Paid total of 90$ for a used tire, not at it’s best shape. I was told it was going to be 65$, which is still too expensive!! I DO NOT recommend. Bunch of hidden fees they charge

Went in for tires and an alignment that no other auto shop was willing to do on my 96 f250 and the nailed it I have had no problems with quick wear on my front tires and my alignment and camber were fixed perfectly. Would highly recommend!!

Beware! In attempting to do an alignment they broke a bolt and said they could replace it for around $250. Ultimately they suggested to welded in place for only $100 more than the alignment fee. I concur with everyone else. This individual is lacking in honesty. In fact the technician doing the alignment said the car would be okay without an alignment but the owner said it must have the work done. Who should I listen to the owner or the mechanic?

I would definitely not buy used tires from these guys!!! take a look at picture and tell me if this tires is even sellable? Charged me over $320 for 4 tires and each one is worse... Showed me a product that looks like nearly new but sold me trash

Hi charge mi $35 tax for a $180 job that should be $10.71 for a total of 190.71 but he charge me in total $215, this guy is very dishonest, be aware.

I took my carand to have the brakes replaced and possibly the calibers, but the car the guy charged me $143 for the brakes and then another hundred and something like 113 for a tire and like my brakes werent working right like the day after and so I took it to my husbands friend whos a mechanic and come to find out he didnt even bleed the brakes he just put them on there really loosely and my mechanic had to redo everything. I will never go back to that place and I dont recommend that anybody else does unless youre making sure that hes doing what hes supposed to be doing. Worst experience as well. we went there at 12:00 12:30 in the afternoon and I had an appointment at 3:00 in Provo I didnt think it would take him all the way until 2:40 to get everything done because he said it would be really fast.

I have bought tires from there for a good price and they have a lot of good looking rims.

Everyone else was closed at six except these guys. JP came out after hours and replaced my tire within an hour. Professional with nice equipment. Highly recommend these guys

Simply the best in town. Used tires are always a lottery, but Miguel and his guys do it right for an amazing price - who else does 2 sedan tires for $120? And the new tires? You wont pay any corporate markups or surprise fees, and Miguel will even bargain if his shop isnt too busy, on top of the lifetime rotations. Hes definitely my tire guy.

Dishonest. Selling used tires at price they would be new. My son had said to go ahead and then called home to check ( it’s our car) and we said no, don’t do it. No warranty etc. costs too much. He told them he had changed his mind and they insisted they would charge him $50 because they had taken off the tires. Totally dishonest. Stay away.

I was experiencing an issue with my older Subaru last Friday at 6:00 and needed to have someone check my tires/wheels and or under carriage to see what was making the scary noice it was making. I didnt want to drive very far because the noice wasnt something I could figure out and it sounded bad.I found AG Tires and drove to them with my fingers crossed that Id make it without incident.They promptly got the car on their lift and checked to see what was going on.Even though they were closing when I got there, they made the extra effort to help me out and found that my right front tire was loose. LOOSE!I cant thank Miguel enough for his help.

They fixed my tire quickly and effectively and their customer service was incredible! I found them by accident and in an emergency, but they have won me over as a customer!!!

These guys are awesome! my cars radiator broke down and Miguel and Mario on a Sunday on their day off, towed me back to their shop gave me a loaner car just so I had one for the day. They fixed my radiator the next day and I was able to go to work not worried about taking time off. I recommend these guys to everyone! they do great work!

Had a leak in the stem valve of my tire and two tires were low on air. Arturo replaced the stem valve and filled all my tires to the proper PSI. 5 minutes and $0 later I was off and rolling.Couldn’t have asked for better treatment in a time of need!

Was great the first time. But the second time he charged me a completely different price than he originally told me. And then tried to charge me 15 dollars tax on a 70 dollar purchase. Hes a crook.

Been there 4 times now for tires/ball joints/CV/battery holder/water pump /emissions and I trust them more than anywhere else. I also get the cheapest prices. One time they found a problem in a few minutes and didnt charge me for anything. It was something with my computer. These guys are great, highly recommend.

I was referred to this tire shop by a friend. I will NOT go back. Ive bought a set of regular tires and a set of snow tires. The owner told me that my tires had a warranty. This was the third time I went back to have them rotated. Every time Ive gone in he finds something wrong that he needs to charge me for. Today he informed me that one of my tired was not good because I didnt get an alignment. Funny thing was he never told me I needed to align them. Last time I went in he told me that I was missing a lug nut which I was charged for. Funny thing is . . . hes the only one who has ever touched my tires. I do not trust this man not do I think hes been honest with or given me good service. I feel like I pretty much asked for what I got. I was trying to save money. I will return to Discount Tire where they are upfront and honest. A policy AG Tire Shop should try.

No refund or help was offered, they just scammed me out of my money and my old tires that were better condition than the ones that were put on. PITIFUL...DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! I have 0 good things to say about AG Tire Shop. I dont normally just bash a company but these guys were ridiculous -- worst place ever ... THEY TRIED TO CON ME OUT OF $900!!! I needed some new tires for our minivan and I called around to a couple places to find a good deal, and Miguel told me they had some used for $35 so I went to check it out. Upon inspection the $35 (used tires) werent really quality and since were getting ready for winter I decided to pay $65 for a good quality, which was stupid, since I couldve gotten NEW tires for $55 at Discount Tires, they also overcharged for other nominal charges with the tires. Anyways, I needed to get my safety and emissions done as well, and Ive always done it at Lube Doc, but since I was there I told him to just get it done. Miguel told me it had passed the emissions test, but not the safety. When he began to elaborate as to why, he told me that the engine was in danger of just falling off because the supports were bad and needed to be replaced along with a couple of other issues ... so the grand total including parts and labor came out to almost $900. I told him I would take it somewhere else for a second opinion to which he started telling me he could drop the price down to just under $400! Which seemed a little shady, so anyway I told him no thanks and left. I took it to Lube Doc (where I always take it) and it passed no problem!!! Also, the two tires they replaced were the back ones, and upon inspection I noticed they only screwed on 4 of the 5 lug nuts!! I dont know if they did anything else to mess up my car, but what concerns me the most is that they deliberately put at risk the safety of my family!!! COMPLETELY UNETHICAL ... DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! Theyll most certainly try to scam you ... take it to Lube Doc instead those guys are great!

I wanted to remove a nut that was stuck on the sway bar, the entire process took less than 3 minutes, and I was charged for $65, not sure if thats the right price.

First of all, my car is STILL leaking after taking it to this shop. My car never had a leak beforehand. I took it there first of all for new tires, which ended up good. Then I took it there for some maintenance issues, the first thing that I had them do was fix my control arm on my car, they fixed it and said that the other one looked good. Less then a week later, I was driving down state street and luckily I was in the turning lane and not in a main lane because the other side completely busted off. I had to get my car towed back to the shop so they could fix the other control arm. After that it was driving ok, but my car would not stop leaking. I took it back so they could fix the leak and this continued 4 more times! I told them that I wanted my money back and this was not good service and they were messing my car up more then fixing it. Overall, I paid them more then $1k and now I have to pay more to take my car some where else so that it stops leaking. This company doesnt care about customer service, good legit car maintenance and ripping people off. DO NOT go to Ag tire shop for any reason whatsoever.

They sold me a used tire that blow up two weeks later ( I later found out that they charged me the same price of a new tire at Walmart) . Besides that, when I arrived home I found out that they didnt put the spare tire back in place. They just threw it in the trunk. Ill never recommend it to anyone

I bought my tires here because they were the cheapest of all the shops I went to. I got a nail in one a couple months later and they fixed it for free. Great service.

I went there to get an alignment, and the owner told me to leave the car. I did leave the car and we agreed that he would call me in order to know if the car needed something els besides alignment. Next day I called him and ask him what the total would be. He charged me $170 and my car wasn’t even alignment right! Yet he still argued with me about the price. I ended up paying $170 and my car wasn’t alignment right. Horrible service, these guys don’t know how to do alignment, and always try to take aventare about people. Good that I have a friend that knows about alignments and mechanic.. I wouldn’t put a star but there’s no option for a 0 for review.

Is it possible to be less than 1 star to say how terrible the service is? I asked to change my cars tire, Miguel told me that I needed to change 2 of them and I agreed. I realized something was wrong, but I just figured out what was it when, less than a month after I changed the tires, I needed to change them again because they were the wrong size. $200 on garbage. Miguel didnt ask me if was okay to be a different size, he just did it. When Mario worked there I was a client, for sure they wont see me there anymore.

This guy is shady!! We took a truck in for safety and emissions and he failed the lower ball joints and since we wouldnt have him fix them for us because he was trying to tell us just the parts were $400 and we got them for $90 he decided to fail the top ones too! Oh and those parts he quoted us were only for the bottom and we bought the top and bottom for a total of $90 Well, once we got them fixed right he still wouldnt pass the truck because we didnt have him fix it. He started failing other stuff that he had said was fine before, so we took it somewhere else and they passed it with no problems.

Don’t drive like a jerk and have your business info on the side of your truck.

Dishonest, go somewhere else! These guys do repairs and other services for a dishonest car dealer in Provo. Bought a truck from prime auto in Provo and it started leaking from axle seals. I found out ag tire supposedly put new axle seals in the truck. I called ag and I was told to bring the truck in. So I brought the truck and he looked at it. He told me it would cover with warranty for the parts and labor since he got paid from prime auto connection to fix the truck before selling it. Days later ag tire called me and said they checked and it was not the axle seals and he didn’t know what was wrong with it. He then said he can use a special glue to try and stop the leak and it would only have 50% chance of fixing the issue. I paid him to do it. The same day I picked it up, when I got home from ag shop I noticed the leak. Ag tire is dishonest and they work with a dishonest dealer! Stay away go somewhere else that’s actually professional and honest

Could not believe the treatment I received over them giving me a bad rear differential.They replaced it and then not even a few months later it went out AGAIN.No warranty on it they said because they bought it from the junker.But they would take $100 off the labor if I used them again.They took no responsibility and the owner blamed the guys that worked for him and said them being lazy was not his fault.He also did an alignment on my car but my car was shaking so bad after! Went and got it checked out and the alignment was completely wrong and off.Never use these guys, they can’t get their act straight.

Got me in after-hours, I know that the tires are used and the risks that come with that. But it is THE cheapest and best tire shop.

If i could give a -5 stars i would this place is horrible. I whent to get a noise in my ac fixed they said they would fix it but he didnt mention he would only fix one side. He also told me the car needed a traction . No more then a month later the noise came back and my car says it needs a traction . I called and he said they would charge me again for taking a look at it. Never going back again i recommend save your money and go some place else!

If I could give zero I would. First off the tires they sell you for 100 bucks sell elsewhere on online for 30 bucks new. Online because no one else sells cheap tires from china. Second off I bought 4 brand new tires (not the correct speed rating- so I had bad stopping power) but one popped a week later and got it replaced, I drive an all wheel drive car so the tires have to be the exact same or transmission problems come up. I was dumb to trust them and I thought the replacemt was all good but after a month a realized they put a completely different tire on with different tread pattern oh and a speed rating that was 5 ratings better than the other three! So my front right had amazing stopping power while the other three just didnt. I dont care how broke you are If you come here expecting a deal youll run into more problems. They are the most dishonest people Ive ever met. For the same cost of their cheap Chinese tires I got all new Bridgestone tires from Costco. And youll have better luck finding the only grail than getting your money back btw.

I needed a set of used 16 PU tires for my old 1500 Ram, last summer (2012) and they had a set w. reasonable tread. They have worked fine all year, and even endured a 1700 mile tow of my dtrs 16-ft. loaded trailer to Ft. Wayne, IND. at Christmas 12, and back w/o the trailer. I had to replace one frozen valve stem on that trip. They are still on the PU, and I just referred another dtr. to their store for her sedan tires. Ill see them again for another set. This business fills a valuable nitch in our commercial tire world, and it is run by honest, legal immigrants from South America, not border-illegal, crime-minded Latinos. Bob - Pleasant Grove.
