Walked in today to buy a few things for my husbands shop, I was really impressed the two girls that was working there helped me so much get everything I needed they were so helpful and friendly. Best customer service
I bought clip in hair extensions from here, they were the seamless ones and they were over $200 dollars. Worst extensions I’ve ever purchased in my life. They got extremely matted after one wash, and ever since then, every time I would brush my hair so much breakage would happen. Save your money, get your hair from somewhere else!
I always love coming here for different hair colors to change it up
I like the products that SALLYS carry but they always run out of the items that I like.
Inspect all your packages before paying. The clippers I just bought are supposed to be new but the box has been opened before.
I went in thinking I knew what I was doing, I mean I watched 5 YouTube tutorials.. I mustve thought I was a pro. When I walked in I went straight to the aisle I needed, i looked a bit confused but proceeded to go with the products the Youtubers raved about. A worker had asked if i needed any help and I reluctantly said no. I went home tried the products out and it was a DISASTER!! I went to Sallys the next day and told the very nice lady up at front that I needed to return these items and asked for help. Her name was Kitty and she came to my rescue !! She explained which products to use and what they would do. She was so helpful and sweet. That was honestly the best customer service I have ever gotten and I should know I work in retail myself. Thank you again Kitty, youve been so helpful!
Knowledgeable, friendly, clean and organized. Decent prices especially if you so the coupon game.
Very nice employees. They are always so helpful in finding what I need .

I am an educator that had just left Lakeshore Learning Center to buy products for my classroom. After a great experience there, I stopped by Sallys to look to see if they had press on nails. When I walked into the store one woman was standing at the counter. I said hello and asked where the nails were. She pointed and said over there. The nails were located at the very front of the store. As I looked, I picked up one box to get a closer look at the color and accidentally dropped it on the floor. When I went to pick it up, I turned to see that there were now two workers standing at the counter staring at me as if I was being evaluated. I placed the item back on the wall and then turned again to see them still staring. I asked them if they sold Kiss nails (I felt awkward and needed to get out of there, so I asked about a product I knew they did not have because I did not see it). They cautiously chuckled and said no, still staring. I thanked them and left. I will not offer my patronage here ever. I felt uncomfortable and unwanted quite frankly. I felt like a suspect on a beautiful Saturday in November; just trying to buy press-on nails. This store will NEVER have to worry about me entering their establishment again.
