I’ve always had an excellent experience with this store when this Lady is at the front (I wish I could remember her name). She does an outstanding costumer service and a lot of people have a lot to learn from her. I’d give 4 stars to the store because of her (I can’t do 5 stars because the store is small, therefore they don’t have a lot in stock). HOWEVER, watch out if that kid Evan with a LV mask is at the front because you’ll get the worst attitude and a perfect example of what you should never do in the world of customer service. Evan, thank this other lady I’m not giving a 1 star review. She saved you this time 🥂
I have now visited Sunglass Hut Three times to get sunglasses I bought here fixed. All three times their computer has been down. Immediately they pawn us off to LensCrafters who has already told us multiple times they don’t order parts for sunglasses. Most surprising is that their answer was, “tech support said they fixed it this morning but it didn’t work.” I proceeded to ask them to call tech support and got blank stares like they have never picked up a phone before in their life. They then suggested we visit the store in Lehi, “where in Lehi is it?” I asked. To which the employee answered, “I don’t know, you’ll have to look it up.” …… Mind you I waited until the third visit to write this review, if I buy multiple 150 dollar pairs of sunglasses I expect a little more effort. The computer is one thing, but the utter laziness by both employees to not try ANYTHING after our 3rd visit is absurd. I would recommend finding a different retailer for sunglasses.

I just spent over 20 minutes in front of the store in there middle of the day because the employee left and thought a back in 15 sign would suffice. This isnt a business its a joke!!!
Very rude, heavy attitude sales associate named Maddie Mullens. I ordered sunglasses online and came in store to exchange them. Maddie told me they didn’t exchange in store online purchases to which I pulled up the policy from the web. She acted as though that wasn’t her problem. Told me again that it was not possible. She walked to the computer with the receipt then didn’t even tell me if she figured it out and moved on to other customers. She just walked around and talked to people while I’m waiting at the cash register. Another lady was having a problem with returns so it was not just me. And she too left the store with no help.It was only when I asked to speak to her manager she then decided to try putting it into the online system. I had all the receipts And emails. She said she couldn’t figure it out and to try again Monday. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
Decent selection of mid level brands with a good selection of styles. You can count on these guys to have what most people want. I was in a rush to grab sunglasses and the salesperson was very helpful in showing me what I wanted to see. Ended up getting some Ray Ban Navigators. Was in and out quick!
Twice now I have gone to the store to do a warranty exchange during their posted working hours and both times they were not open when they said they would be. If you are a person who works a regular job you will not have time to get in here before or after work so don’t waste your time.
There was a sign on the door that said be back in 5 minutes. I waited 25 and no one showed up. Don’t waste your time here. Go to Al’s Sporting Goods. It’s just around the corner.
The young lady that helped me oct 5 at 8:20pm was awesome! There was a misunderstanding with warranty and she cleared it all up so well I ended up buying a pair of sunglasses. Keep her as an employee!

Prices are typical MSRP, but the service was fantastic. Jeremy was very helpful and knowledgeable, would recommend even if it was only him
Horrible customer service. We were helped by a girl with pink hair. My dad had purchased a pair of sunglasses for my cute elderly mother. She was trying to exchange them. We went in and my mom went to ask the worker some questions which she responded to really rudely. She then told us we could exchange the sunglasses. I was bothered at her rudeness and told my mom to just return the sunglasses and we would find some elsewhere. When we tried to return them she said there was a scratch to the lens and that we could no longer return or exchange them. MY MOM HADNT EVEN WORE THE SUNGLASSES YET, so if there was a scratch it was from before they were purchased or the worker had put it there while handling them. Thanks sunglass hut for scamming us.
