I go to this Jiffy Lube regularly since I trust the staff there. I have been going to this Jiffy Lube for a few years. I trust them to not just tell me to fix things so they can commission on parts, services, etc. Most places tell you that you have a few things to fix even though it can definitely be done later and it is not a dire emergency. Jesse has been superb with his service! He has helped me with my car on multiple occasions! He does a really great job of educating me about what is going on with my car and what needs to be done.

The technicians are always very quick to come out to my car to help. They are also very friendly and explain things super well. They don’t do any services unless they ask me first for approval. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location.

Being a girl I’m used to being talked down to about cars, even brace myself for it. But when I came in, Randy and his team were some of the absolute sweetest people ever. They were extremely kind and respectful and took great care of me. Amazing customer service and quality work. 10/10 will be coming back to see these wonderful gentleman again.

I went in to renew my registration and to fix a rock chip. There were several cars ahead of me for other services and I was hesitant to wait, but decided I might as well. The gentlemen who work here, worked quickly and efficiently so my car was done in no time. They were all very pleasant and I even had a nice chat with the young man that checked me out about his college major and that his girlfriend is probably smarter than him because she’s already working on her master’s degree.

Very quick with my emissions and registration renewal!! Their prices did feel a bit high to me. Total cost was about $55 plus registration. But it was extremely fast and pleasant service.

Super quick. General manager was super friendly and they asked if I wanted things checked, didnt try to convince me to get things done that probably didnt need it. Enjoyed this location!

Jesse and Randy’s crew did a stellar job on my truck. Thorough once-over inspection that caught a few issues that previous inspections didn’t catch. I got to hang in the bay and learn a few things about what’s under the hood. Super awesome service here!

I had gone and expecting to need to spend hundreds of dollars on replacing brakes. I had even told them as much when I pulled up. But, instead of taking advantage of my lack of car expertise, the manager took a look said theres a good chance I wont have to spend any money that day, and I walked out of there with a free break inspection. He let me know exactly what was going on and whether or not it was worth spending any money to fix it this time ( it wasnt ). I couldnt be more happy that they were willing to let me walk out of there without spending a dime.

I am 70 and have been to my fair share of Jiffy Lubes. They are not all created equal! Randy and his crew in Orem get it. Best I have encountered. After being told by two other Jiffy Lubes they could not solve my problem Randy fixed it in 10 minutes and didn’t charge me cause other locations were lazy or incompetent or both. These guys earned my trust. I will gladly drive from Alpine to do business with them.They also suggested I order LED headlights from Amazon and are installing them next week. Others told me I would have to go to dealer. Thrilled that SUV with be safe for my grandson to borrow when he visits.

It was great to get a more than 20 point inspection so I know what to do. Fast and a good price. Even use an online coupon. I believe the manager is named Randy and he was great to work with.

A bit more expensive than I was hoping. But my oil change was quick, and they topped off some fluids that were low for free. The guy was nice and professional.

The jiffy lube on south state street is incredible. I will drive out of my way to go to this particular location because how helpful and professional they are.

Asked if they could replace cab filter they said they couldn’t. Wen I head out to my truck there was oil on the handle, and ignition keys.. poor management for high prices...the girls before me got the door even open from a employee. And I got was oil on my door handles.. need to find a better place to get a oil change from now on.. thank a lot jiffy lube.. the name fits you real good.

Honestly didn’t love jiffy lube until I came to this location. The staff are friendly and helpful plus they always give me a good deal. Now I always come to this jiffy lube and have never been disappointed

They were friendly. They pulled my car in and took care of business. I didnt even have to do a thing. They did the emissions test and on the spot renewal. I even got to use a coupon off the emissions test.I did get concerned when my car was pulled out and it took about five minutes or so before they got me. Even still, they left the air conditioner running so when I pulled away it wasnt hot. It was 97° F or so. Outside it may have been over 100°. It was nice not to have to get into a hot car with leather seats.The smiles were nice too. Thanks for the service!

This was a great experience! I think the quick lube places get a bad rap for trying to nickel and dime you, but I was generously taken care of, and that feeling was also shared by another customer in the waiting room. Wonderful customer service at this location.

This is hands down the only place I will take my car to get serviced.I moved to Utah from the East Coast 2 years ago, and ended up taking my new car to this location for oil changes. The staff was always nice and speedy. I know next to nothing about cars, and always asked for their recommendations, and they havent tried to upsell me in an absurd way and I have had little to no issues with my car.I moved to SLC a year ago, and had an absolutely horrible customer experience, and was concerned that the technicians messed up my car in the process. I drove down to the Orem location, and hoped that their management had not changed. I was greeted by a woman manager who was the kindest, most down to earth and thoughtful person who listened to what had happened, had her technicians look at it, tweak a couple things, and then made recommendations on when to come in next regarding a couple things that should be looked at. I didnt catch her name unfortunately, but that gal and her team deserves a raise and absolutely made my day. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

I always choose this jiffy lube for my vehicle needs. They’re all very nice and the services are always done quickly. I appreciate that I don’t feel pressured to do any service that is not needed, and they always let me know what the recommended services are and when they will be coming up so I can anticipate the cost and time. They also take time to explain what they are done in a simple way that doesn’t make me feel talked down to. I would highly recommend this location to everyone!

This location is among the best! To me. They are fast, professional and they really dont try and upsell me like most the other locations. The reason for the four stars is due to last time I came in they filled a crack in my window and I was latter billed. And was told from the beginning it was included in my account. Other than that this place is awesome. Atmosphere here is very friendly.

I’ve been so several different jiffy lubes before but this is by far my favorite one, the guy I worked with was very nice and helpful. And I didn’t feel taken advantage of. This will definitely be my go to jiffy lube!

These guys were so awesome! I’ve only ever taken my car into the dealership and I went here to get my oil and emissions done. They told me they fill fluids for free as well and I was so surprised. Taking my car to the dealership for the oil change cost close to $200, and the difference in care here versus at my dealership was insane! I was on a time crunch to get to work on time and they were able to get everything (and more!) finished and ready for me! They gave me $20 off from my oil change and told me that there are always coupons online on their website. They explained to me the best ways to save money with taking my car in, and when I told them I was moving across the country soon they told me I could bring my car back in for a refill on my fluids before I leave! They were incredible!!

Super helpful. They noticed that my oil change sticker was incorrect and told me that I was good for another 2000 miles so just gave me a top off and new correct sticker and told me where I could find good value windshield wipers cause they noticed mine were a bit ragged

My son is driving our van at school. He went in to get a simple oil change. Should have cost at most $40. Instead they told him he needed a new radiator cap (??) and a cabin filter he did not need. Instead of normal oil, he was sold high performance (read double price) oil.Being new at ‘adulting’, he did not know how to say ‘No thank you!’ to the multiple possibly useful, but not necessary services being recommended by this place.

I really like Jiffy Lube in this location. Have use the mini mini times and always a good service! Sometimes they try to push extra services, but not too hard so that saying no is easy.
