I took my tacoma to lift it and when they did the aliment they didnt do it well and I took it back to re do the alimen and it was worse. So I took my truck to rocky tires in orem and they did way better job.

I was here back in june-ish. It was an ok experience. The wiring work is fine but the install of the switch is pretty novice looking to be honest. They left a pretty decent gap on my dash that the boot for the switch doesnt even cover completely. For an almost $500 install of a basic pod set and the other reviews I expected a cleaner final product. Im confused because the mounting of the external hardware is pretty dang crisp. On the interior though its like they just decided they were done trying and did whatever it took to make a hole for a switch. I dont know that Id make the 2 hour round trip for more work to be done but it seems like a fine and honest establishment.

Amazing shop. Got my gladiator lifted and put some wheels and tires on it. Helped me find what I wanted and what would be best for my set up. Would recommend to everyone! Nish and the crew are super nice and cool people.

Nish and his guys at Ultimate 4x4 are awesome. They got me set up with a leveling kit for my 2020 Silverado Trail Boss, bigger tires and wheels. It looks amazing. They were competitive on pricing, they were professional, they got me in and got the job done pretty qyick. A few things that stood out about Ultimate 4x4 - I really wanted the Toyo AT3, but with everything going on and all the shortages Nish said there werent able to get them and Id have to settle for the AT2s. To my surprise Nish got a hold of a set of the AT3s.. I was stoked. I also ordered a wheel and decided I no longer wanted the wheel (after it had arrived). The day before my appointment I went in and told the guys I wanted a different wheel they didnt act annoyed or like I was putting them out.. they made it happen and got me what I wanted. Very happy with Ultimate 4x4, the quality of work, and the professionalism. They all seem to have a passion for what they do. Thanks guys.

Nish hooked me up! I went to several different shops before ending up here. No one took the time to listen to my issues they just wanted to sell me gear without understanding the problems I was having with my suspension. Nish was under my truck in seconds pointing out what the issue was. Got the new struts in with alignment and my truck has never ridden so well. This place is the only place to go if you need suspension work or wheels and tires. They do it right!

Love my setup** update 8/25/2017**Ive had some questions/issues with my truck and the suspension. These guys have bent over backwards to be accommodating and fix any issues or problems it may have.I lost one of the pieces to my rims and they gave me a replacement for free.These guys have excellent customer service, I trust them totally.Sometimes they seem a little busy and I have to wait two weeks to get something major done. However, that seems to be normal for these specialized 4x4 shops.

These guys are the best in the area at what theyre doing. Theyve installed my front & rear bumpers, winch, fenders, inner fenders, tire carrier, wheels, tires and lights... no issues at all. They offer a competitive price and will offer advice as you explain what youre looking for. I havent found anyone else that was able to do that. Nish also will advise you if its not worth it. I told him how I wanted a new lift or possibly just a leveling kit but he ended up persuading me not do it, glad I listened.

Had a really positive experience here. Nish was awesome to work with, super communicative, and I left as a satisfied customer. Id come back again for more work for sure. I had a 2 leveling kit installed, new tires mounted and balanced, and an alignment done. Truck drives great and Im super stoked on how it looks.

I drove an hour to let the manager at Ultimate 4x4 inspect my truck to insure the proper parts were ordered. Then I drove an hour back to my house. Two weeks later, I drove my truck back for the installation while my wife followed me in her car. I found out later that day the wrong parts were ordered so we would need to reschedule the installation.A week later, we repeated the whole process. The installation went without a hitch. In all, between my wife and I, we drove 10 hours to get my installation completed. I did so without complaint. All I got was Im sorry. It seems to me something besides Im sorry would have been more appropriate under the circumstances. I dont run a business but I would have considered a reduction on labor costs or a coupon for future services.

Can’t say anything but great things about this place. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me pick the right stuff for my Jeep and are always providing incredible service at an extremely fair price. I’ll be going to them for any modifications on my Jeep.

I had a problem with my front end and had 2 other shops look at it, replace parts and say that it was fixed but it wasnt. I told Nish what was going on and he knew right away what the problem was. Don’t be surprised when they send you out the doors after they said they have your parts, have you show up, and then tell you they don’t have the parts and also can’t do the job, complete waste of time. There are definitely better shops out there to deal with service and money wise

Great shop. Great service. Purchased a tanaue cover for my F-150. In and out quick. Had a slight problem and they fixed it perfectly. Just upgrading my headlights to LED and am super happy with the pricing and professional information I got on the product.

There is short and precise on your phone calls but then there’s also being short and rude. The two experiences I’ve had with ultimate 4 x 4 has been both short and rude. I would suggest you go get your stuff installed somewhere else.

Definitely not the best place in the county. Their prices are really good, for good reason. I got a 3-1 leveling kit for my 4Runner and they ended up being more expensive than they had initially quoted me for. That wasn’t a big deal but they didn’t communicate it to me while they were installing the kit. When I got it back, they said everything went great so I paid and left. After driving on the highway I noticed it was way out of alignment so I called them back and asked them about it and he said he forgot to tell me about the other problems they found. They were pretty unorganized so I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt that they truly did forget about the problems and didn’t intentionally withhold information from me. They weren’t flexible with their schedule at all and they didn’t leave me a message when they finished installing it. He did show me how to fix it... on my own. Definitely would have gone somewhere else if I would have known how much of a hassle it was going to be.

Incredible customer service, great mechanic and fair priced ! I love my Tacoma and I usually never let anyone work on it but I was busy, didn’t have air tools, and needed someone trustworthy to install my suspension. They did a great job and responded to all my questions. Only thing I wish they could have done is weld my sliders but they were too busy. I highly recommend them, especially in an industry where people have a tendency to cut corners or overcharge for services.

Nish and the boys just decked the hell out of my FJ with gorgeous wheels, tires and lift! Awesome pricing and quality work! My shop from now on!!! And they’ve got good coffee if you have to wait for a bit. :)

These guys do great work and have been doing it for along time. Nish usually operates the store and can put great options together. Check them out to get your front and rear lockers installed. And ask for Bryce to do the work. Hes solid!

These are the best, most knowledgeable mechanics I have met. I have a particularly complicated 4x4 that most of the parts had to be fabricated to make it work. Kev fabricated all of it and it works great. I have had nothing but outstanding service from this family run company. Dont waste your money going anywhere else. Get it done right the first time.

Had a simple spacer lift done on my grand cherokee. Good friendly service and a fair price. They did the work quick and when I needed it done. It looks BA and drives great. I had some unrelated popping noise after and brought it back in. They found the problem and fixed it right away without charging me.
