight forward. Sales was not pushy in the slightest. Came in, picked out a set. Paid, set a delivery date that was two days later. Delivery was early in the day, and on time. Installation was less than 20 minutes. The washer and dryer I bought work great, and everything has a year warranty. Definitely recommend to anyone. Hands down the best appliance experience I’ve ever had.

I have purchased a washing machine from this company and have brought several machines in for repair. The gentleman that runs this place is beyond honest. Each time they repaired my machines they were more than fair. On one account the washing machine stopped spinning. I brought it to them and he fixed it while I waited. Here it comes. He walked out and said the part that he repaired was $12 and it was $20 in labor. Blew my mind. Save your money and shop here.

If you are a landlord or a house flipper this is a great place to find gently used appliances. The staff that I work with was knowledgeable as well as concern to make sure I got the right product just not the highest price. Did the delivery staff was friendly and prompt.

Bought a frige there, missing most of the interior pans, took weeks of calling almost like they were avoiding us, to get them. Icemaker does not function. But to get them to fix it under warranty, we have to load it up bring it back to them and leave it till its fixed, and if it needs parts it could be weeks. Buyer beware.

Ive shopped here 4 times and always went away satisfied. They always offer a 12 month warranty and will install in home. Plus, they will take your old broken equipment free. They will negotiate on price and will go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. Unlike big box stores they care about your satisfaction. Would highly recommend.

Two years ago we had to replace our stove/oven. Since we rent, we didnt want to spend a lot of money. About 6 weeks ago we replaced our dishwasher and now it looks like we may need a new washing machine. Since we rent, well go back and see Johnny.

I had the miss fortune of buying my washer and dryer at Price Buster Appliance four months ago. After the first use, we noticed that the dryers sensor was not working so I called Price Buster Appliance and informed them of the problem. They told me they could fix the problem in a week and picked up the dryer from my home. After a month, every week I would call Price Buster Appliance to find out when the dryer would be fixed. They kept telling me they were waiting for a part. After two and half months, I told them that I could no longer wait for the part and if they could replace the dryer. They informed me that they do not refund nor replace appliances bought at their store. Today they delivered the dryer with the broken sensor and with tons of scratches.They have very poor customer service and no warranty on their appliance. I will never ever buy anything from Price Buster Appliance ever again. Please take this as a warning and go else where to purchase appliance. I do not recommend Price Buster Appliance. They are the worst place I have ever done business with. Check the Better Business Bureau they have a very poor rating.

We just bought a washer and dryer and had the most amazing experience. The customer service was wonderful and they were so helpful. The prices were very reasonable. They didnt have air conditioning, and because of that they offered both of us a bottle of cold water. So kind and friendly!!!! Defiantly recommend these guys!!!!!

Solid place if you know what youre going there for. Im renting and my house has hookups, so I wasnt looking to bury cash into new appliances for my landlord. Went in to check out their inventory, told Johnny my budget and he was able to work out a good price. Couldnt buy that day, but when I came back almost a month and a half later, Johnny remembered me, knew exactly what I was looking for and again put together exactly what I needed - a useable, good quality washer and dryer for a good price. Delivery guy was great, polite and professional. He installed everything (except the dryer ventilation hose - which I already knew they didnt provide) and everything works great. He was even really nice to my cat, and thats not even a joke.

Awful experience I bought a washer and dryer $545.00 on 5/26/2020 it was delivered same day like at 4 p.m.they installed a washer I have to get a professional to install the dryer they said they will not install for safety reason that same day the washer never worked and was making a loud noise couldnt see TV in the apartment because of the washer I called them on 5/27 /2020 they said they cannot pick up until 5/30/2020 they took the washer and still waiting for a r esponse on 6/2/2020 its been so stressful because we need the washer to clean clothes daily because of the virus and I know I understand there are used equipment but its not right the equipment never work since the first day with everything happening with covid-19 the washer is so essential for our safety will be making an update when service improved.

Ive been buying appliances from Price Buster Appliance since 2011 and have always received top quality products and service for the best price I could find. Ive purchased dishwashers, stoves, washers, and dryers for my own family as well as for my mom. Ive even referred co-workers who have purchased appliances as well.Of all the appliances Ive purchased, only 2 times have I had an issue where I needed to use the 1 year warranty. Both times Price Buster fixed the issue promptly, and even loaned me a refrigerator while they repaired mine. It happens... things break sometimes no matter where you buy them... but Jordan and Freddie are very loyal to their customers and willing to help.I personally will not buy appliances from anywhere else because I know I can trust Price Buster Appliance, and I do and will continue to recommend them to all of my friends, family, and co-workers.

I was in need of a washing machine.And was sold one I was told worked and I have a 1 year warranty.When I arrived home and hooked it up. I was so disappointed. It does not pump water into the machine but continuously a water stream flows into the machine (while off or on)I will be calling early tomorrow morning to see if they are going to replace this machine!!!!

I am the type of person that does her research before buying big purchases. I will ask a question when I need to. I bought a refrigerator from them five months ago, and Im happy with my purchase (kind of). Im really not sure what some of these reviews are talking about. One person says they dont take credit cards; they took mine. Another says 90 day warranty? I got a 1-year. My only complaint is the fridge I got makes kind of a high pitched whirr when its making ice, but Ive never called them to fix it (its such a minor problem). So its more my fault for not asking them to repair it, not their refusal.Flash forward to today when my dryer is having a minor issue with a simple plastic switch. The clerk there didnt try to convince me I needed to buy a new dryer, or try to charge me to have them haul it in and repair it. She said We could do that, but I sell the switches for like $15-20, and my guys can show you how to install it yourself really simple, and that will save you money. Most places wouldnt do that; theyd try to get as much sales out of me as possible.Their stuff is all scratch-and-dent, mostly repair jobs and its not fancy high end. But if youre on a tight budget, their prices are great. And if you need something in a pinch, these guys are pretty decent.

The clerk on duty at Price Busters was great. He helped me when I needed an entire suite of appliances. I asked his opinion on several different models that looked the same to me and he pointed out features that helped me make my selection. Some of the appliances I selected had dents in the side but they cost half the price of new ones. Everything was delivered on time with cords and a mounting plate for the microwave. The delivery price was really cheap (like $70) but they only sent one guy. Its a good thing I had a whole crew working at the house to help him unload. They gave me a written one year warranty that includes coming to the house to fix the appliances. It looks like they have updated their policies to meet their customers needs. The clerk had such good customer service that i wanted to call the owner and tell him.

This was the best experience I have ever had with an appliance repair shop. I was able to have my dryer repaired and back in my truck in less then 30 min. The price was more then fair. I will definitely return if I ever need another repair. I highly recommend these guys for all your appliance needs.

Worst service ever! Bought an in-wall oven 3 days ago. Got it installed today, and neither of the burners are turning on. Called and spoke to Johnny, and was told that the only way they would honor their one-year warranty is if I uninstalled it (including disconnecting the hardwired power) and transported it back for them to look at, then pay someone else to re-install it. This would cost 3x more than the cost of the oven to identify a problem with an appliance that was supposedly tested prior to purchase and in 100% working condition, according to their warranty. No other option was offered and they refuse to do installation themselves.

Check out appliances before you buy them you buy it you you own it and if it dont work theyll replace it with another one may not be the same I bought one got home work fine then stopped working it was a part that was it attached right fixed it works fine

Not a bad place to go for used appliances, prices are reasonable and they accept trade-ins. They also offer warranties on most large items. Just remeber you get what you pay for!

My washer wasnt spinning so I went to the shop and dropped off my machine so a tech could look at it. They were kind enough to pull out the motor and try to assess the issue. Turns out there was something stuck, or loose? They reassembled the motor and everything worked fine. They didnt charge me anything and were very easy to deal with. Kudos.

I bought a washer from them a few years ago. It has a couple of dings and dents in it. But, I dont care about that. The machine has performed beautifully. I am heading back there soon to buy an electric dryer because mine has decided to die.

Let me start by saying I did not choose to buy from this place - my mother bought a fridge and stove from this place as a gift for my wife and I for our home that we purchased. If I would of known that my mom was buying from this place I would of told her to save her money. Honestly I have lost so much money in food from this thing (more than the fridge was purchased for).Ill start with the pros and move to the cons:Pros: Cheap, Cheap and Cheap in price (there is reason for it though). The stove - even though it was banged up a bit, has worked so far (4 months or so). And they gave me the right adapter for my a/c power plug for no extra charge.Cons: No REFUNDS!!! (Stay clear of any place that has no refunds as a policy), The other thing is they say they have a 6 month warranty on their items sold - but be careful - they will not come to you to pick it up if you chose to pick it up rather than pay for delivery. Even if you live less than 10 miles away.If you chose pick up - you have to come to them and bring the appliance each time. So if its a fridge - you lose all the food you had (mine has broke twice now).Next is delivery cost $40 and another $40 if they need to take off your front door or if the fridge is being placed in an inconvenient spot for them.I dont know what Im more frustrated with - my mom for buying without doing research or them for knowingly selling faulty appliances and getting away with it.

I cant say enough about how great everyone at Price Buster Appliance has treated my family and myself and how well they have taken care of us. We thought our dryer broke when we moved and with their help, we finally figured out that it was actually an electrical problem in our new home. They went above and beyond to help us out through the entire ordeal. When our dryer eventually did break, without a question, we returned to Price Buster to buy a replacement. Then again, a few months later, when our washer broke, we obviously returned and as always we received the best service. Even after we had our washer for close to a year, it stopped working. The gentlemen in the warehouse sent someone out within the hour who had it up and running again in 5 - 10 minutes! That means A LOT when you are doing laundry for 7 people, including 5 messy children! I wouldnt go anywhere else. :)

Having worked with this shop for years. It has been getting better after the new management. This store provides used appliances and offers one year warranty which is perfect for rental properties with less budget. Quality of the machines could be varies.

Wish I could give 0 stars. These people sold me a Dryer then stole it from me. I called for the dryer to be fixed while it is still under warranty. They took it to the shop, and called me to say I needed to pay and additional $120 to get it back. Crazy I refused to pay, so they said they are keeping it, even though I already paid for the dryer. I never even agreed to the repair they said they did. Its supposed to be under warranty. I cannot believe how horrible the customer service was.

DONT BUY FROM HERE!Cant stress how bad my experience was with these people. They say everything has a warranty but when I purchased a dishwasher from them and tried installing myself, it never even turned on nor worked. I also bought a fridgerator which the water filter nor ice maker worked. Yet they had the audacity to blame us for it to not work. The people they send to your home to pick up or replace any appliance(s) have no communication at all with their boss who sends them out. Dont waste your time or money, seriously it is definitely not worth it. Highly dissatisfied.

He showed us the machines he thought would be best for us and gave us a great deal. I was expecting to be nickled and dimed, but the only thing on the final bill were the appliances and the delivery fee.Unfortunately I have to knock 1 star off the experience since when they came to install them, the installer did not connect the washer drain hose to the standpipe, it was still tucked into the back of the machine. A simple fix, but had I not noticed we would have thought the washer wasnt draining.
