Absolutely will never shop or recommend this place ever again!! Went in last week for a new set of clippers...made my purchase got home to use them amd discovered they were already USED and the blade rusted and filled with hair!!!!!!!! YUCK!!!! So I Went in the following day for a refund and was refused my money back!!!! Was refused an exchange as well!!! I am completely appalled by the attitude of the woman behind the counter who insisted they send returns back to the manufacturer???? If so why was my money not refunded or even an exchange given!!!If you purchase your tools here I suggest you open and inspect all packaging before you are robbed like I have been!! Also its been 4 days and Ive yet to recieve a phone call or call back from the district manager!!!!This is not the first time....about a year ago I had misplaced my curling iron so I went in and found a great one on sale...well thst same night I ended up finding my own...so I went to return the new one which was never even taken out of the bag...and again was refused a refund...I was told to come back the next day becuase there was not enough cash in the drawer to refund my money????? As Is if that was my problem and customers have nothing better in life to do than rearrange thier schedules to suit poor management!!!! Purchasing USED equipment WAS THE Last straw!!!! Never will step foot in this disguisting establishment!!

Very disgusting customer service from every worker in the store! The Orland Park loaction is terrible! Very disrespectful and unprofessional workers. I went to buy a couple of products today and they were all very aggressive! Never again.
