I had not been back to this store in a couple of years. They had a lot of beautiful furniture back then! I always thought if I needed to replace mine, that would be the place to buy from. But I went yesterday to buy some things for my house. It is still a nice store, but I didnt see the kind of inventory they had before. Unfortunately, the staff is not the same as before either. They didnt treat us well, even though I was complimenting the store, they ignored me completely and their attitude was rude, very rude at the time of payment. In general, if you are Hispanic, please stay away from this store. Ill never go back at all.

It is a very well stocked place with some beautiful items and youre welcomed upon entering. However, very 90s with technology. I mean the check out alone took about 10mins plus with everything being handwritten and a calculator to get a total. But the ladies were sweet. Worth checking out.

I have had my Chairs caned, wing back chair registered & just several weeks ago, I drove over to the Apple Code to pick out the upholstery for our 25 year old couch!! I couldnt be more impressed with the quality & workmanship from these wonderfully nice people! They, also, have just gorgeous antiques to purchase & their prices are awesome!! I wouldnt trust anyone else to reupholster our furniture!!

Weve had several upholsterer teams over the years for mid century chairs and sofas, and Apple Core is the best of them. Linda always makes sure that our requests are fulfilled and is a pleasure to know, Brians always ready to help and has a good sense of order, and Jesse is as much an artist in his work as a skilled craftsman. Very highly recommended.

These people are great where it counts. They recovered our lounge chair and ottoman ahead of schedule. Their pricing was very reasonable and their quality was excellent. Im a designer, I know good quality when I see it. I would recommend them to anyone and plan to use them again.

Today my husband and I planned a date to The Apple Core Antiques to browse and price out an upholstery job for new couch cushions. Although busy, we received excellent service from Barbara and the rest of the staff. (We then had a delicious lunch at Maxines on Shine!) If you love American Antiques this is the place to check out!

Excellent store, a lot of very solid, beautiful antiques. Wouldnt even consider buying a single item from the very rude people working there though. If you are under 50, dont expect to be acknowledged or helped in a respectable way. The elderly ladies there wont recognize your presence in the store, other than giving off the vibe that they want you to leave.

The Quality is not bad. But the service is horrible was going spend $250 on a lamp but they didnt even acknowledge my husband and I. We were treated as if we were not even in the store. If your Caucasian and walk in they will acknowledge you and say hi, any other race you should just leave as you will not get treated the same. Im so glad I didnt even spend a penny in the store and wouldnt recommend it to any of my friends or family. I dont wish them any ill will because karma will take care of that for me.

Ive been a customer of apple core for years. My son and I took our first trip there when he was in kindergarten and now that hes an adult, he still shops there when hes looking for something he wants me to love. One of many terrific antique shops downtown.

Someone greeted me when I arrived. Nothing else. Would not go back. Prices were crazy expensive.

Everything is unique, beautifully decorated with good taste, colors and marvelous details to make you feel you have to have everything and want to come back many times. Gracefully nice customer service.

Always love to stop when going by....great antiques...and the ladies are always great to talk to.

Went there today to find out about getting a seat cover put on and the older blonde hair lady was very rude and was basically very negative and was saying how much of a big deal it was to put it on rather than give me a professional quote. She goes on to say how busy they were etc. I was very polite the entire time until her negative attitude exceeded my patients. I couldnt believe this place was in business with her treating people aka potential customers like they are disposable. I told her never mind I catch her vibe and wouldnt be back and she said good lol I also told her I would spread the word of mouth that she has a less than professional attitude when it comes to the customers that feeds her. I would think twice and find a nicer professional place to go. This lady probably the owner has grown to big for her britches. lol
