Great experience with Ryan and Chris! Our dishwasher went down a few years ago and we purchased one from them, and its still working great!Last week our washer and microwave both stopped working. I got in touch with Ryan, and he had Chris at their shop help us out. We got both appliances at a great price, I installed them, and they both work great. So. This morning at 10 a.m. I started looking for a washer and dryer.I found Appliance today through an app. Gave them a call and was connected with Susie. I was just calling to find out if they were open, but then all of a sudden an hour later I was able to secure them without even setting foot in store. What an amazing turn around of quick and convenient service. By 6pm I had my appliances. Very nice and great condition.

I purchased a fridge from these 2 guys Ryan and Chris. .I never saw Ryan because Chris handles the storage of them and loads and unloads at there place.I bought a top load fridge and it had no scratches or dings.They had another appliance place deliver it 2 my house..hook it up.after they left I noticed 4 dings on top freezer door. I called Chris n he told me the delivery man damaged it wen he had another appliance against on truck So Chris promised he would make it right and find me a fridge that has top freezer door 4 it and wen he gets 1 he will let me know and come put it on. This is bak in November last year...I keep calling him about it and just a lot of excuses. I will never buy anything from them again.

Nicest, cleanest preowned appliances that I have scene. People there are extremely pleasant and helpful. I was purchasing a washer and a dryer and when I explained what was wrong with my dryer, they told me it was a quick fix and not to spend the extra money on a dryer that could be fixed at a very cheap cost. So they are HONEST and I only purchased what I needed. thank you it was a pleasure

After searching everywhere for that look i was going for i had no luck until i went to Appliances Today. Not only did they have a variety to choose from, they had exactly what i had been looking for this whole time. Being a mom of course i had my son with me and without even having to ask, they helped with loading everything i had purchased. Really wishing i would have chosen Appliances Today first! I know i will next time.

Tabitha with Appliances Today off Goldenrod is extremely rude and unprofessional. I was sold a fridge however when I got it home the freezer part did not go below 68 degrees. We took it back as she said she would have it repaired then she said that it wasn’t repairable because it appeared to have been dropped. That is not true and she is trying to get out of refunding me on a fridge that was sold to me that didn’t not work! Below is a text from her directly to show how rude she was:You dropped it. No beating around the bush. No cover ups. This refrigerator is destroyed. Come on. Don’t don’t let the amnesia set in now. I have eyes. It’s 100% obvious this refrigerator was like humpty adumpty.Marias fridge sat on a truck. Marias fridge took a great fall. All of Tabitha’s technicians and all of Tabitha’s men COULDN’T PUT MARIAS FRIDGE BACK TOGETHER AGAIN.NEVER do business with these people!!!!

Purchased a stainless steel GE profile counterdepth fridge from here for a house that I was rehabbing. Fridge was MINT condition and payed WAY less than retail. I always bought brand new until now, NEVER again as long as Nancy and Nancy are around. Thanks again Nancy

I have been buying used appliances for a while now for our properties, their has been several companies that were pretty good however appliance today always gets us what we need and a good price and they deliever for us. I would recommend them if you are looking for appliances .

I own rental homes and I have been upgrading them gradually, I went to a number of appliance stores who wanted to charge me extreme prices and were not professional nor did they express good customer service. When I came here it was the best experience, as if I was the only customer they had, very organized professional and great personalities, Thier prices great and they stand behind Thier product. I would and will be recommending this store to other homeowners..

My mother got a great deal at Appliances Today on a really nice fridge.I was in need of a washer and dryer for my new house so I decided to go and see what they had in thier showroom.I was able to get a nice set for $350 out the door and they also had all the accessories for me to purchase for the install.They were also able to hold the appliances for two days until I was ready for the delivery considering I wasnt fully moved into my new home.I would recommend this company to my family and friends

I was skeptical to try this place at first but I thought what the heck it’s only for a garage fridge. Well we ended up purchasing a GE side by side fridge. They charge $50 cash for delivery (two dudes and a trailer hitch) and delivered the next day. It was plugged in and warm but they told me to wait 24 hours since it’s been sitting. Ok, next day still warm. They apologized and said they would get out an even replacement (not what we wanted but oh well) the next day. Fine. Replacement worked so we filled it with groceries. Two weeks later and dead fridge with about $200 worth of groceries wasted. I called them and they said they would replace it again (nothing for loss of groceries). I’m sorry but fool me once shame on me, fool me twice shame on you. I said at this point I just want my money back. They said just store credit. I don’t think so. Well, luckily I have a good CC company and I disputed charges and received my money back. I would never buy anything from here. BUYER BEWARE – If you do, do not pay cash/check. Have a good CC company you can get your money back from when you get stuck with junk.P.S. They never called or emailed me back. I just had Lowes haul away theirs when my new one was delivered.

Let me begin by saying that I have always bought used appliances and have never had problems like this before. I am now over a month after purchase, on my second set washer/ dryer, 4th delivery, and the price tag has risen over $600 and i still do not have a working washer and dryer.4/15--First purchase $499 plus $50 delivery4/24--Delivery of items . We found the dryer smelled and was full of cat hair. The washer was not filling and motor was off track causing noise during cycle.4/27--picked up both for repair and cleaning4/29--drop off both. Dryer now has electrical issue and is taken back for repair5/03-- dryer is dropped off in full working condition.we now had the full working set and gave 2 weeks of use to see if they would function as needed. Again we find the washer is not cleaning the clothes. At this point I have asked for a refund several times and have been offered older, smaller, less expensive sets as an alternative. 5/17--Finally I have given in and taken a set which is marked on the floor for $40 less than mine.5/19 Delivery of 2nd set. SAME PROBLEMS. Dryer is dirty and washer is making awful noise.I am still waiting on a return phone call.
