The associate was really nice. I like coming here better than Advanced Auto Parts of O’Reilly’s. It’s less shiny, so it feels closer to a good old mechanics shop. I am giving it a four because they didn’t have the engine air filter I wanted, but I did get the cabin air filter.

Were super helpful and friendly! I needed a new battery, but they couldnt replace my old one (in the wheel well, I dont really blame them). They told me to bring the old battery back to get some money for it. My car wouldnt start, because my battery was more dead than I thought! One of the workers immediately came out to help me jump my car!

First. Very poor Covid mitigation. The county where this store is located has a mask mandate, mandated by the governor. 1 staff member as a cashier did not wear a mask. No signage at entrance regarding mandatory masks. 4 customers in store without masks. I was uncomfortable if I would contract Vivid from the staff or customers not wearing masks. Will not return. Health & safety of customers is number 1 priority. Service was excellent.

They did not have the hoses I needed for my truck in stock. Laura was able to order them for me and had them there the next morning. Awesome customer service. I highly recommend this Napa.

Needed filter part # for all of our equipment, (which isnt the easiest task theres a lot of filters involved). Laura, the store manager didnt even hesitate and emailed me all the filter #s for our equipment in 24 hours time, with the limited information I had. Which I know took a lot of time & effort finding these! You saved us hours of confusion going through our dusty filters. Laura deserves a raise! Thankyou!

I went in to get my battery tested, the gentleman at the counter did not even acknowledge that I was even or ask if I needed help, another customer walked in behind me speaking Spanish and was helped right away, the woman behind the counter was on the phone but as soon as she was done quickly helped me with my battery and was on my way, its good to see a woman that is not afraid to get dirty and knows what shes doing.

Actually have the parts for a 36 year old truck

I always have good luck finding difficult parts here. After going to 5 other places looking for a bearing for my furnace, the guys at NAPA were so helpful. They looked through their whole inventory, and found bearings, but not in the dimensions I needed. (for context the other auto parts stores wouldnt even look). Anyways, after they couldnt get the size, they referred me to a specialty shop down the street. I remember one employee was extra helpful, I think his name was something like Ruben, but I dont remember exactly

The only place that will sell spark plug boots separately for my 2014 Cruze, which saved me from having to buy a whole new $100 coil pack. They were out of stock so they had them shipped down from salt lake within a couple hours. Im very impressed with their service.

Friendly and helpful. I once needed to replace my oil cap and left my car there while waiting for the matching one to show up and when I got back theyd installed the new one for me, no charge, even though it isnt really part of what they do.

If there were zero stars, that would be NAPAs rating. My husband and I had HORRIBLE experiences here, yes that is plural. We bought a part from this store, and then had it go bad 5 months later and were trying to use the Lifetime warranty on the part.Weve had the door slammed in our face twice, as their store hours online are incorrect and they close at 5 p.m. not 6 p.m. We unfortunately showed up at 4:58 to find the doors locked, then were yelled at and told the fact that our car was in pieces so that we could get the bad part out and bring it to the store, didnt matter.Then when the part was taken back a second time, they tested it and said it was fine and would NOT honor the warranty...This is now twice that my husband had to put this part (the starter) in and out of the car..Hours and hours worth of work..HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and worse, they arent willing to honor the warranty of their products..BEWARE!

We use Napa RPM all the time for our business. The guys are great. I usually work with Brian and sometimes Julio, but it doesnt matter because they take care of us. Very friendly and helpful. If they dont have a part, they find a way to get one to me. Their delivery drivers are fast too.I read some reviews on here and I think that the biggest thing that anyone needs to remember is that these guys arent the diagnosing mechanic. So if you dont give them much information they can only do so much. If I say that my brakes are bad and they help me order new brake pads, it isnt their fault if the real problem was that the rotors were warped and need to be turned or replaced.

So, although I know this sounds racist, the Latin guy was the only one that was helpful. I am a woman and fairly handy. All I needed was a headlight lightbulb changed. I was told to take off the light cap from a friend. The Anglo Saxon man brought me the tools as I asked but didnt offer any help or ask any questions about my project. The tools were placed on the countertop and I was promptly forgotten. I have been here before so this treatment was expected. The Latin worker saw me taking off the front of my light, asked what I was doing, and showed me how to take out the light from behind. Wow, I had the light replaced in 5 min with that tip. As I was thanking this Latin worker, and purchasing epoxy which he helped me find, the others were shooting him daggers. A shame since this location always seems so abandoned but with better customer service they could be as busy as the Autozone down the street. I will be back, but only if this helpful man is here.

I enjoy shopping with NAPA. They offer a military discount and their products are a little less expensive than other auto stores in town. Spark plugs, wires, gas caps, etc.

Who goes here? I never seen people in this place when I drive by. staff are unhelpful and unfriendly. Not sure how they stay in business at this location.Update. Went in recently there were three empolyees a customer and me. One guy was helping the customer and the other two were just standing there. I had called in asking if I could exchange a part for another they said I could. I got in and they told me I needed a receipt when earlier they did not. They went into how the owners would chew his you know what. Yes he used swear words. What kind of owners dont empower there employees? What dont they have the authority to exchange a $10 oil filter? Really?
