My experience here is complicated, but in the end one bad experience is enough to override the other positives, especially when shopping for high ticket jewelry pieces that often carry much significance and meaning. We went in looking for engagement rings, and they were very helpful in educating us and helping us find what we were looking for. They were also great at sticking to our budget and looking at other online options through their website and other suppliers. All great. But it went very sour when the one salesperson brought up the option of financing and other payment options. I confirmed that a hard credit inquiry wouldnt occur from it, and they assured me it was just a prequalification check and not opening any accounts or applying for credit. We ran that, and all was well. The next week I was notified that I was approved for their credit card, and it was being shipped ot me, also causing my credit score to be affected due to their hard pull. I tried to resolve this with their customer service and nobody was on the same page, and they were hostile towards me. It was a very sour experience, being lied to and having a fradulent account opened without my permission. If you are able to avoid this and be extremely assertive, you may have a good experience. But, is this really something you want to deal with and have to navigate when purchasing such a big item? Jared doesnt have a monopoly on jewelry, there are other places with much less corporate pressues to get customers to sign up for credit.

We got a babysitter to go look at a replacement wedding ring for me, ready to spend a lot of money. We wanted to run in with time before they closed to see if they had what we were looking for. They closed at 7. We had plenty of time to spare for what we needed to do and they would not even let us in the doors. Customers were still finishing up inside and they said they were closing and would not even let us inside. It seemed like one of the employees wanted to go home earlier than usual and did not care about their regular business hours at all. They were very rude and we will not be giving them our business. Quite a disappointment. So many of the other jewelers in the area are well priced with excellent service. Choose another jeweler!

Terrible experience here. We were treated terribly- we told them our budget and they only showed us rings thousands of dollars above out budget then when we reminded them of our budget they took us to the $300 promise rings.... *face palm*They treated us like we had no money to offer and talked to us like we were in their elementary school class tbh😂 I would NEVER recommend anyone to go here! Try a less popularized diamond store! They give you better quality for less anyway!

Ive had an excellent experience with Jared. Their in house shop had our ring sized and ready the same day, where other jewelry shops often had to send stuff out to some external location. Their manager was knowledgeable and honest, and even sent me to another jewelry store for something in particular that I wanted that they didnt offer but a competitor did. It was straight out of miracle on 34th Street the movie almost. They are always great about their inspection and warranty stuff too, and they are always happy and easy to work with. I dont always get my stuff from Jared, but I am happy to do so anytime.

Loved my experience here. The sales lady that helped me was very sweet and she helped me find the perfect ring without being pushy. She wanted me to find the best ring even if it wasn’t at her store. I spent more that I was going to because she was so sweet. I had an incredible experience and would definitely recommend this place.

Had a good experience, and the sales people were invested in my selection. Was a bit disheartened when they tried to convince me to finance the ring, rather than pay with cash, despite me having saved up to pay it all with cash. Nevertheless, if you go past the diamonds they have on display, and ask them to bring up their best prices on their iPad, you’ll get your diamond there for $1000 cheaper. Good warranties offered.

Ive given this place every chance to make things right. I bought my wifes ring 8 years ago, mine soon after. We asked the salesperson for the most durable ring. He sold us a ring that was about $340. I broke it twice in the first year. I took it back and they said, We cant be responsible for what our salesmans say. Wait.... What!?. I was annoyed and frustrated but whatever, I bought a silicon ring off of Amazon $15 and its lasted me ever since.My wifes ring, I tried to get the center stone upgraded to something nicer than the white sapphire that had yellowed overtime. This was the intention of getting the white sapphire. Because of COVID they were closed. I called and went in person, closed. With no idea how to get a hold of them, or any idea if they even would open again I took the business elsewhere, which place did a phenomenal job. (see picture)Recently, my wife noticed one of the small diamonds had fallen out. She took the ring to Jareds and asked if they could fix is as the band was warrantied through them. Did you get the diamond in the middle from us? being truthful my wife said she hadnt. They said that was okay and that theyll have it for her the next day.I got a call. To keep it short, essentially what happened is because they dont carry Moissanite, they cant fix the ring. Not because the ring was worked on somewhere else (band was not touched). It was because THEY dont carry Moissanite. So they cant fix the diamond. Through a long discussion followed by going in, we had the price I spent on the warranty back $140, but now nowhere that would fix the ring. I found a place, down the street, phenomenal service.So there is nothing you can do?nookay, then we will take our business elsewhereokayFirst problem. Zero care for me taking by business elsewhere. General Manger didnt even care. Second he stated that theyre a huge business but his hands are tied, they cant work on a Moissanite because they dont carry the stone. So, theyre a huge company, but theyre such a centralized organization that the general managers cant speak for themselves!? I work for a global company, as a General Manager, it may sound weird but we. take. care. of. our. customers.I have avoided putting this review on for 8 years. But this place is a joke. 0 customer service. 0 dependability. 0 follow through on what their own employees say. Seriously, take your business elsewhere.

They should update their store hours saying their closed on Sunday. We drove all the way over bc on google it said they were open on Sunday, but they were closed.

DO NOT GO HERE!! My Boyfriend and I went in to look at Engagement rings. Jon was helping us and he left out Very Important information. He told us that he can ship in a ring for NO COST and I can go in and try it on and if I didn’t like it then they can ship it back out NO COST. Well they NEVER called us, and a month later they say my boyfriend owes them money. Jon just wanted a sale, so he sold the ring to us WITHOUT us knowing. Terrible service, the employees will flat out lie to you and leave out information that you would need to know. It’s getting to the point where we are willing to go to COURT to get the money back.

Brought in a watch, they said they couldn’t change the battery that day. No big deal. I left the watch with them and they told me to come back the same time next day and it would be done. Came back the next day same time and they didn’t even recognize me. Forgot to even do the watch. Both times I went in, everyone was just standing around. Definitely won’t be back to Jared at all for anything. Now I wait!

She also said lots of things that made no sense in order to get the sale such as “I had to get the ring soon because they’re stock is low due to COVID and them not receiving any stock” and was also rude when asking what my fiancées ring size was, when I answered her and told her that I needed a size 10 ring, she replied with “oh woow!” Although I’d highly recommend Sierra west

Bought a ring here a few years ago. Turns out the salesperson made me open up a line of credit through them when I thought we were working out a loan. Maybe thats on me for not understanding? Regardless just found out there is a line of credit still open through them years later. I also cannot close the account because the incompetent salesperson entered my ID wrong. I am 96 years old according to their records. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

They take great care of you and do their best to help you find what you want, and to be able to afford it as well! I went to other places to get an engagement ring for my wife when I wanted to propose. They were the only place that helped me get exactly what she wanted that I was able to afford.And we just recently took in my wife’s ring for their life time cleaning and inspection warranty. It looks just like brand new when we got it back! My wife LOVES showing off her ring, and I wouldn’t have been able to give her that had I gone anywhere else. Great customer care, service, and flexibility as well! I am definitely going to be a lifelong customer with Jared’s.

Mr. Wiser got me and my wife situated perfectly. He was able to help us select my ring within minutes, but I was the easy one! He went above and beyond with my wife until she knew exactly what she wanted. It made my life much easier! Their whole team was very helpful and knowledgeable, and much more friendly than many other stores we went. I had a very pleasant and easy experience, and will return when I am looking for a watch or more jewelry for my wife.

I dont usually write reviews, but I had a truly amazing experience at this store. The store manager, Marc, and his staff were truly exceptional in helping me find the perfect ring. I am very particular regarding what I like and dislike, and usually have a very difficult time finding something I truly love. However, the staff here did everything they could to help me find the perfect ring. I never felt pressured, and even though I came back several times during the course of a few weeks, they always made me feel welcomed and did everything they could to help me find what I had in mind. Ring shopping can be quite an overwhelming and daunting task, but if you decide to give this place a chance, the staff will do everything they can to make it an enjoyable and smooth process. I had the opportunity to work with the store manager and most of the staff here, and I can truly say that every single one of them is very pleasant to work with and will ensure you feel valued. I definitely will be recommending this place to my friends and family, and will not go elsewhere in the future!

I’ve actually been shopping at Jared’s for over 10 years, but this is my favorite store. I love this place! The sales staff is always very friendly and makes me feel so comfortable. There have been a few times where I’ve had to wait, but they always apologize for me having to wait. The general manager, Steve, has bent over backwards to help Find me just the right pieces of jewelry that I’m looking for. Their head jewelry repair liaison, will actually come out and talk to me as well. They’re fantastic and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Ask for Camille!!! she is the best! She has extensive knowledge on jewelry, is so kind, and so fun to talk to! I never feel pressure to buy from her but always leave with something beautiful. She has incredible taste and has helped me pick out some of my favorite necklaces and rings I wear daily.

Don’t Go here. There’s only 1 maybe 2 nice and understanding workers who are decent people.They are a pain in the butt to work with after.I came in to try and get 1 of my bands sized down because it’s a half size bigger than the rest and I wanted to get them soldered together to quit the spinning. The lady kept telling me I needed to size up my other two rings in order to get them soldered together. I kept telling her all 3 rings are too big and spin all day long and drive me crazy. I don’t need them bigger. I need my one to be the same size as the other two and then solder them together and they would probably fit right at that point. She still argued with me then let me know the system was down and I would need to come back an other day. What a joke of a place. Don’t waste your time coming to this place. I really wish we would of gotten my ring else where.

Walking into Jared I was a little nervous and to be honest not very hopeful. We had been to another jewelry store and I left there not happy or excited at all, I felt pressured to buy something but I didn’t even know what I wanted. Working with Angela and Julie was hands down the best! They made me and my guy feel like we were important and they helped us pick out the most amazing ring! I found a wedding band that I really loved a few months back. We tried to call Jared 20+ times over the course of a few weeks with questions about the band and no one ever answered the phone. We ended up going to ShaneCo who was able to provide MUCH better customer service.Then, I figured I’d give Jared another shot because they’re close to my house, and call to ask about getting some work done on my ring. I’ve called three times throughout today and no one answered. Called ShaneCo once and they answered within 3 seconds. Back to them it is!

These guys have been difficult to work with in the past. Not much has changed since covid either. We were finally able to get an appointment to get a watch sized that we bought for a child for Christmas. They have yet to be able to do that. We went to go pick up my wifes ring that we had cleaned this week with work done on it. The site says it is open intil 7, we show up at 640 and they were already closed. We get told that the watch needed to be sent to Switzerland to get the battery replaced, a watch we bought 8 months ago new, already needed to be replaced, and was going to be charged $130 since they dont have the right tools. Btw, in the mall next door, $20 gets you a new battery in a Tissot.

This review is a little dated, but here goes. I bought my wife’s engagement ring here a few years ago and received outstanding service from a salesman named Austin. Picking the setting was quick and easy. It was the first ring my now wife fell in love with before we made multiple visits to different vendors around Utah Valley. Finding the Diamond was a different story. Locating the quality of certified stone I wanted for my budget seemed near impossible. But, I kept pestering and Austin kept searching over the course of months. He finally located a high-scoring diamond in a necklace that fell close enough to my budget: colorless, flawless, and a brilliant cut. The combination of stone and ring was stunning and still impresses to this day. Thanks for the extra effort.

My fiancée and I visited two Jared stores (and many other stores) while looking for our wedding bands.The first location we visited was in Orem, Utah. The customer service was absolutely horrible. We left the store angry, annoyed and with anxiety. The customer service rep (name withheld) was extremely pushy and made her own agenda known. We told her about a family jeweller I have back home in Canada that I typically go through, and she made many rude remarks about not believing that I have the family jeweller and that their rings were better and cost less. It was a horrible experience.The second Jared we went to was in Murray, Utah. The customer service reps here were extremely helpful, friendly and genuine — completely different than the first location and the only reason I have a two star rating. The problem, they charged us over $300 in warranty that we did not ask for, and didn’t discover until the next day when we looked at our receipt.I would absolutely not recommend this company. Terrible experiences.Update: the manager promised us $100 back per ring while keeping the warranty. She was very helpful and gracious, which definitely helped out situation. Still wish it wouldn’t have happened!

We love Jared The Galleria of Jewelry! This is our go to jewelry store - great quality, good prices, convenient location and amazing customer service! Sander is the best - bought several items now with his help! He always takes good care of us and he goes above and beyond to make sure we leave that store happy, always smiling and pleasant to keep a conversation with. We have been with Jared (and Sander for the most part (: ) since 2011 and we definitely will keep coming back.

The worst customer service. I tried going there three or four times and every time they were just trying to get rid of me as quickly as possible. Which they did. I won’t be going back.

The sales people were generally nice and very informative. As we were looking for styles and diamonds they were making sure my then fiancee wouldnt look at prices. (I brought her for a reason) and in the end everything was not to her liking and more money than we wanted to spend. Our business went else where. Those who like modern style rings and willing to spend some good money might like it here as they can help educate you. The woman just shouldnt try looking at prices or they may slap your hands.

The customer service is fine if youre buying but in my experience they dont stand behind what they sell. They sell Pandora jewelry but they wont repair it. Not sure Ill ever go back.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The customer service was AWFUL! I waited 30 minutes and they served people before me when bringing it up the guy didn’t care. I had to wait even longer. I went in to get my necklace cleaned and checked which takes 5 mins max the guy was rude and brushed me off. If you see an older man with white hair just leave. He is rude and not worth dealing with.

Im from Wyoming and we travel down every 6 months to get our rings inspected and dipped. The first time I visited this Jareds in 2016 I swore I would never go back the service was horrible and then I had to go back because of circumstances and it was night and day. The employees were amazing did what they could to get me in and out and so so very pleasant. Not sure what happened but I really like the change. Thank you

The cleanings are always great but if I could not be told to replace my white sapphire with a real diamond every time I go in there, I would give this place a higher rating. You feel judged when the sales worker taps your ring, looks up at you and tells you it’s not a diamond. Diamonds are not everything in life!!! I love my ring and wouldn’t change a thing about it and if I do want to change it, I’ll talk to someone about it.

Initially, I had a great experience (that is, of course, until I learned that they signed me up for a credit line I did not approve). They signed me up for the credit line under the guise of just checking to see if I could get approved if I needed it. They then asked me for my information just to check, and signed me up for a credit line. Very frustrating.

Angie is the best. I was nervous coming into the store because I was dirty from my job as a pool builder, angie came right over and helped me find the perfect gift for the right price and made me feel more than welcome. If you are looking for the perfect gift I would recommend 100% having her help you.

I walked in to have my ring cleaned and to get it re-plated. After 15-20 minutes of waiting with absolutely no one helping me I left. I get I look like a college kid but I was still paying good money for their services.

We got my engagement ring about 4 years ago I’ve loved it! We work on a ranch and I have a 1 year old so I haven’t worn it as much. About 2 weeks ago I put my ring on and noticed a sharp edge on my diamond. Sure enough my diamond was chipped.I took it in as soon as I could and they said because I didn’t come in for my 6 month check up they wouldn’t cover the $2,000+ diamond! I couldn’t believe they wouldn’t cover it. After the lady saying I’m sorry a billion times and me bawling my eyes out we decided to put a fake stone for $150.After telling them it wasn’t even something a cleaning would have fixed and it was a fault in the stone the lady tried to change the subject by telling me she liked my shirt... don’t waste your money buying here. THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER!!!

They cleaned my jewelry and did a minor repair for me while I was there, and helped me to design a custom piece of jewelry as well!All the staff was friendly and helpful, the manager was wonderful and the repair staff did an amazing job.I will be recommending Jared to everyone I know!

I went to Jared and didnt regret it at all. After being either attacked or ignored at 4-5 other jewelry stores in the area, I was surprised at how mellow the sales and service teams were here. They were extremely helpful and listened to what we wanted. We found the right ring but it didnt have a diamond so we had one put on custom. They were great to work with. We also got the lifetime guarantee which has already come in handy. One of the smaller diamonds fell out and they replaced it, no questions asked. I highly recommend these peeps.

Night and Day difference is my experience with Jareds under new management! The store has a more welcome presence to it, no more Bouncer at the door and no more NO PARKING signs with flashing led lights, its all gone! I only purchased a small item for my wife but Marc and his staff treated my wife and I well and made us feel like royalty the whole time we were there. I will definitely be back buying more jewelry knowing that the store and experience has changed dramatically!!

Well she wasnt very transparent with this and ended up signing me up for a credit card. None of this was obvious on the application and I suppose I should have been more thorough to read the fine print. She insisted this wouldnt affect my credit score. Well consider myself annoyed. Its a real deal credit card through Jared. Not a simple financing program. Never going here again.

My fiancé and I went here to do some ring shopping since we had just gotten engaged and he really wanted me to have a ring. As soon as we entered we were grabbed and sat down without even a chance to look around. They proceeded to make fun of his budget and getting out a bunch of rings that were at least three times more expensive than what he could afford. We both explained what we were looking for: a simple band without a big diamond on it. They completely ignored my taste of a thin band with a colored stone and ignored me altogether. They just tried to push my fiancé to get big clunky rings clustered in diamonds... the complete opposite of what I said I liked. After half an hour of them completely ignoring me and pressuring my fiancé into buying a ring he couldn’t afford and that I would have hated we managed to get up and leave with them trying to get us to sit back down. They just constantly repeated to him, in front of me, that I wouldn’t have said yes if he didn’t spend a ton of money for a huge clunky thing, even though I had already said yes without the ring. Don’t go here... they don’t care about you and what you like... they’ll guilt trip your loved one and ignore your wishes acting as if they know better then you what you like.

Jared jewelers where awesome at altering 2 pieces of jewelry into one as I had envisioned it. Turned out amazing.

I was just casually looking at pricing of simple engagement rings. As soon as you walk in you are grabbed and taken to a back room. They scoffed at my budget and proceeded to give a long discussion about their financing plans. Its hard to get out and I didnt even like any of their selection after I got through the meeting.

Well, start to finish it was uncomfortable and a disappointment. We didn’t buy obviously. To the credit of the person helping us she did ask a lot of questions but she didn’t listen to what we were looking for. We didn’t even get a chance to look around we were greeted and then immediately sat down and shown ugly settings. After the 3rd or 4th ring we decided enough was enough and we bailed. We did buy at the next store we went to that actually listened to what we wanted.

I have never dealt with a more dishonest company, with condescending employees who have so little regard for their work. I have had and worn my wedding ring (from another jewelry store thank goodness) every day for 5 years and have never had a problem with it. I had it resized from them last summer and within one year the band literally split in half. When I called to ask them if they had a warranty or could fix their poor craftsmanship, they told me they only honor their work for 6 months and that I need to buy a new one. What company says our work is only good for 6 months.... If I would have known that I would have went somewhere that actually takes pride in their craftsmanship and backs up their work. I would HIGHLY suggest going somewhere else to purchase anything that you want well made.

Everyone on there is on commission and does not care what your needs are. They also opened a line of credit without my consent and knowledge and the staff is extremely misleading. I was going to file a complaint with the BBB but did not feel like I should put that much effort into it.. I would highly advise never to use Jared or at least this branch in particular. I have told everyone I know to not go there and since then, weve always gone to Shane Co instead. SO much better.

We came to Jareds just to look and this gal named RIVER Was AMAZING she was so sweet and so kind, she didnt make me feel like I had to buy anything and was just trying to help me find the best ring that fit me. I would come back anytime just to see River and have her help me.The reason I put 3 stars instead of 5 is because I felt hussled/handled by another lady and she was going way to fast through everything and didnt explain important financial things till after we had leased the ring for a week (to see if I liked it) like we were gonna be paying 300$ a month for this ring. Before that happened I said I wasnt looking to buy she saw we didnt make much money and still was trying to make us buy something. I did cancel the ring because there is no way on heaven or earth I could afford a 300$ blow monthly. Honestly If i go back Im ONLY asking for River. She was like an angel! And seriously if you want the best experience with someone who wants to be your friend and helps you find a ring that is THE ONE its River.
