Amazing staff!!!! And awesome merchandise. Prices might be on the higher side. But they have many exclusive items that you cant find anywhere else. From classic Disney like fox and the hound, Oliver and company, Hercules, to Manga like Inyuasha, fruits basket, and Naruto. You need to check em out!

This place is super tight. Its the cult classic store of your dreams. It is a little pricey, but where else can you find a a millennium falcon waffle iron? Great stuff though, tons of collectibles, clothing, and even if you dont get anything its fun to look around.

This place is absolutely amazing!!! I absolutely love coming here I could spend hours here. The manager and staff go above and beyond to meet your needs even during this crazy season. They have so much amazing product that I got the majority of my Christmas shopping done with them. I would highly recommend the store to anyone of any age.

WARNING!! This is a store for KIDS AT HEART! Which is likely why its one of my absolute favs. Every time I visit the University Mall I drop by and I rarely leave without finding a treasure for myself or one of my kids. The merchandise is enough to keep me coming back, but I especially love the manager and employees. Theyre so helpful and they know where things are which just helps me spend more money. LOL Cant wait to go back in January to spend my BoxLunch bucks.

Never been to this store before, and while waiting in line to go in, Robert, store manager, found out what we were looking for a fox and the hound backpack, found it was in stock and set it on the counter for us! Just 11/10 customer service!

With as much merchandise as they stuff into this little store, I’m always amazed by how clean and well organized it is. I love exploring the different fandom selections, and have only ever had positive experiences with the employees. They always seem willing to go out of their way to help!

Prices are a touch high but they always have something new to look at every time I go in. They have tons of unique apparel and items that would make great gifts ranging from Disney to 90s pop culture to modern television shows. Fresh displays are always popping up and you can always find a few nice items in the clearance section for cheap if you wait for them to cycle out a display.

A fun store to explore looking for a must have pop culture item. The staff at this location have always been super friendly and helpful. Worth stopping by if you havent before.

Went in to look for a jacket and talked with one of the employees, Amber, who was seriously one of the most helpful people I have ever met. I ended up ordering the jacket online and getting some really great things from in the store! Highly recommend checking this place out!

One of my favorite stores for nerd stuff. Great quality loot that is licensed. I love they have different sections that switch out every once in a while. I like to go every few weeks to see what new stuff has come in. Great for geeks everywhere. Its like comic Con but year round!

Great little place in the mall with movie and game novelty type items. They really packed their merchandise in the space they have. Bit difficult to move around when they are busy.

$200 for a Suitcase, $30 for T-shirts, $2 a piece for cheap pins, Extremely poor quality items, very subpar service, like their merchandise this store feels like a cheap knock off of the much better Hot Topic at University. Much better manager there too.

This might be my new favorite store. TV and movie memorabilia. Its called boxlunch because for every $10 you spend at this location they will donate a meal to the Orem food bank. They have great stuff from Disney, Harry Potter, Stranger Things, Star Wars, The Office....

Despite the wonderful employees here, this place has one of the worst managers I have ever encountered in my 45 years on this earth. An absolutely nasty, unprofessional, money-grubbing woman named Katelyn. She was blatantly talking about me behind my back as a customer when she thought I had left the store.

Very cute place, got a Game of Thrones shirt there, good quality. Everything Ive ever bought from here has been good quality and reasonably priced.

This place is pretty cool. They change the inventory often, so there is always somthing new to look at when you come in.

I saw a shirt there that I loved, and the next time I came in, they were out of stock. Employees were all unknowledgeable about when the shirt would come back in stock. One employee was not even aware that the shirt existed.I checked online and they were out of stock. Customer service did not know when they would restock. After checking back for weeks, it was in stock and I ordered it. It took almost THREE weeks for my one T-shirt to arrive, after it was only supposed to take a few days. Customer service was rude and unhelpful, so was the in-store staff. I received many emails notifying me that my shirt had arrived, when it definitely had not. When it finally arrived, I received no emails and was unaware of its arrival.Very disappointed at the quality of service.

Honestly the people that work at this location are so awful and terrible. They have the worst attitude and are just condescending. This one girl I don’t even remember what her name was because I just don’t care enough had the trashiest make up. Her falsies looked like they were from the dollar tree and it looked like she smeared her face on a cake. Absolutely awful. I actually had to leave because I was getting so nauseous just looking at her. Anyways just don’t shop here. It’s terrible and awful. You’ll regret it later i promise

I came in for a shirt and ended up leaving with a shirt a bag and some socks!!! Kaitlyn was awesome and I will be returning very soon if only just to say hi!!!
