The men called ahead of delivery and arrived on time. Courteous, professional service. I did not realize until I saw their uniforms that the same company delivered a house full of furniture at my house in Baldwin Park about 10 years ago. Happy to see they are still busy and providing great service.

Coastal has managed logistics for another project for one of our clients. They receive and warehoused the specialty fixtures and finishes and furnishings for this project. In three phases they delivered the items as needed by the contractors and when the contractor was complete they delivered the furniture for the pool house and three other outdoor areas, they assembled the pieces and cleaned up the packing materials. They always pad items so they don’t get damaged. Thanks again for another successful project.

I did my search with several moving companies. They gave me the best quote. I was little worried about how they were going to handle my furnitures since they were all fairly new. They were great and on time.

I purchased 2 dressers and a patio set at a consignment store and was referred to this company. They quoted me $125 for delivery and scheduled it for the next day. The men showed up in uniform and on time. It was nice to see men with a pep in their step!

I used them twice, in 2 weeks and each time, the deliveries went without a hitch. The guys were careful and patient. Nothing was rushed. I just moved my house from New York to Orlando. I hired Coastal Delivery ( referred by good friend of mine) to deliver some of my valuable items ( some antiques and electronic equipment ).They did great jobs with no damage .I am very impressed.

I work with a commercial interior design firm out of South Carolina and have been working with Coastal Delivery on a large job for the past few days. We recently changed our way of doing business and have started outsourcing our warehousing to the cities where our jobs are located. Weve used a couple different warehouse/white glove delivery services in the past, but havent been too impressed with them so far. Multiple designers have worked on multiple jobs with Coastal Delivery and each time has been a fantastic experience.The installers have shown up on time every day, with all furniture properly labeled, saving us an immense amount of time sorting. Every single installer has been personable, respectful and professional. There is not anything else we could have asked of them.I hope we have more jobs in the Orlando and surrounding areas so I can count on the delivery going as smoothly as it possibly can with Coastal Delivery.

I am an interior designer and I hired this company to do three installations. First, in comparison to other similar companies they are not organized. There is no system in place to set up an account with you and they do not have a system on informing you when your packages arrive. You must rely solely on your own tracking system and hope that on the day of delivery everything arrives as they do not respond to your phone calls or emails about said items. On the first project the installers hung wall art unsecured on simple nails and as a result it fell on my client’s head. When I informed them, we went back and forth a few times before they came back out to secure the art. They are very crafty in their words never admitting fault as they told me if I wanted the art secure on the wall there is an up charge for special hooks. Well, I dont know about you... but I would like for all items hung on a wall to be secured and not fall on someone’s head. Despite this I used them again because I was in a rush for another project. This was a horrible idea. They were late showing up, they came with extra installers (you pay per person by the hour) 2 were new and did not know what they were doing. One was perspiring so bad he got perspiration 2 of the client’s velvet chairs. They were very slow and broke a dresser they were supposed to have assembled. There were also 2 other pieces of furniture that was damaged by them. I informed the owner Amy of the damaged items and she called me a liar. She said that her team told me that one of the items was poorly made and suggested that they carried the delicate item to its location. Well, even though that doesn’t make any sense, it never happened! Her team was the liars. They left not mentioning anything at all and when I went to lift the dresser it completely fell apart. At that point I lost all respect for them because none of them have integrity and you can not run a business with out being trustworthy and honest. To top it off they lost window treatment hardware and after going back and forth and finally telling her that I was going to deduct it from the bill along with the rest of the items they damaged, they mysteriously found it and I had to delay the completion of the project until they finally came out to deliver it. I asked her for an updated bill to reflect the deduction of the damaged items and she ignored my emails as per usual, so I did my own deductions and sent the final payment. Funny thing is, Amy, was diligent in emailing and calling me regarding the final payment. She called me 3 times in one day and even volunteered to come by my office to pick up the check, (keep in mind this was all in one week after the final bill was sent). I wish she had the same tenacity when it came to resolving my issues and delivering the missing items. I do not recommend this company for anything! Consumers beware.

The best moving company ever.

Beware of this company. They damage furniture and then try to cover it up with lies. They also refused to have my customer sign for it so that she could not state the item was damaged. Then they refuse to deduct the amount of the repair off of the invoice and harass me and call me derogatory names. At this point i will be seeking legal counsel. I would be very careful using them for any furniture delivery. buyer beware.
