Im a non wearing makeup male and this place is like a lame art store with a limited number of colors and shades all in tiny super expensive containers. Super sales lady of the month needs to take it easy on the aggressive sales tatics. Other than that it was nice service and organized but I will do my best to avoid ever steeping foot into any of their stores again

I just left this Sephora about 20 minutes ago I couldn’t enjoy my visit at the store because two of the white older female employees (one with a light pink Scrunchie) kept on asking if everything was alright almost every couple of minutes I felt very racially profiled.. if I already said I’m okay there is no need to keep coming by me and asking over and over and looking at my Sephora bag as you asked then when i went to check out the employee with the scrunchie that I mentioned followed to see what we were buying we spent $161.00 and my mom comes here all the time she is a VIB costumer please do better leave people alone and let them shop in peace if we need help we would obviously ask not all Hispanics are stealing you aren’t asking the other white people if they are doing ok

I always go to this Sephora inside Orland Park Mall, however these 2 women stood out today. First impression is EVERYTHING, from the moment when you walk into the store. Linda ( purple hair) customer service was outstanding, she was so kind. It was the hair color and hair cut that caught my attention, but the personality behind it put the icing on the cake. The other lady with the Gucci scarf around her neck also had great customer service. She assisted me as well. I was having a hard time deciding on which TATCHA serum to get and she gave me samples to try. Linda had me try sample Fresh Rose serum on one had and Tatcha serum on the other so I can compare serums. I will definitely be back for the TATCHA violet c radiance mask and serum.

Eve is AWESOME! I went to Sephora because I needed help, and I do not wear a lot of makeup. Im going to be in a wedding where everyone else is getting their makup professionally done. Ive had professional makup a couple times and they pack it on and i dont even look like me when they are done. So my soloution was to ask a pro how to do it myself! I found the right gal for the job! Eve took over an hour with me; helping me find the right products for my needs. As well as teaching me how to use those things (concealer/brow tint). I feel prepared to look awesome next to all those professional faces. Thanks, Eve!!

The BIG A$$ African American woman that works by the perfumes needs to be more polite to people. Rude af every time I go there and spend hundreds of dollars they take forever to come to the register and there is nobody there because I come just when they open! Eff that!From now on I will only be ordering on the app!

I always have a great experience when Eva is there. 1) I love her style and her tattoos. My alter ego look. 2) She is very knowledgeable on products and always help me find a great one. Also helps me find the best colors for my skin tone. I thank Eva for her time and attention to helping me find what I need EVERY TIME.

Ashanti and Marie was awesome with helping me find a makeup thats no longer in stock. So they helped me find something similar... they are life savers.

Maria was the cutest/sweetest consultant. Being a male I sometimes feel intimidated while I’m trying to learn about what makeup works best for me and she couldn’t have been nicer. What I appreciated the most was the low pressure and chill vibe.

Love love love this store. The staff are most helpful. New products all the time. I appreciate samples before I purchase and they are happy to give them to you. Their program is nice too.

Fragrance woman insinuated I was going to steal from them just because I unzipped a pouch to make sure the fragrance certificate was in the fragrance sampler pouch before purchasing. She said that most of the time when people unzip the product, they steal their certificate. Then said other people wouldn’t want to purchase it because I unzipped it. Trash service and the woman was so rude. I will not return to this location. I’m not treated like this downtown.

Want to hear something funny? After an employee asked me if I needed help and I said no that k you, she continued to follow me around the store as if I were going to shoplift. I complained to the manager and she apologized and said sorry the store is slow. Really who does that smh?!

The manager, Liz, was truly the most helpful employee I’ve ever met. Not just at a Sephora, but any makeup store I’ve ever been to. It was busy, yet she still walked me through a new skincare routine with patience for all my questions and loaded me up with samples. Couldn’t thank her enough!

I went here for wedding makeup consulting. I didnt have a certain look in mind. I just wanted makeup that will allow me to look as natural as possible. I stopped a lady by the name of Eva. I told her what I wanted and she immediately began to help me. I even bought $100 worth of products. Thanks for the makeup tips Eva!!!

As much as I love this Sephora and I come here often, I was really irritated to be in there today. Some Asian girl I’ve never seen before kept watching me. I went down Anastasia’s aisle and she did a side step to watch me. She walked around and came down the aisle to watch me and stood at the end where she could clearly see me. She didn’t ask if I needed help. She wanted to make sure I didn’t steal I guess. I’m truly exhausted with those of other colors watching me when I go into a store. I had a Sephora bag in my hand which shows I shop there. I went to the exact aisle I wanted which again shows I shop there. I had my debit card in hand. I get that people probably do try and steal sometimes and I don’t recall ever seeing her but I do know that she’s ignorant whether someone is talking to her on the ear piece and saying watch me or not. Hopefully she’s not there when I go next time because if she follows me again I will make my concerns loudly heard.

Went there to inquire about a fragrance. I was clearly not on the salpersons list of things to do. I asked for a price check and she go that but there were several other options on the shelf, no offers from her at all. I left and walked down to Macys. There were more mature and extremely helpful women there to help. I purchased my products. Sephora why are there peple working there that dont want to be bothered???

Ask for Beth! This sephora has full stock of products. I went to the one in Tinley in a JC Penny and they did not have the tinted foundation I went in for. I was skin matched to the foundation. Two weeks later I am still loving the product. I was in the store for 5 minutes before someone was able to help me. All I had to do is approach one of the girls. They were busy and I understand that sometimes we need to be patient. And Beth was awesome. She was a sweetheart and really made the experience enjoyable. I am not someone that wears heavy makeup. Eyeliner and she showed me how I can do it easily. I am done being cheap and ready to actually take care of my skin and confidence. I am minimal with makeup and only do natural looks. Remember the girls working there are the experts we can always learn a thing or two! 😻

Yesterday my wife and our family decided to visit the store. This was all around noon. One of the employees which had not clocked in and in a very bad mood. My mother in law was standing in the middle of the isle without noticing that she was blocking the way. However, the employee decided to squeeze her way through with a nasty attitude. When that happens my wife said very politely that the employee could have said excuse me. After my wife said that the employee stated the following I am not clocked in yet, so if you want we can take this outside insisting she fight my wife who is six months pregnant. However, one of the employees who witnessed this who deal apologized and notified the manager on duty. The manager did NOTHING except tell my wife that other words were exchanged and everything was OK. I cant believe that an employee from Sephora would act in such a manner and the manager would just let it slide!! Our family spends ALOT of money at Sephora and needless to say we will be taking our business elsewhere.

I’m putting 2 stars because I like the store I get most of my products from here, but there’s a lady in the skin care that always talks about my skin when I didn’t ask..... so someone that won’t stop telling you what’s wrong with your skin really hurts, when im personally working on ny own skin and things ARE working well for me, and have a question about something. She needs to only answer the questions she is asked. Very unhappy with that lady.Also there is another lady who does the same thing to me in the skin care. Very rude.

Honestly, save your time and just go to the Sephora at JcPenny.Their is a couple ladies who are very sweet but their was literally two ladies in there today who made me and my mother feel HORRIBLE. My mom and I are the type of people to try and be nice and funny with the employees when shopping. This lady with a sleeked pony tail today, a bit chubby and another lady were just rolling their eyes when my mom would tell them her problem with drawing on her eyebrows, like almost tellinh her that there is nothing for her.Then the lady would turn her back on us and say she’s tired and make a face (assuming) because another employee laughed.I FELT so heartbroken to see my moms face of embarrassment as she walked away and tells me to just go ..I can’t believe people.It’s your job, god damn.If you dont like at least QUIT but don’t be making people feel bad!

I literally came in just to buy a foundation that I already have bought before but since I wasnt dressed I was ignored. So I left and just went to another one. Just save yourself the anger and go to the small one in Jcpenny.

Honestly would leave zero stars if able too. Went in there with my co-worker on our break trying to find some lipsticks to buy and instantly was shut down. Then we were looking over by the Kat Von D section and swatching one of her palettes when one of the employees rushes over just snatches it without saying excuse me or anything while we were still looking at the palette. She was a thin sized girl with white-blonde hair and glasses, we tried to get her name but she walked away from us and kept avoiding us so we wouldn’t see her name tag! Will no longer shop at this location, they have way better customer service over at Jc Penney’s Sephora!
